Our was was fantastic, just how I like my beef chow mein with a gravy. Imperial Kitchen really give you a lot of food. The various textures of food enhance the experience. I have been ordering from here a while and will continue to do so.

The food was over an hour late and tasted awful. No apology was given for the delay and the only positive to ordering from there was the portion size.

the food took about an hour and a half to come i couldnt get through on the phone so i had to phone just eat to find out were our food was, when it came all my partners sauce was all over the bag. Even though we had paid by card online the driver still asked for the payment

Good quality food. Not large enough portion sizes. Waited too long for delivery however fairly satisfied with the quality of the food, just would have liked a bit more for my money.

i have ordered from them before but was a bit disappointed this time, the potions were a bit smaller then normal, and it took an hour and a half to deliver and had to phone up twice to chase the meal up

Possibly the worst meal I have ever had, food cold, delivery was to long, most of it went into the bin will never use Imperial Kitchen again

It took 2 hours for our food to arrive. And food was lukewarm, chips were soggy.

Food took a little while longer than estimated one hour but was lovely and hot when delivered. However, after I felt very queasy and was sick a few times.

Food was hot but not tasty. Bland noodles and too much soy sauce. Sweet and sour tasted of vinegar. Rice had no taste. Very disappointing

delivery was over an hour on a tues night, the free prawn crackers for ordering over £15 were not in the order, overall the food was very nice and very tasty

Ordered salt and pepper chips got Chips with few onions n soggy peppers in chips also soggy. Other that that chicken n chilli n garlic n fried rice was lovey :-)

A good Chinese meal if nothing outstanding. The menu had loads of choice and the banana fritter was gorgeous! For a Wednesday evening though I was disappointed it took an hour for delivery.

This was my second order from Imperial. The 1st time my curry sauce was missing from the order. The most recent time my pancakes were missing which ruined my duck pancakes (obviously no pancakes)

Was very impressed that the takeaway called to confirm our order, and delivery was quick, but the chicken chow main was very very poor. Loved the onion rings, though!!

I always order from the Imperial Kitchen and thoroughly enjoy it, the portions are of a good size and always plenty to go around. It´s hard to find a good takeaway, but now you have! You won´t be disappointed :)

My order arrived about 10 minutes before the arrival time given which was great. The quality was the best we´ve had in Bolton for Chinese.

What an amazing takeaway!! Food was delivered piping hot, before the estimated time, the quality and taste is amazing, the portion sizes are very generous (the polystyrene cups you normally get soup in, these are nearly half as big again!) We asked for them not to put onions in one of the dishes as I am allergic to them, and they even rang us up to check we weren´t allergic to anything else that was similar like garlic or spring onion. Most takeaways I´ve found don´t care, don´t read the notes and just put them in anyway and kick off when we ring up to say I can´t eat it. I am honestly utterly impressed with this takeaway, I would one million percent recommend them, and hope they stick around! Its rare to find a takeaway that´s worth buying from that sticks around for longer than a year or so! WELL DONE IMPERIAL KITCHEN!!

The delivery driver was very friendly, food arrived piping hot and it was good quality. Will order again.
