Everything was perfect, you absolutely must try. Many people in Ashington don't know what a good restaurant they have in town.

Heard good reports about this lovely restaurant. We were not disappointed. Had the 3 course lunch special. Tremendous. Big portions. Friendly staff. Nice clean place. Couldn't fault it. Definitely recommend and will return 👌 👍 👏

A quiet restaurant, the food was very good, the waitresses were very helpful, everything was perfect. A dinner with the perfect family.

Absolutely fantastic food here. I’ve travelled the world for my job and eaten in some amazing places, however this place provided the best fillet steak I have ever had! I was staggered at the quality of the food. I’ve had steaks in Canada as well as New York and San Francisco but this place was significantly better. I’ve told my family and friends so we will all be back. Service was great, friendly and a nice clean restaurant.

Having had gorgeous takeout from here a few times friends and I ‘ate in’ for the first time. Such an unassuming building but staff are amazing and the food is to die for. Two of us had steak… melt in your mouth good!

Decisions decisions take away or eat in restaurant. Restaurant won, wow garlic mushrooms were excellent but surpassed by the chicken with dolcelatte sauce. Huge chicken breasts, sauce to die for and fresh veg all at a reasonable price.

Great food cooked well. Lovely team with warm welcome, attentive and friendly. Lovely large restaurant space/no crammed in tables! New business: been here 8 months. We had 3 course special £24 on week night. Food impressive quality, generous portions and well presented. Very pleased we came out for our tea!!

Second time we have visited this restaurant and it won’t be our last. Staff are happy and friendly and the food is delicious. Although it was a Friday night the restaurant was quiet which was lovely for us but a shame for the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to have a nice meal. I hope more people give this fantastic restaurant a try.

Brilliant atmosphere so relaxed. Safe environment and comfortable. The menu was extensive and the service was good. It's probably the best marinara pasta I've ever had !!! The cost was very reasonable for what we had. They even gave Eddie a surprise birthday cake 🍰

Absolutely beautiful food will definitely be back, so pleased to have a really nice good quality restaurant in ashington.... its nothing like the cheap and cheerful sambucca type restaurant that used to be in this building. 100% recommend.

Great choice of food options, didn’t wait long for it to arrive either, the quality & quantity were perfect, staff were really attentive & did plenty of table checks re quality of food & drinks replenishment. As a group of school friends who hadn’t been together for a long time we got lost in the evening but staff didn’t put pressure on us to leave. This has put Ashington on the map!

First visit here, we went as a couple of friends for a catch up and some food and honestly, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. The staff are lovely, attentive but not over the top and very very nice. The atmosphere is gorgeous, so relaxed and easy going. The food, wow, the food is amazing. We were there for the steak night special (Monday - Thursday) and neither of us could fault anything, it was delicious. My review - get yourself there and support a local business that has both amazing customer service, amazing prices and amazing food

It is about time Ashington had a restaurant of this quality. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the quality of food comparable to high-end restaurants in Newcastle, if not actually better. Nice vibe... keep doing what you are doing, and this will become hugely successful. A note to local people... go give this a try, you won't be disappointed... support local, especially since it's better and cheaper than other well-known restaurants.

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and was surprised how quiet this place was at 7.30pm. The food was average meaning nothing wrong with any of the dishes but nothing inspiring either. I would say it is very good value for money but when I am dining out I am looking for something more. I suspect most other people are as well which might explain why this restaurant isn't full on a Saturday evening. On the plus side the service was good and the staff friendly.

I have no reservation recommending this restaurant, I had chicken with asparagus in a white wine and lemon sauce with vegetables, the sauce was beautiful, my husband had steak Diane which he said was the best he had in a restaurant. The wine list was also very good. The waitress was attentive without being overbearing. I was surprised at how quiet it was we went the Tuesday after Christmas.

Just called in here today as feeling hungry on our way home. Staff were lovely and attentive, menu is extensive. Hubby had a pizza and I had chicken with peppersauce and home made chips, all delicious. Had a lovely surprise on the house, so appreciated! The bill was reasonable and we will definitely be back. If there were any negatives, there was only a couple and it’s probably down to our personal taste rather than anything else. It was very brightly lit, I know from the outside it attracts customers when it stands out brighter, but inside it would just be a little bit more intimate if the lights were dimmed , just a suggestion! Also the music was very loud, but I must admit there was no bother when we asked if they could turn it down. All in all a lovely food experience. Thank you!
