I use Iford Tandoori for all my deliveries now. The food is fantastic and always arrives piping hot. Delivery has been a little late on occasion, but this has mainly been due to traffic, which can be heavy in the tourist season, but the food is always worth waiting for. I'd recommend them to anyone - Bob Savage

We wanted to take our children to an Indian restaurant without a huge expense as we are a family of 5 and keen to try different dishes. The restaurant is bring your own so that saves such an expense for a family in terms of drinks bills and there is a fantastic set menu which easily fed 5 of us and gave us the opportunity to try lots of different dishes. The waiters were so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. It was a really good experience for us as a family and we will definitely go back. We have eaten here once before as a couple with friends and again enjoyed a really tasty dinner. A great menu to chose from and such good prices compared to many restaurants near us. Thank you so much for a great meal. We will definitely be back.

Out with a group of friends and know one else in the restaurant. Not welcomed on entry not even a smile. Pouring with rain and not even asked if we’d like them to take our coats. Bordering on rude waiter collecting plates/delivering food. Using hand suggestions to ask for our plates rather than speaking. Food was quite good but not all dishes were great. Very slow to come back to us so we could pay the bill. Just stood in kitchen with the boss (?). Friend had to ask waiter if he was having a bad night at the end. He just laughed and said they are busy in the kitchen. Obviously takeaway orders were more important. Would really put any of us going again. Shame as local to us all.

My wife and I had an excellent meal on Friday evening last We have tried their delivery service and found it excellent on on Friday we had a tandoori mixed grill and I had a king prawn jal frezi with a spinach and cauliflower bhaji The pickles, especially the red pickle, we had with really crispy poppadums beforehand we excellent Thank you.

I normally order take away. Decided to eat in this time with my girlfriend and the place was completely empty and we sat on a 4 person table so extra space for side dishes I order, the guy at front of house didn’t welcome us and made us move to a 2 person table even though there was nobody else there which was quite weird, by the time we left only one other couple was there. His manner was quite rude and seems completely disinterested in his job. The couple come in 10 mins after and got served their meal before us. The food was great and tasty as always but this member of staff could do with some extra training.

Having flown four lovely passengers down from Aberdeen to Bournemouth along with their very heavy bag of dead geese it was time for dinner Only a ten minute walk from The Village hotel, we were greeted by this delightful Indian restaurant. Delicious aromas prevailed and even the lack of alcohol (you can bring your own but we couldn’t be bothered to step out into the cold again) was not going to dampen our enthusiasm. I had to admit it was shaping up to be considerably better than The Harvester that I’d suggested 😀 We ordered some delicious curries from the specials menu : I forget the names of the dishes but basically it’s all very very good. The only other diners at what was a fairly early hour on a Wednesday evening were a loud table of ladies of a certain vintage who were fussing about a lack of spoons and generally making a nuisance of themselves. Thankfully they piped down once their food arrived and, with their noses in their troughs we were free to enjoy our dinner too. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly. It’s a family business and that shows in the care and attention to detail. Thanks Saad and family for a lovely evening!!

Thought I'd try a dine in after 3 great takeaway's. Good service, a full restaurant (always a good sign), spacious room. Starter excellent, a rival for my Indian of choice. Main equally good, lovely tasteful & well spiced from main to sides. BYO makes the evening cheaper all round so we enjoyed a desert to cleanse the pallet. All in all a great night - starter, main, sides, rice & desert for £27 p/head, cant argue with that!! Will return.

Delicious. A byo restaurant so it was considerably cheaper overall. Sounds daft but the pickles tray was the best I’ve ever seen. I had a chicken and minced lamb dish with a coconut sauce. Gorgeous. One of the family had jalfrezi and she found it very hot, so be warned! Everyone had a great meal and I’m delighted to have discovered this place after many years visiting the area. We’ll be back.

First time dining here after 2 excellent takeaways. "BYO" is a great option in the 'current climate' & the restaurant doesn't need to hike the drinks prices. Starter, main, rice & sides all cooked to a very good standard. Good service also in a full restaurant. Four courses & a dessert for under £30 p/head on a weekend is very good value indeed. Will return!

Me and my partner really enjoyed our selfs. The food was unbelievable the flavours were incredible and the portion sizes were amazing. The service was great they were really happy and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Really can’t recommend this place enough. We will 100% be going back! Absolutely delicious!

We have eaten here many times always good food and nice staff, but one big point is the place needs a good clean starting to get very grubby (the unisex loo pretty grim!!) Not seen the kitchen but hope it is cleaner than the loo!! Come on guys get the place cleaned up as the food is great!
