Imperial Grill in South Oxfordshire

Don’t order her. It’s expensive, and below than average. Lack of flavour, and ALWAYS cold when delivered. We’ve only ordered from here 3 times and there’s been an error on the order, cold and takes over 50 mins to arrive. Such a shame as the takeaway options are so limited in didcot and this had so much potential as something unique.

Something must have changed recently... only couple months ago it was delicious meat, lots of flavour and most impprtantly tzatziki sauce which let's be honest should be signature of Greek style kebab! Today gosh so so sad... meat OK but despite my partner ordering in person for collection, he said clearly LOTS of sauce, I got nothing. Literally little dry lump of smth at the top of meal... no sauce at all. Dry as h**. Shame, because I would get same good meal at local kebab shop , paying bit more here I expected Greek flavour, which I didn't get at all! Especially ordering I person, you would assume customer service listen what you wish. So poor value for money... :-(

Terrible. Sent them a message to complain, seen but never received a response. Whole meal was cold, chips were burnt. Not even edible. This place used to be good but has gone downhill. Not the first time we’ve had a terrible takeaway from here recently, won’t be going back.

So bad! We ordered 2 x halloumi wraps that come with chips (as stated on menu) and we ordered and paid for extra chips which we didn’t receive, they cost 3.49 each so we are out of pocket by almost £7. Food quality also terrible, halloumi wraps had hardly any filling and chips were stale. I honestly don’t know how you’re still in business.

We came to get a takeaway and ate it in the car because we’re from Wantage. The food was lovely and hot, and they brought the food out to the car for us.
