I have Been going to Imrans wicker along time first time ever putting a review up It’s 10/10 recently had the zinger burger irfan said he changed the style and it was Amazing 🔥 Quality food! staff very friendly owners very humble and always put extra for u in the meals. Always a pleasure to visit Imran’s looking forward to the Imrans spicy dip burger 🍔 what’s should b here soon 👍🏽

Worst experience ever from Imrans. Some till staff claiming that he’s the “manager”behaviour was unacceptable! Got the order wrong from the start and then got told we can collect the missing items but when we got to the shop to get the missing food he went ahead and tried to claim that we came back for “free” food and that our food wasn’t actually missing since he was the one who packed our order. We ordered £30 worth of food to which items were missing and some items were wrong. This could have been dealt with a lot better. And if in fact he was the “manager” he should get proper training. Terrible service. Arrogant and just plain rude.

Today I been to Imran’s restaurant in Wicker.. Believe or not I found a big fly on the top of my pizza straight away I stopped eating and informed all my friends and siblings to avoid eating or ordering from there.. Zoom in the below pictures and you gonna see the cute fly..

Enjoyed my mix dona kebab with the fried wedges everything had just the right amount of seasoning. Beats any other kebab shop hands down

I ordered chicken and chips and they was a rats tail inside my chicken and came with sauce that I am highly allergic to and I did state that I am allergic to it

Just ordered a meal 2 x fried chicken meal, only one arrived. We have paid for 2 meals. Have tried to contact imrans and no one is picking up. Not happy with the service

I’d not eaten at Imran’s before, despite having lived in Sheffield for over 20 years. I was very impressed with the service and food quality, so felt compelled to leave a review. I had a (takeaway) burger, fried, spicy. I’m not a regular eater of spicy food but for me the spiciness was perfect and a definite step up in flavour compared to a chain restaurant burger like KFC. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Sheffield for 3 days and we had our dinner there everyday . Food is amazing and freshly made . Much better than any fast food restaurant. Imran’s has food freshly made every morning.

I took peri peri chicken as usually but this time as you can see it is still bleeding although I have asked well done cooking and it just boiled in water not grilled and even no taste at all. Also, the chicken feathers are still on it

Ordered my food with them. They delivered the wrong order phoned to complain very rude told me they would not replace the order so wasted £30 and have no food so reordered from elsewhere

Disappointed to say the least, travelled an hour out our way to come to imrans, got there ordered £40 pound worth of food, to only get 2 meals we asked for!!! Shocking service the man serving us was RUDE!! Won’t be visiting here again I’m ashamed.

Quality Arab cuisine at an affordable price. The restaurant is open as early as 8am and closes around 11pm. A typical fast food joint with Spacious seating facility at the first floor of the restaurant.

The food is good, but it's always wrong. These guys must have competitions with each other on how to serve as many wrong orders as possible. They make up their prices on the spot, they don't listen to what you ask for. Everything about ordering from here is rushed, they are about speed and taking your money and getting to the next person.

One of top places for fried chicken and grilled. One my favourite is the special burger. All the food they sell here is quality. Always fresh and tasty.

Visité Sheffield para un viaje de negocios y un conductor de taxi me recomendó visitar Imran para un sabroso almuerzo rápido antes de tomar mi tren de regreso a Brum. My friend and I had a medium size“family” meal for £4.50 which we elected to take away. This included fried chicken, tandoori chicken, strips of kebab meat, chips and some salad. The meal was large in amount and very tasty. This place always seems to be busy. There is even a “snake” queue to get served. The service is quick and easy. They even sell cakes. We chose a slice of carrot cake for £2.50 - also very good.

London Rd branch makes the nicest Chicken Special Burger in a lovely soft brioche bun- a perfectly grilled fillet burger with grilled doner mixed meat on top, with grilled onions. New branch is also nicely decorated and clean. Keep up the great work

The food was so nice and cheap. We ordered special meal and half peri peri chicken meal both with drink. Only cost us 6pound.... The peri peri chicken was so nice and juicy..will be back soon to try other stuff

Ive been going here for years and left 5 star reviews,went with my kids during ramadan,i had seek kebab sandwich,they are usually beautiful but this time was terrible,had been cooked and reheated,outside was burnt inside was luke warm and was like rubber,all my 3 kids had chicken which they said was dry,never had a bad meal there until this time,tried to tell one of the staff and he just ignored me,i realy hope this is a one off as i know a lot of the original staff have left.

Not sure if this is the right place, however I do love both the Wicker and Abbeydale Road places. On Abbeydale Road, the £4.60 for a medium Imran's Special is an absolute bargain. Never had a bad experience here. Owner is super friendly, food is excellent. Love it.

This is my second review as my first was removed unfairly. I've been to imrans around 10 times in 10 years and everytime I've been disappointed. There is nothing unique and everything is premade. You can get the exact same food across the road for a fraction of the price. The staff are rude and keep you waiting for a long time with no explanation. This is by far the most overpriced and Overrated takeaway in Sheffield.

I have visited this takeaway around 8 times in the past 10 years and each time I've thought to myself I don't understand how this place is still open. The food is average but the prices are extortionate. You can get the same food across the road with better service and price and it taste is exactly the same. I truly can not understand why there is always a que in imrans. They have recently opened a imrans express on abbydale Road that is run by the owners brother and their quality of food and service is even worse than this one. My advice is stay clear of this place and invest your money in kebabish across the road as the atmosphere, food and service is much more effiecent.

Allways top quality food at very reasonabke prices,would recomend to anyone.seekh kebab in naan bread or mixed meal for under a fiver are great.

We get Special Imran's every now and again. I can confidently say; it is the best Donner Kebab in Sheffield by far.

After having travelled the country up and down and trying cheese burgers I thought I'd try one of the main places in the town..... it didn't do too well.I ordered a Quarter pounder Cheese burger with chips and all can say is that it was DISGUSTING!!! I don't know why but the taste was awful, even though i tried to force myself to finish it off i couldn't The fries were of cheap quality, not what i expected.....I wont be returning

It's a good takeaway comparing to other takeaways. They give really nice and big portions of everything as we had large family meal which was more then enough for 2 of us, good taste of food. Liked it. Thumbsup

This is a takeaway we'll visit when we want grilled chicken as it's on point. They have a fair seating area upstairs which fulfils our needs, and a baby chair which makes it family friendly. Service is good, but would advise calling in advance if you want to avoid waiting time.

I come here every now and then when I have a fast food urge that needs satisfying. You can't beat their 'special meals' which are a combo of all their best menu items. As always, the food was great and the portions huge. The service is very on and off though....depending on who serves you. A lot of the time it's very rushed, also due to the huge queues (always a good sign in a fast food takeaway!). But, if you get served by Imran himself, the service is amazing! Keep up the great work!

Staff are ok but it does seem to be busy all the time so hard to assess service. Food portions are very good. The grill menu is tucked away which is a pity!

Wanted to give it a go due to the variation in the menu and was disappointed . The ribs were super tough and nut edible and the potato wedges were soggy and bland . There are better option in the area and also found the upstairs dining area to be dirty .would not go back again and pricey for what it is .

Has been a regular place to go with both family and friends, however not sure for how much longer.The upstairs is nearly always dirty, we hardly see staff cleaning. The food is going down hill and not as tasty as before and varies greatly in consistency.The service has always been hit and miss , although the railings have helped stop people pushing in.

Imran's used to a family favourite a few years ago but after a recent visit its all gone down hill. Prices have increased dramatically compared to other places and for what, smaller portions? I ordered a pizza and an Imran's special which took 40 minutes! Even after staff were constantly saying "it will be ready in 15 minutes". As it took a lot longer for the food to be ready, I asked for a free can of coke to compensate for my time, which they refused and acted as if its ok to keep people waiting that long. I stated that I had an issue with the slow service, high prices and smaller portions compared to other places, as to which they responded with "go eat there then".Absolutely disgusting. Save your money and visit Kebabish on London road, prices are cheaper, better quality and you get more for your money.

This used to be by far the best chicken/chips halal place in Sheffield and I've known non-locals to make a special trip here to see what the fuss is about. The Wedges were (and still are) the best in town. The chicken takes some beating ...BUT ....Recently I've noticed quality and quantity take a nosedive.Prices sneak up every few months. Imran's has always been vastly overpriced compared to competitors but we kept coming back due to the quality and the chilli sauce and wedges.Portion sizes get smaller.Not only this, but after 15+ years in the business you'd think Imran has worked out an efficient queuing system. Its always chaos in there whenever I go and depending on the day/time / the crowd, people just push in to the front without a care in the world.Other places not far away are catching up on quality and prices tend to be cheaper elsewhere, so, really sorry to say this, I'll not be coming back for the forseeable future.

Visited for first time and had mixed donor & chicken donor. Unbelievable quality and portion size as I asked for a large.Guy behind counter was great and happy to please. I come from Huddersfield and we have nothing to compare with this takeaway.Highly, highly recommended.Dev Wilcox Huddersfield

Have been coming here for ages for best mixed kebab meat and wedges in town. Food is always excellent with large portions at reasonable prices.Only given 4 stars instead of 5 as some staff seem a bit moody.Also, this place is always, always busy and although I find it fun visiting late and seeing the young bucks strutting about the place others may not like the atmosphere.

Found baby slug in my food , they are blaming each other colleague, not professional not even apologize , we ordered food for 5person but we had to leave our food on table , can't trust their food anymore .

This is not the first time I have eaten from this fast food outlet. I stumbled across it whilst visiting the area and happened to order a meal with potato wedges. The potato wedges are amazing! They taste different and unique. The seasoning used on them is delicious and leave you wanting more. I now regularly travel a round trip of 50 miles just to eat wedges from this place. I have tried other food such as burgers from here. I, personally feel as though the rest of the food is pretty average and a little over priced compared to other similar outlets but the potato wedges are definitely worth paying a visit for.

Whilst staying at the holiday inn we kept seeing people go over the bridge and coming back with takeaways, someone recommend imrans on the corner, I got a takeaway for 2 adult and 2 kids, 4 different dishes (mixed grill, kebab, mixed kebab, spicy chicken) it came with freshly made naan breads, 2 salads and loads of dips, the staff where very friendly and the place was fascinating to sit and see the going on's, food was just brilliant and it all cost just £21 which I was amazed by, highly recommend and can't wait for me next one.

Really good takeaway for fried chicken, kebab-type meal deals etc. Good and greasy (meant in the best of ways), good value. They're always busy, but always friendly and efficient with the mass of orders that come at them all day and night long. Always look forward to an Imran's trip.

Got take out for a group of five or us. Could not believe the portion size and quality was spot on, could have been a little spicier but i asked for medium hot and it was acceptable. Good selection of naan wraps (wonderful) kebabs and pizza's all good. Don't miss if you are in Sheffield, very good value - go hungry.

This place is amazing I go hear at least once a week and every time I'm on a night out no matter where in town I am my night ends hear. It's good food, good prices and good service what moor do you need?

I came here with a few people. We went to eat upstairs. The tables were not cleaned. Empty boxes and cans lying around. I'm guessing this was a one off because i believe it is a respectable place to eat. I will be coming here again as i have always done. I couldn't find a email for the takeaway thats why i have reported this on TA.

I read all these rave reviews so I had high expectations.I took my wife to grab a bite in the evening after work. When I got there, it was clear that the restaurant was busy. And I found that to be surprising given what I would find next. (By the way, Imran's, you should give your customers a receipt. I was not happy having to wait without one especially after having paid money. I also didn't like the fact that I had to tell the guy who was giving me our food what we had ordered again to make sure we had everything.)I had a chicken strip meal with a cheese pizza whilst my wife had a chicken burger with an piece of chicken.I was given what looked like a box of chips. I asked where the strips were and I was told they were buried beneath the chips. When I finally got the the strips, they were greasy and I couldn't have more than one. So I tried the pizza. Again, very poor quality but better than the strips. I forced myself to have a few slices but then I gave up.I ended up crossing the street and ordering some fries to fill up. I felt that this was disappointing given how much the food had cost. Definitely will not be back.

I go there at least once in a two weeks just because it's awesome food. Price is also very reasonable. It's worthy to spend money there

Went here with my partner while visiting Meadowhall, but to be honest, i wish we hadnt bothered. I really fancied a chicken doner and asked if they had it. Answer was yes but what we recieved was more tandoori chicken which was so spicy, i couldnt eat it. We mentioned our disappointment on our way out and to be fair, the gentleman at the counter apologised and said they added spices themselves so technically not a standard chicken doner as i know it. He was kind enough to offer us a partial refund when we returned one full uneaten meal

Best chicken burger around, far better than KFC! Never been disappointed, only tiny complaint would be the chips can very occasionally ve a little soggy but that hardly ever happens. Guys being the counter are friendly and happy, remember our 'usual' order! Will be back again and again!

I love the wedges here. They are the BEST..usually make an hour long journey just to get some, and its usually one box for now and one for later!Have tried the classic no1 meal ..its not bad. A bit of everything. Good to have if its ur first time here. Service is friendly, quiet, seating area upstairs..and its quite spacious too. Just try the wedges tho..!

Anytime we are travelling up to Yorkshire and back down. Imrans is our pit stop. We refuel ourselves with the wedges. And chicken fillet burger. Ate at a lot of places but these are the best wedges in the country no doubt. Not to mention the enormous portion sizes and the fact that they are not stingy and give generous amount of sauce at no extra charge. Nice chilli sauce. Will continue visiting.

Imrans is a much a part of Sheffield as Sheffield steel. It's the best fast food place in the city. Everyone knows it. Everyone wants it. We've been many times in the past, in fact me and my husband have been coming here every valentines day for years now. It started as something to do when we were single... And we carried the tradition on once we became a couple. The food is always fabulous. Personally I love the special meals. A bit of everything in a box. can't beat it! It's always fresh, always hot and always tasty. This sometimes means you wait a few minutes, as they cook something for you, but it's worth it. Last night was usual wonderful standards and the guys behind the counter were friendly as ever , even though they were rushed off their feet.

I have been going here for over the past 16 years. Having not been for a few months the prices have rocketed. £5 for a chicken burger meal. U can go to other places in Sheffield and get the same for £3- £4. Now I did go at a busy time and ordered a spicy chicken burger. I waited for over 20 minutes for it. Even then I had to prompt the server. The server was very rude no thank you, snatching money from your hand and slamming the food on the counter.I got the burger and went outside. When I went to eat it, the bread cake was hard around the edges as if it had been stood for a while. There was no salad or mayonnaise or cheese slice on the burger. The chips were cold n soggy with the chilli sauce on them. I returned the food immediately to the same server who after looking at it said "oh its just a bit crispy" at £5.00 I'd want it cooked perfect and succulent. The owner Imran was there who said we will change it. I didn't want to wait another 20 mins and asked for a refund. Imran insisted he would change it. So I was given another bun and the same soggy chips and the now cold chicken fillet. I had to ask for salad on the burger. There were no apologies nothing. The food was just put on the counter with out a thank you nothing. The new bread cake was again dry not been toasted or nothing. I couldn't be bothered to go on again so the food was thrown away.Imrans has been the best fast food place in Sheffield and Rotherham for the last 15 years. This experience has dissatisfied me and made me write this review. I hope the standard of food improves and the staff are spoken to about their manners. With the amount of competition in Sheffield and the variety of food available it would be a shame for Imrans to become complacent and lose a lot of customers.

Imran's never fails to deliver. Quick service the food tastes as fresh as it can for a fast food restaurant and its grill is always fresh and on point. The servers are always smiling and the place has a sense of euphoria inside it. The seating upstairs is spacious and comfortable and painting gives the building a bright look. Will always recommend Imran's when your in need of a quick takeaway as it never fails to deliver. Will definitely be visiting again.

Not impressive looking but good fresh food. No place to sit, but could walk there from hotel. They made breaded chicken from scratch, no frozen patties from boxes. Good. The spicy chicken was really good, but better when breaded. We tried it grilled and the spicy was too hot for my taste, but when breaded it was just right. They don't have salt packets, but will put some in a little container for you if you ask.

Ok the food is decent but recently the prices have gone mad ... Normal meals gone up, stupidly high prices on chips when you can get them accross road for £1, i mean come on chips are chips they aint made from special potatoes.. Dont think ill be wasting my money here

Imrans as far as a take away goes is the best fried chicken you can get! There are a few good places to eat around the area. You can ring so it's ready for you to collect too otherwise it does some times take a while as it's usually busy.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Royal Victoria, stumbled across Imran's Diner strolling around, ordered a kebab and a potion of wedges sneaked it back to the hotel..,masses of great food. Excellent value just over £6.00 just has to be done once in a while.

This place is brill for a quick chicken & fries etc. There chilli sauce is the best, location might not be to everybody's taste.

Does the best Fried chicken, Pizza's, Burgers, and amazing grilled piri piri chicken. Opens late til 5am. Very clean and well managed. Staff very polite and accommodating. Prep staff wear hats in the kitchen and plastic aprons. Prices are very reasonable. Really Good.

I have been eating at Imrans for over 15 years, this place rocks. Yep sometimes it can get real busy and you have to ensure your order is not mixed up with someone else's, some times the table cleaning is slow but you can over look these issues. The chicken is the BEST, cooked in pressure cookers with less oil than KFC, tastes better, healthier and the salad is wonderfully fresh. The potato wedgies are terrific..very yummy. This is soul food at its best. This food will edify you!

I'm from the other end of sheffield but work close by, I always eat here n would recommend it to anyone. Meal 2 is great value!
