Was a bit disappointed with tonight’s order, it was just about warm enough to eat without hotting up in the oven, also no mint sauce or salad. Other than that, very nice

Don’t know what’s happened here , ordered @18:00 expected 19:10 delivered @20:30. Food cold salad warm. I called the restaurant to check delivery. I was told 4 minutes. 20 mins later it arrived.

This was our first meal at this restaurant with friends. Our first impression was how notably nice the decor is, as well as the cleanliness. We were very impressed with how polite, courteous and attentive the staff were throughout our visit, with some additional little touches. The food was fantastic and great value for money, also the atmosphere was very nice. The only minor negative I could add is that, although we were seated inside, the appearance of the shelter over the outside seating area could do with some improvement. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others.

We used these guys for our small walimah. They were so unorganised. Told us they know the venue people and he can open the venue hall for earlier. Time came and he didn't deliver! We had guests waiting outside of the venue because the team was so behind in setting up. He told us the food would be served around 3.30-4 but served food to our guests at almost 5! This was a late lunch wedding and we were all very hungry. My wife and me felt very stressed out and couldnt fully enjoy our small walimah. If you are planning to use this service for a wedding, i highly discourage out of good will. After months of discussion, still didnt get what we were looking for. The waiters served sooo slow! Ideal for a small nikah but not walimah.

Waited over 2 hours for them to say there was a mix up with the ticket and then got cold food so gave it back

10.95 for this essentially what was 1 skinny oiece if salmon sliced in half? You just lost a customer of 10 years. Ridiculous piss take - and it was overcooked!

My brother love this place and accompanying him every weekend now I got their regular customer of their best quality food and taste. They never disappoint us with their service and food quality plus their ambiance is one of the best you can relax and have your best time enjoying your food.

This use to be my go to favourite curry place, the food use to be great quality with the odd extremely late arrivals over the years, but for a while now the food has gotten worse in quality. Bombay potatoes taste slightly vinegary now. I had asked for a chicken tikka korma and recieved chicken korma instead (the standard chicken meat is tough to not only cut up but eat too). Vegetable curry came spilled out too. I wouldn't recommend eating from here

absolute shocking today. ordered for 8 so big order. 6 different curries, chicken chunks very small and only like 4 piece's. lamb very small chunks. samosas very small and very dear in price for what you get. Really not happy with this one today. didn't come very hot either. been using these for years. Will be looking for a new one now. Don't know how they think sending this out was acceptable.

This used to be one of the best Indians but now it’s awful. Curry is really watery and the meat is really tough. Rice is hard and dry with no taste. Shame really as it used to be lovely. Never again.

I went there with my friends for iftar first I really like the decor seating inside well as outside very friendly staff we had thicken tikka jalfrezi, chicken tikka bhuna & lamb dhansak without sugar with hint of naga & keema poratha boil rice taste was really nice … top mark for all the dishes … starter king prawn purée & mushroom labra was fantastic definitely recommend people give it a try

We ordered on a night where the restaurant was extremely busy and were lacking drivers. It took a long time for them to deliver the food but were very apologetic and explained the situation to us in full. When we called they gave us a timeframe of 20 minutes to deliver the food and they did so in that time. They forgot to deliver the naan breads when the food did show up but as soon as we rang them they had someone in the car delivering it to us. The food was superb, great flavours, good textures and great portion sizes overall. I’m not going to judge them on a very busy Saturday night when they’re understaffed for being late. I’m going to judge them on their great customer service, their apologetic & sincere demeanour and most of all their delicious food.

Food was late and cold so I had to microwave it. However the curry was good portion and nice keema naan. Small portion of rice though for the price.

Lovely food, good size portion with plenty of meat. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend. Have also eaten in the restaurant which was also lovely.

Not alot of flavour and not much meat

Absolutely disgusting. Worst ever place I’ve eat from. Couldn’t even eat it. Saw the bad reviews but thought I’d give them a chance. Regretted instantly. Naans was burnt and tangy and tasted off. Biryani was literally nasty. Daal was I have no idea what it was and how you can even get daal wrong.

Been here a few times (pictures on the next visit) and the food is always amazing with a great service too. The menu is vast and has something for everyone.

2 hours from ordering to then go collect the delivery!! Some of the order missing & what was there was lukewarm (not sure how long it had been sitting waiting to go) so complete disaster & now looking for a new local Indian takeaway

If I could minus rate this order I would it was late after delivery time being changed already all food was hardly even warm and the prawn cocktails were warm , un cooked chicken was the final insult !! Wasted nearly £60 to be sat hungry !! Disgusting

Food was 45 minutes late. Turned up barely like warm. Attitude of the staff at the restaurant is terrible. I called them ten mins into the 45 mins delay and was told the delivery was on its way. I called again after 30 mins and was told it was 3 mins away and that it wouldn’t be cold because the box keeps it hot! Would not recommend and won’t be using again!

Order put through at 6pm with family over didn’t realise time of suggested delivery time. When I checked it said there was a delay and my new delivery time was I think 7.25pm to 7.45pm. Still nothing arrived called at 7.45 to be told the food was sitting waiting for pick up. I said it’s over 1hr 45mins to be told it will be on the way and they threw in a coke for free. Driver arrived after 8.25pm no apology or any communication. Very poor. Food not hot so to be honest not great service at all!

Good traditional Indian food , very prompt attentive service . Very comfortable and roomy surroundings . Big shout out to ‘JIMMY’ who was very helpful for our group of 7 which included a wheelchair .

Brilliant evening from start to finish! Wonderful service by our friendly and attentive waitresses. Head of house showed genuine appreciation towards us/his customers too. Our starters, sides and mains were perfectly cooked and presented, and tasted absolutely delicious! A large choice of food on the menu, excellent value with very good portion sizes. The five of us had the most pleasant and enjoyable experience, especially to celebrate a joint birthday and retirement. Thanks for the complementry drinks also :) Looking forward to our next evening!

Very slow with deliveries. Ordered two dishes at 6pm and it’s now 8pm. Was no apology or explanation given when I called to ask where it is. Just ridiculous. Food’s nice, so it’s a shame their deliveries are so poor.

Rang up when it was 15 mins late and told it was out for delivery. Was 45 mins late in the end so an hour and 45 mins delivery time in total. Not the end of the world but I would’ve been liked to be kept informed rather than having to chase.

We always order from Indian Ocean but unfortunately the quality seems to be going downhill, the starter was lukewarm and the rest of the meal was also lukewarm as well, such a shame.

The food was good but not the way I was expected . The sheek Kabab was bit high proportion of salt . Also Nan bread should be cut in the middle piece, the Tandoori mix-grill Chicken tikka and lamb tikka was not enough tender and soft .

It's quite simply the best India Restaurant in the area, with fantastic service in a casual relaxed atmosphere. Thought I'd update my review, I'm still going there regularly and the restaurant is still as good as my first comments.

Worst catering service I have experienced in my life. All the meat dishes tasted off. Service was poor with staff not catering to customers needs. Food ran out early on, even though the tables were not full. This restaurant should not have ventured into catering services if they are not up to standard. Waste of time and money.

We came from Birmingham for a wedding, and we barely recieved food from this catering service, pathetic customer service, we left hungry.

As a catering service, it's very poor. Service/staff very unprofessional. Do not use this catering company, they do not honour the quantity or quality of food. Half way through they ran out of food.

Firstly the order was over 2 hours which was 40 mins over the original eta. The food was mostly cold and several of the dishes had been squashed so leaked everywhere. Stale papadums and onion bhaji

we ordered online using just eat, food came 2 hours later and of course was stone cold, we used to order from here all the time and the food would come within a decent amount of time. 2 hours is outrageous and the restaurant would not give us our money back. wont be giving them our money again.

Delivery was 1 hour late, Food was cold, and naan’s were burnt despite requesting that they not be overdone. Not impressed and won’t be ordering again.
