¡Bebidas a precios ridículos! No te vayas.

Staff is attentive, professional and always ready to recommend the perfect dish. Thanks Jwalant. Every dish are perfect. The flavors are bold, the presentations artistic, and each bite is a journey in itself. Highly recommended.

Don't do the all you can eat! We ended up paying £70 anyway, thanks to service charge, two soft drinks and a miso soup. Only certain foods are all you can eat and the quality is rubbish. If you've already bought it on Virgin or Wowcher, stock up on sashimi, which is the only thing that was good and that shrunk with successive orders. I'm not high maintenance by any means, but the place is grubby, the staff unhappy and the food reflects this. Just pay the extra tenner or so in Yo! Sushi - or one of the much better independent Japanese restaurants around. Not a good experience.

The best charcoal vegetables and meet grill we’ve tried in London! The minced meat, chops and spring chicken were incredible. Typical Persian marinade. Excellent rice and the salad was fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and very polite. They made an exception from the menu and accommodated a dish for us which was not quite as per the menu. The restaurant is a small gem in West Hampstead. Very nice atmosphere and I loved how the restaurant was decorated. Nice terrace outside if you’d like to eat outside. The place is bit hidden, away from the main street, but much greater than other meat places in the area. Make sure to visit!

We first rang this restaurant from the British museum to see if we had to book up as we have never been to an itsu restaurant before. We spoke to a very friendly member of staff who ended up being the manager Greta who told us we could just turn up and didn't need to book. After a short walk from the British museum (10 minutes) we arrived at the Brunswick Centre. From the moment me and my family entered this wonderful itsu restaurant we were greeted again by the lovely Greta who helped us feel at ease and explained how to use the food ordering system. In fact Greta was so good at customer service she even helped us use the ordering system and showed us the sizes of the meal options. Our 10 year old son had some sushi and loved it! We also tried the Teriyaki Chicken and the Thai Chicken rice bowl. We would totally recommend going to this itsu restaurant and sampling both the amazing range of Asian food and friendly service. I think the manager Greta really made our experience extra special and you can tell the pride she has in her work, a real asset to itsu and I hope she get the recognition from them she most definitely deserves!
