We booked I'm Japanese food van to come to our offices and we had an amazing lunch. Everyone said how good the food is. Some even went for seconds. Can highly recommend for any occasions!

We decided to get our dvening meal from I'm Japanese tonight as the van was conveniently outside our local pub. We had delicious vegetarian dishes, tasty, fresh and still piping hot when we got home .

He estado queriendo probar "I'm Japenese" por un tiempo, ya que escuché cosas muy buenas al respecto. Las críticas son acertadas: una persona encantadora que dirige la furgoneta de catering para llevar. Comida súper limpia, deliciosa y ella fue muy servicial con nuestro pedido. 10/10. Yesterday in Wheatley we tried the chicken kaarange curry with rice, chicken gyozo with rice and salad (love the yuzu dressing) and mixed gyozo pieces. It was delicious! The family is warm and welcoming and we are looking forward to working our way through the menu which includes maki sushi and vegetarian option available. Good portion sizes and fairly priced. One call to place the order and in return you're given an order number and time for pick up so no waiting around. Pay by card... easy.

It's accessible and quick meals to get for lunch from the Department of Zoology. They served very good dishes and I like all of it! Crispy karaage, gyoza and the most delicious curry udon! Perfecto!

I’m a huge fan of street food and these guys do it perfectly. Their fried chicken is wonderful- juicy on the inside, crispy outside and really nicely seasoned. I had the chicken in a lunch box with rice and pickles and some miso soup as well. I’m really glad I stumbled across this place and it’s now firmly on my regular haunts list. Try it - you won’t be disappointed.

I regularly swing by this convenient and delicious food truck during the week. The Udon with tofu and the Kimchi Tofu box are both delicious. Always fresh, hot, and delicious, the ideal healthy takeaway!

Conveniently located in front of the Maths Department building at Oxford during weekday lunches, this very popular food truck serves some of the best Japanese food in Oxford. Wholesome quick meals for takeaway. Always delicious. A favourite of mine.

A great evening celebrating our daughter, Isabella's 17th birthday. As always the food was sensational but what made it was the service we received from Joao. We had a friend join us, who was new to Sticks and Joao did his absolute best to accommodate her needs. He regularly checked if we were ok and everything was good. Wow! We all left very impressed. Sticks you have a very valuable member of your team and we hope to be served by Joao again. Thank you for making our daughters birthday great!

92 The Heyes, Gloucester Green, Oxford OX1 2BU EnglandOK Japanese restaurant, firstly it's cash only, not sure if it's always been like this or it's a temporary situation but it's weird they have this restriction. It's nicely decorated inside and they have some native Japanese staff working there. The menu is varied, they do ramen, bento boxes, bbq, etc.. Ramen is OK, it's not Japanese standard but no where is outside of Japan in my opinion. It's better than shoryu, I feels it's better then ramen culture. The Tonkotsu ramen was OK, the noodles were medium thickness, not hakata style thin noodles. They were firm and chewy, soup was creamy but lacked depth. Bamboo was OK, egg was Ok in texture, but the yolk wasn't slightly runny which is how I like it, and it lacked flavour. The chashu was OK, it was seared to make it crispy, at least it was thin cut unlike ramen culture where it was too thick. The spicy duck ramen was not as good as Tonkotsu ramen, the duck was roast duck but it was sliced like Cantonese roast duck but it lacked flavour, but was not dry or chewy. The spiciness comes from the chilli sauce condiment that you can find on the table, it's not too spicy but it's nothing special. The good thing is that the food is served quickly, not like shoyu where it feels like they're ubering the food from another restaurant.

94 Cowley RoadTaberu was closed so decided to give this sushi place a try! An absolute hidden gem this is by far my most favourite sushi store in oxford, flavours are great salmon and avacado is definitely fresher than tabarus and it is more authentic compared to tabura as the rice is literal sushi rice. Whereas taberu has small portions made really unathetically tasting like a fake japanese sushi. Absolutely recommend every penny worth it in sushi corner! Customer service is very great too!
