Food arrived 1 hour and 5 mins late. Couldn't get hold of anyone then got a call from a driver who seemed to have got lost but I couldn't understand him. When he finally arrived the food was cold but he was apologetic.

waited an hour and a half, food arrived barely warm, and one container had leaked over the rest, very dissappinted

The food wasn't hot and tasted very bland. ordered hot currys and wasnt spicy at all! portion sizes were good. The best bit was the chicken tikka and the nan bread. The sag panner was unlike any I've had before and so it was thrown away as inedible in our opinion. Best thing about this takeaway was the delivery time. unfortunately I won't be reordering.

Very tasty food. Delivery took a long time but I appreciate with it being Valentine’s Day it was likely busy. All the dishes we ordered were tasty, but very similar in flavours and going by the description should have each been stand out. Tasty none the less!

Food was all luke warm or cold. Flavours were nice but the massive delay in the order and temperature of the food spoiled the whole experience. Ordered at 5:30pm with an expected delivery window of 6:40-7pm after chasing the restaurant twice the food arrived at gone 8pm. Real shame as there was real potential but spending over £50 on cold food left us really disappointed.

My favourite Indian takeaway! Always excellent quality, great portions, with special offer pricing currently, absolutely bargain. Only slight problem was that I was probably late in the delivery drop-offs as it had cooled a fair bit, still a couple of minutes in the microwave for all the bits and everything good. Full up and very satisfied 👍😎👍

Wow. First time I've ordered from Imrans Indian takeaway, and I must say, that was the best Indian food I've ever tasted. Food was hot when it was delivered, the taste is outstanding and I will most definitely use them again. Absolutely delicious 😋

Really disappointed with the order. Took 1h40 to get delivered. Called twice, being told both times that the food was on its way. When the food did arrive this had to be reheated and the bhaji, samosa and naans were cold and soggy. The overall quality of the food was fine, but would've eaten anything by this stage!

Took and hour and a half to deliver 2 rice and 2 curry dishes when it arrived it was cold popadoms were soft and it cost over £40!

Great tasting food - but disappointing to see the pricing is much much cheaper ordering direct from their website. Even with the £1 delivery charge. Good that Price promise is available but not everyone sees this.

Although when ordering it mentioned that it would take over an hour I was disappointed that this was actually the case and some of the food was cold on arrival. Overall, very disappointing

the lamb tikka masala was so tough and almost impossible to chew. Shame this was not a good meal as normally quality of food is good.

I have been using Imrans for 30 years. It is by far the best take away in Poole. Recently,I have noticed an increase in the flavours of the dishes, I think there must be new chefs. This Friday I ordered chicken tikka chilli masala, pilau rice & popadoms. Taste is top notch and the portion sizes generous as ever. Not oily at all, rich sauce and very tender chicken. Thank you Imrans - delicious, Steve👍
