Indian Kitchen in Rugby

I've just moved in around the corner discovered I have an Indian and Chinese on my doorsteps I thought I would give them a go, my balti was both salty and flavorless at the same time my naan bread was ridiculously doughy and crappy, my coconut rice contain no sweetness. I've had far far better take aways in Rugby and shall not be returning to Brownsover again which is a shame as it's ridiculously close. Feeling a lil rough now...

On waiting for order it was freezing cold in shop. It was dirty , even some one was moaning about her last order. Wont be rushing back! When it first opened it was great.

Ordered a takeaway for myself and the mrs. Delivery was quick and food was still hot. The food was one of the best takeaway I have had in Rugby. Great job guys

I have used this place a couple of times lately and even though I was not over Impressed the 1st time I decided to give It a 2nd chance, I phoned them and he said It would be ready In 25 mins, when I got there I noticed that the place/shop was looking very tired and In bad need of a lick of paint etc and I also noticed It had changed hands, I still stood there for well over 10 mins waiting (even though I arrived 30 mins after phoning) The guy did say he would put a couple of popadoms In the bag !! When I got home the starter was ok as were the popadoms but the main (mixed biriyani) was awful, It tasted bitter and most of It went In the bin as did the nan bread as It was so chewy and tasteless !! Will not be returning !!

Don’t be put off by the location or appearance of this takeaway. Having visited on a number of occasions and eaten a variety of dishes, I can highly recommend it.

The food was amazing, the flavours awesome. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for food quality was I ordered a vindaloo and it wasn’t the correct heat. it wasn’t hot at all and I like my curry very hot but the flavours were still great.

After placing an order shortly after 5pm, it still hasn't arrived by 7pm. We called and cancelled the order as my children were hungry so I cooked instead

One of the best Indian takeaways we’ve had in a long time. Had a madras, byriani and a tandoori mixed grill and it was all really good. The chicken tikka was really tender - probably the best I’ve had!

We were in a hotel near by so went to get a take away it was lovely well worth the visit lovely and hot beautiful taste if ever we are over this way will be revisiting x

Indian kitchen need to state on their menu that their curries don't come with rice as most places do state this. I had to go to the restaurant myself after delivery to get rice.

need delivery service back. The food is awesome and we love it here but too far to pick up ourselves, especially if we have been out for a couple but apart from that no fault at all.

I highly recommend their food, particularly their curries. Generous portions all around. Unfortunately though they don't seem to do deliveries anymore. :( I hope they return at some point.

Only our second time ordering and a massive difference this time compared to the first which is a shame however the Food was lovely once warmed up, customer service from the delivery man was poor basically threw our order with a grunt instead of speaking (service with a smile would be nice) delivery time was 30minutes late but as it's bank holiday weekend I can imagine they are busy.

Nothing worse than having a curry and it separates on the plate leaving the rice swimming in water. not very tasty, bland and the bhaji's tasted like they were days old. The only redeeming factor was the Naan which was nice. Most of it ended in the bin.

Not up to the mark. Biryani was bland and had partially cooked rice. Tandoori Fish starter was ok and they used salmon which was good but portion was small. Chicken tikka roll was not what I expected. It was in a naan, which would have been ok except that it did not taste very great. I don't think I would be ordering again.

Fabulous service, food hot and delicious, delivery by a polite friendly young man.

Curries were always good but have improved even more recently. Their starters are excellent - I would recommend the pakoras and prawn cocktail in particular. You get a good portion of chips, a good sized naan bread. Above all there's plenty to choose from, just about anyone could find something they'd enjoy.

Starters were great but mains were really think like blended food and not very tasty. lamb balti was supposed to come with spinach but came with potato and no spinach. Meat quality was good shame about the sauce.

Estimated time 8pm got it at 7.30. 25 mins after ordering. Amazing. Food was awesome as ever. Hot, delicious and I'm now stuffed with leftovers for tomorrow. Love this place.

Appalling!!! Avoid!!! 2 hours 10 mins delivery when they said 45mins when I ordered. Worst customer service ever, bloke on phone used every excuse in the book & spoke to me like dirt when I called chasing telling me to listen!! Will never use them again!! Worst experience ever ordering from here!! Never again!!

I ordered the lamb tikka masala it wasn't what I exspected it was like Avin a bowl off soup ,,,CU's all that was in it was 3 pieces off lamb ,,,,the onion bhaji was nice but that was it ,,,,,I was so disappointed,, hungry and what a waste off my money ,,,,😠

This is an amazing deal we had. The set meal for two... enough for four and we eat large meals. All the food is amazing quality you just can't beat it !!! Chicken tikka masala , chicken jalfrazi rice naan poppadoms 2 onion bahji and tikka pieces for £15 you can't go wrong bargain!!!!
