India Palace in North Ayrshire

Meal was cold on arrival. Got cheese on my chips and doner,that I didnt ask for. Missing pakora sauce with my large doner, doner meat was thick cut and been sitting a while was like rubber , I could of patch my bike tyre with it ,first and last time I try.

Got our delivery nearly 2 hours after we ordered claiming "we have been extremely busy tonight". Food arrived, donor was freezing, rogan josh disgusting, nan bread like crap, banana fritter skanky etc etc. Phoned them, refused to send new food out as too busy. Traveled the 6 miles to get there, offeres a refund £5 short and had to fight to get full refund. Please please please eat crap from a babys nappy from a junky squat house before eating from here.

This is India place back area which actually not there ground but there bin. including old toilets etc no wonder a rat problem

Naan bread awful, pakora was so dry and sauce was awful. Price was mid range. I will not be back. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy!

Ordered Chips and Cheese (salt and vinegar) with bottle of water. Did not have any bottled water and forgot the salt and vinegar. However, the servers hands were actually yellow with food stains. Watched him handle a variery of foods making pizzas (no gloves) and then handle money at till before immediately putting his yellow stained hands into the cheese to cover my chips. Felt sick watching. Put them in bin outside. Couldn't even eat one. Basic food hygiene. Disgusting.

My son decided to use your take away today and I am shocked at the way he was spoken too by grown men. His order was concluded by the comment ‘ there you go ya wee shagger!’ I am appalled that you feel it is acceptable to speak to a 13 year old child in this manner at school lunch time. I am livid. He is a child and he would not have spoken to you in such a manner.

Simply the best and excellent service, wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, well done Raj and staff, absolutely delicious 😋

Can not even make a donner kebab right. WILL NOT BE BACK. Simply a waste of money. Meat was extremely awful.

Not happy with the king hogi kebab, the nan bread isn't cooked properly. It's dough rather than cooked. It's ruined the dinner, put right off it. £8 spent for us to eat about 5 chips and some donner meat.

The makhana curry was absolutely amazing. Really enjoyed my neal and delivery was quick. Good portion size and delivery guy was delightful. Very happy would order again :)

Half the chips were soggy and the other half not good properly, chips were just a pile of mush, donner meat was fine but the chips were so bad I couldn't even eat them, just wasted my money and binned it after I ate the donner meat

Items forgotten but called the restaurant and they had them with us within 10mins. Food was amazing as usual👌🏻

All food fresh and warm however pizza was slightly burnt and we never received the can of juice we ordered 😩

Probably so early because everyone else knows how bad their food is. Ordered meaty munchy box (meat was dried out), samosa (could've drowned in the amount of oil in the container) . Apparently the pizza was OK. Won't make the same mistake twice.

Bit disappointed. pizza was undercooked and ended up in the bin. shame as good is usually always amazing!

Put Simply....avoid!!! On ordering they said 45 minutes, took an hour and half after complaining. Order was then wrong. Chicken was rough in bits, lamb starter had absolutely no taste and next day both are guests are ill. Horrible meal, won't be returning.

food was ordered at 18:09 for 1855 delivery, restaurant added 30 mins on however an incomplete order arrived at 1955. The food was cold and the order was incorrect, this is unacceptable and i will endevor to resolve the issue through just eat as i have NO confidence in the restaurant(if you can call it that).

Ordered from here last night accidently gave the delivery driver two 10 pound notes and around £1.50 in change my order came to £10.80 i phoned the shop to try an resolve the problem and was told that they would contact the delivery driver im still waiting on a reply regarding this!

Pizza was bland in flavour red onion has more flavour to add. Chicken was bits dry. Poor standards for money value sorry

The delivery took an hour and a half to come and I got a small kebab instead of a large and was missing a chicken burger meal.

Wrong order came! Ordered a chicken burger and a quater pounder meal with cheese. Two chicken burgers came! Paid extra for cheesein chips and there was barely any cheese on it.

donner meat was dry and not really warm. rest of the meatbox was spot on as usual

Ordered a bottle of cola. Was charged for the bottle. Delivery driver tells me you dont sell juice. So I was charged for a bottle I didnt get.

Food nice enough, nothing to rave about unfortunately. Delivery was quite long but acceptable as they did advise of the extended delay without being prompted which is unusual for most takeaways.

Food is always delivered quickly and thus it's always piping hot. Requests are always noted. Rarely go elsewhere.

Donner meat on pizza and kebab was very watery, the whole pizza box had a puddle of liquid next to & ontop of the pizza. Ruined out meal to be honest.

Order a jumbo munchy box for my partner and I , no chicken chaat no chicken wings with it as it said on the menu you get that , the donnar meat was terrible all dried up looked like it was in the box for weeks , the pizza was just grease. They had a cheek to add a 50p fee as I paid by card online which is a joke ,Will not be ordering from you again .

Food was absolutely disgusting, large chunks of donner meat, chips that had been re cooked and burnt, chilli sauce was extremely watery. Will not be ordering from here again.

I love this place. But l8ty every pizza I order always has far to much cheese. And also the past 2 calzoni pizzas I have had have been both very cold at the corners and niver very much meet compared to any other calzoni I have had from the past. I still love the food but keep up the good work

The food was brilliant. The pakora was sensational pieces of juicy Chicken breast, Mushroom, Vegetable, cooked in a lightly spiced pakora batter, and the portion size was huge all served in the box along with the kebab meat, chips and cheese. The Shashlik was so excellent, it was again a really big serving, the pitta bread was light and tasty and it was stuffed full of super tasty lamb with delicious peppers, mushrooms and onions. We have tried similar orders from various other takeaways but trust me you will get fresh served meals including salads if you order from here as well as excellent portion sizes. All this including a can juice came to just £12.10 before delivery – brilliant value, we will be ordering from here again 👌👍

Had to phone shop as our kebabs had salad and sauce all over them when I never asked for that. Guy sent out replacements and the kebab meat was like old leather. Disgusting and went in bin..will never order again!!

My can of juice was missing from order the Korma tasted horrible had a funny taste to it were not from the area but visit relatives won't be ordering again! Chips were soggy!

The food was beautiful and still hot on arrival. Only issue was 2 portions of rice which weren't ordered separately and weren't mentioned on the menu that I could see, shame to waste food we hadn't ordered because we don't eat it. Would be better to have it as an option within choice.

I love the food here. The guys know that. They are so fast with delivery and the quality is alway top notch.

I had a mixed kebab. The naan bread was undercooked and doughy, the chicken was of low quality and the marinade was bland and watery. The lamb was very tough and I asked for no donner meat and got it anyway. Not impressed, don't think I'll be going back.

Fantastic takeaway tonight from Indian Palace. Pakoras and curries of an excellent standard. Delivered hot and right on time. Great value for money too. Will order again. Recommended.

The only good thing was the food was delivered quick other than that the chicken tasted like rubber the dough tasted off certainly won't be ordering again

Donner meat was cold and very pale only got 2 pieces of shish with my mixed kebab and about 5 bits of chicken was expecting a better portion size as its usually great portions you get from here cannot fault anything else

My order tonight was a disgrace. To start with, driver didn't know the correct price. Then when I sat down to eat my order (Large stuffed crust cheese pizza), I opened the box to what looked like and had the texture of, a mushy lasagne. You literally couldn't pick a single slice up. Only way to eat it would've been with a spoon as it was just a big messy blob. Never again.

Fast delivery but the pizza was way to thick and under cooked the base was still dough and with to much cheese I ate 1 slice and my dogs ate the rest of a 12" pizza I will never use again

We've used the India Palace about 15 years, it does great pizza's, kebab's etc., but over the years it's curries have steadily got hotter & we've had to get Rogan Josh or Dopiazza for it to be a bit less fiery, but the last Rogan Josh had far more chilli than tomato. So in short good for everything , but only if you like your curry 'hot'.

Kebab meat was dried up and hard. Hardly any sauce, despite asking for extra. Tortilla wrap also extremely stale. Not the usual standards. Disappointed to say the least.

Chicken pakora was not good. Donner had salad and sauce, which was not asked for, so ruined it for my son. Delivery was quicker than requested, but that was fine. However, don't think i'll be using them again

The food was nice but very cold we had to reheat in the microwave. We order from here often and this is the first time this has happened normally the food is very hot when delivered, hopefuly just a one off.

No bad, lacked meat in the mixed king kebab tho. You didnt need to but garlic nan was nice touch at no extra charge. Fantastic gesture. Tip Top..

Pizza was a letdown again,ordered a different kind from last time & base wasn't up to much & also again was burnt,that's the 3 times I've complained about 3 different pizzas,everything else was fine just seems to be the pizzas which I think I'll stay away from,they used to be great as well until I started using just eat👎

We did not receive lamb in the grill box which was disappointing.
