Superb place for home made soup and sandwiches, all profits go to Highland Hospice and the place is run with a mix of staff and volunteers, yet really well run. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Nice coffee and cakes too :) you have the option of sitting inside our out in the main hall.

Use this cafe for coffee and cake / scone / pastry. Nice staff, good selection of cakes etc. Coffee is nice, and decent size. Haven't tried other more substantial snacks, breakfast etc, but what I've seen being served looks good Also, a percentage goes to support the Highland Hospice charity

The staff are not friendly at all and not helpful we asked to heat the scones as they are served cold and hard to bite they said there is no heating facility in the kitchen, and we asked if there is a trash can in the shop she answered that we have to look for one in the mall or in outside street

Was in this morning, had the cooked breakfast and a Flat white. Breakfast was amazing, especially the sausages. Girl's were lovely also, very helpful and polite. Would recommend 👌

Visited 3 times in 5 days and probably spent more on coffee than we did on merchandise (and Tiso is an excellent shop by the way). Excellent coffee, lovely cake selection and a truly fantastic full English/Scottish breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. View to the Cairngorms outstanding and our doggy companions most welcome.

This must be one of the worst pubs I have been in. Tables were filthy , floors were sticky and staff were uninterested. We ordered two drinks and could not find a clean table, then after using the toilets and actually feeling the stickiness of the floor , left. There are so many nice bars in this area, if you see it ... walk on by ! Giving it one star is flattering!!

Dreadful food. After waiting for more than 40 minutes our inedible burgers arrived. Mine had 2 pieces of lettuce and a dry patty that was inedible until I added barbecue sauce. By the time the sauce arrived it was cold so even less pleasant. My husband's burger had bacon that was so hard he couldn't cut it. And the same patty. I gave an honest answer when asked about my meal and suggested they needed a new cook. It was the worst meal I have eaten in years. I'm told it used to be good. Avoid it at all costs.

Fantastic to have so many GF options to eat. We both opted for GF pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and a coffee. The coffee was perfection and the pancakes utterly delicious. Big, fluffy and just THE best find in Inverness! Thank you ❤️
