Soggy tempura. Very small portions. Noodles all stick together in a lump.

Not the usual great food, pad Thai was a solid stodge definitely not freshly made with some fresh peanuts thrown on top Shame as usually good !!

Very poor representation of Thai food. Ribs very small and fatty. Main dish very watery and small. Came away still hungry.

Intimate quiet restaurant. The beef Pad Thai was one of the best I've tasted but the sweet corn pancakes were a whole new taste sensation. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely dine here again.

Fabulous meal this evening. Great food and service was very good. No rush between courses which was good. We will be back soon.

Sadly as its the only thai in the area, it's not the same wonderful taste as it used to be... dish tasted strongly of aniseed with huge slices of soggy onion, rice was dry, soup was bearable I won't be ordering again.

The food was ok but the portions are small. We usually order from a different Thai locally but we had a Just Eat gift card. Usually our order is more than enough for a family of 4 but these portions are very stingy. Disappointing, not good value for money.

im usually very pleased with Ims howver today wasnt great. Food was lukewarm at best I had to put it in the microwave. considering I placed an early order and it was delivered directly to me, must've been sat in the restaurant.

I associate Thai cuisine with fresh, bright flavours. Not MSG/ corn flour and blandness.

Ordered 2 vegetable Pad Thai and one portion of vegetable spring rolls to take away..Collected the order myself and it was £26.85…A bit greasy and uninspired..Over priced…Disappointed..

This restaurant is in our local high street, we have eaten here several times and every time the food has been really excellent and the service has been sharp and precise. We asked for advice and got lots of help with the menu. We thoroughly recommend this place.

We were staying in a BnB and our host recommended Ims's. We often eat Thai food when out but found the menu to be far more varied than we were used. The food tasted fabulous, the presentation was outstanding the service friendly and efficient. We will definitely return on a future visit to the area.

We've been going to Im's since it has opened and it has been great and getting better! Food is pretty tasty and about as authentic as you can get for quite some distance.

We had menu A which was very good. We felt that the starters were quite oily unfortunately, although they were presented beautifully. Interior was nice and authentic so it is worth checking out.

Always so pleased to dine at ims. The food is always so fresh and tasty. I've now dined at ims for 5 years and after years of loving Thai food and trying out every Thai in the Borough at the very least this place has become my regular. Not only this but jasmine the owner with her husband make the space welcoming and inviting with lovely decoration. It's wonderful, friendly and a humble environment. The prices are very reasonable as I recently had a look at other local Thai restaurants and considering the portion sizes the value is reasonable. Always been very happy to cater to my young child's needs also, high chairs available and patience given. I cannot fault this restaurant.

We went for a family birthday event it was £30pp the food the food was meant to feed 5 adults and a toddler would have more on the plate gave us 2 small bits of fish to share between 5 adults thats not even half each. When I made a complaint and said I was not willing to pay the full £30pp they went over to the people who party it was to pay my extra money its disgusting it has nothing to do with them people it was due to the food size for 5 people but a table of 6 people had 5 bits of fish we was the last table to get food so I assumed they ran out of food and gave us what was left. I will never go back again!! If it was not for a family event they would not have got a penny from me as I would have walked out! If I could give no stars I would don't waste your money

After being to Thailand myself I was really impressed with the food on offer here. So many authentic dishes and so well presented. Prices are very fair especially with cost of living crisis. Staff are so kind and accommodating and met the needs of my vegan friends which was great as so many Thai places have fish paste in everything and can't take it out. I love it here!

Over prices,10£for one small glass of Bourbon Whiskey coke,(1.50 £ for little amount of coke that mixed in the glass )the waitress didn’t know what Bourbon whiskey meant ,charged double, Friend ordered coffee ,the waitress said No milk for coffee,my friend gone out to buy milk and give it to them, Green curry very sweet.Papaya Salad had 90%of carrot in it papaya 10%,, Food not came together ,one friend got to wait until others nearly finish their food,so he can eat. I am Thai and I’m not really expecting anything so originally authentic anyway when I’m traveling , When I asked her what should I ordered for something taste closely to Thai,she said not really ,it’s made for foreigner style .

Consistently excellent food and service here even when busy. The mixed starters come quickly and are hot, fresh and tasty. The curries are fabulous as are the noodles. This is our favourite Thai restaurant in the area. Good selection of wine and beer too.

We shared a chicken dish and duck off the speciality section and I didn’t think they were particularly special. Both tasty but quite dry. However the staff were lovely and helpful. Especially splitting the bill on a table of 12!!!

Tasty Thai food with warming hospitality to match! Definitely recommend the hot & sour soup to start, followed by broccoli and mixed vegetables to accompany Drunken Beef with Jasmine rice. A wonderful evening in Hampton Hill!

An excellent. tasty Thai meal. Sadly was easy to book or even walk in table on a Friday night. Friendly staff. Good variety but not too wide a drinks lists. Stuck to good old classical mains of Chicken green curry, chicken rice noodles and chicken with basil and chilli. Accompanied by steamed jasmine rice. Decent portions for two to share. Very good value. Even with a desert, a bottle of fresh pinot grigio blush and service just over £60. They could and should charge more.

This used to be an excellent choice but is now average. The quality has slipped in recent orders. Today’s order would have been amongst the first after they opened, but much of the food was reheated not cooked afresh. For example with the mixed starters the chicken skewers were burnt and bone dry. For the prices charged, I would expect better.

The best Thai food around these parts. Even my oriental girlfriend rates it. 😋

There is always a warm and friendly welcome from the staff at Ims's Thai Kitchen. The food is pretty good, with lots of traditional and contemporary Thai dishes that should keep everyone happy. Well worth a visit.

Menu is bog standard, but quite expensive. Online ordering system places an extra £0.40 'service charge' on your delivery order without explanation (delivery is free for orders over £20). Food was nice, but pretty unimpressive for the price. All in all, not impressed. There are better places in the area to order from.

Food was OK, but I've had better from IMS. The stir fry was pretty tasteless and needed salt, pepper and fish sauce. Crab was nice but the sealer container made the batter soggy.

Food wasn't that tasty, there was spillage in bag all over containers, so ruined my tablecloth.

I ordered here on the recommendation of a friend who said the food was authentic and delicious. Personally I’ve had better Thai food in lots of other restaurants. The pad Thai was so flavourless that I called the restaurant to let them know - I’ve never done that before but I knew I wasn’t going to eat it. The restaurant was really brilliant and allowed me to order a Thai green curry instead with they dropped off at no extra charge. This really impressed me from a customer service point of view. The green curry was better than the pad Thai but still , I’ve had better tasting/ more authentic Thai food. Food was late but I don’t recall by how much as I fell asleep.I ordered at about 7pm and it came at about 8:20 on a Friday evening. I would recommend you try Im’s once to decide for yourself. Perhaps the restaurant food my friend had is worth a shot too!

Another great meal, but sadly, a takeaway for 1. The Chicken Pad Thai was very good. We’ll be back to eat in as a family soon, and we can’t wait.

It didn’t taste half as good as previous orders before lockdown. Pad bai krapao is my fav dish always loved it before but sadly it tastes completely different.

Ordered 2 Pad Thai main dishes plus a calamari starter to take away. Opened the calamari container (cost £7.95) to find the contents were only about 6 small pieces of cold batter with virtually no calamari in at all! Then discovered that both pad thai meals were mostly stodgy noodle with small amount of chicken and smothered with peanut (which menu said was on the side). Totally lacking in flavour and after a few mouthfuls it went in the bin. I was so cross I went back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager or chef. Was told by the waiter that I had to deal with him so I complained about the awful food quality! Was offered a refund for the starter but not nearly enough apology and no one in the kitchen wanted to confront the issue. Wish I had taken the whole lot back! I've eaten Thai food for years in many different countries so can honestly say this was terrible! Don't waste your money supporting this restaurant.
