Bad points: -Refused tap water (I think that might be illegal) -Liars selling daal instread of sambar -Cocnut chutney is like milky coconut water -All the recent 1 star reviews are real. Awful tasting food. Unbalanced spices. The lamb chops were too salty. -Maasala Dosa was cold and not crispy Good points: -No long queues during peak hours (thats because food is awful) -Halal options

Food has always been nice. But the female staff members are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Their English is awful and they have no customer service skills or manners what so ever.

I ordered a butter chicken with naan on the 24th of March, Sunday afternoon. This was practically a thick soup with naan. There were hardly any chicken pieces, which were so tiny. The naan was below average too. I left my food as it was like eating naan with plain gravy and then ordered a shawarma from shawa shawa. After telling the manager my experience, he put the blame on hus chef saying that they don’t check the food. It is quite sad to see a manager throw their own team member under the bus. But he was the one who was serving the food at the till so he should have noticed it before serving it to a customer. He told me I should have brought it back, but to be honest I had already started eating it so I did not think it would upset me so much. But clearly it did so I gave him my feedback afterwards as it was a complete rip off for £16. He wanted to see my plate of food which I had left, which was incredibly shameful to ask. He basically had no interest in listening to me. I would not recommend this place to anybody as the food is awful and to match the food, the customer service is just as atrocious. They should look at training their managers to handle customer complaints in a better manner.

I placed the order, it was ready in 5 minutes, the chicken was old and cold, 36 pounds in the trash and the employees didn't even care. Horrible food they should have refunded my money. I don't recommend this place to anyone

Placed an order it come cold and wasn’t fresh the chicken was from the day before. Did explain and said it’s dry and and offered sauce. All my order was returned and they still charged me. Heath and safety should visit that place. Do not recommend, do not go there. If I could I would give 0 starts

Got the 'Milawot tandoor' which is mixed grill with chicken Tikka meat, kebab and lamb chops with rice. Overall it's average and tasty but the price is very high.

I ordered petit dosa and it was really bad. I could not eat after one bite. They gave gobi curry as sambhar and curd water as chutney.

I recently dined at Indigo Rasoi, which I'm giving 2 stars. Despite the dishes being visually appealing with their vibrant presentation, the experience was let down by high prices and underwhelming flavors. The Chicken Makhhan Wala and rice, which I had hoped would be rich and satisfying, were dry and bland, failing to live up to their appetizing appearance. The chips were passable but oily, and while my wife's Mango Lassi was fine, it didn't make up for the overall disappointing meal. Unfortunately, this was one of the lesser Indian dining experiences I've had in the UK, where the promise of the visual presentation did not match the quality of the food.

I have eaten here quite a few times, however the place has now become as if it's a 7 star hotel in terms of price. 15 pounds for Dhall (Daal), and the quantity is not enough even for a small kid. Highly overpriced. This place is highly recommended if you have money to burn. Food is of decent quality (not good not bad). I give credit where credit is due.

We got two rolls, good but not entirely fabulous. Unfortunately we didn't digest them until the same evening even though we really like spicy food. All in all I recommend it for a change and try something different. The service was fast and unprofessional. The environment obviously being a kiosk in the shopping center does not have reserved tables, unfortunately you have to search and wander around to find a free one especially during the weekend.

Very disappointed to learn that I was charged 30p for paper bag last night when I collected my take away. This is simply disgusting and not acceptable. It’s not about 30p charge but the fact, it was a small paper bag with my take away and not a large size plastic bag. The government has introduced charge for plastic bag for valid reason and not for paper bags.

****Not Indian food ****They write as Indian but are not Indian but some Asian food not sure from where, the prices are high for the quality and taste, fried were full of oil and the chole bhature were some deformed uncooked food, absolute waste of time and money

Ordered chole bhature and sorry to say but the worst I have ever had, as an Indian! It's sad that you sell this stuff in the name of Indian food... a waste of my money.😞

This used to be my favourite Indian food joint in the area as it was when I first tried it in the Stratford branch. However, this time there was extensive sugar in the curry -the paneer curry ; and to make it worse there was a hair in this which I only saw after eating most of it 🤢. Service was ok, but wonder if the place got a new chef or staff who care less about quality of food and service since there not many Indian restaurants around and know they can sell just based off that reason. That’s usually when the quality starts failing. This is sad as my once ho to place has of late been quite disappointing. Even their chai is not up to standard as it used to. I think I’ll pass next time and try the other Indian restaurant just outside called Bindass.

Best Indian I’ve ever had in London! Totally surprised about the quality and the flavour as it was just part of the food hall. However my bf and I both agree that it is pretty much the best Indian we’ve had! The Lamb Biryani was delicious (I don’t usually eat lamb!); Golgappa just hit the point 🤌🏻🤌🏻; Chola Batora has the most fragrant and crispy bread… srsly impressive and we will deffo come back!

My son got the paneer wrap and it turned out to be dry and not enough fillings. The taste was very bland and for £10 8t was a complete waste of money and time.

Been here recently and had bad experience..despite being at the till the staff just joke around and when ordered for food and confirm at the counter thier manager or supervisor did charge extra..so please keep an eye to what you pay for !!!!he than quickly realised and happend to refund the amount to me in cash..

For a stand in a shopping centre foodhall Indi-go really surprised us. The small plates which we used to make a Tapas style meal for the two of us were so tasty. Better quality Indian food than we have had from some restaurants. Care taken over presentation and the flavours were amazing.

We ordered papdi chaat and masala fries. As it wasn’t busy food was ready within 5 minutes. The good taste isn’t what it use to be and prices have doubled. I paid £9 for a tiny plate of papri chaat. Total bill was close to £15. I doubt I’ll be eating there again.

I ordered Hyderabadi biriyani & chicken momos... Biriyani is not enough according to £12 but taste is quite perfect... Most upsetting thing is momos out of 5 pieces 3 are broken forgot to take picture because of crowded hardly go the seat for dine in.

Ordered Chola Bhatura, paid £9.95. ( 4 quid for Masal Tea) First, they served two small, flat, burnt Bhaturas. I refused to take it. Then I was given under cooked, flat, small Bhaturas. ( in the photo) Chole was ok, not great. No apologies whatsoever. I think they can be much better in cooking Punjabi food and being professional. First and last visit!

Dish was literally horrible tasting. Complained and was told the ‘head chef is away on holiday’ 🤨 Refunded immediately, no questions asked. Strangest dining experience in awhile ! In addition to this, the other chicken curry dish we ordered contained 2-3 tiny scraps of chicken, with rice and a garnish of plain cabbage for £16. Dreadful

Food is good but staff were not friendly and there was this one lady who was really rude and not polite at all,staff should be more trained to help customers. Customer service should be improved.

The staff here force you to leave google reviews with the expectation to choose 5 stars and make you change your honest opinion to an opinion of the restaurant that suits them. The free portion of masala fries which probably cost them 20p to make didn’t really make up for the demanding staff!
