I ordered a Choco Brownie Surprise with no brownie surprise. All I got was brownie crumbs. This sundae had no brownie chunk pieces, only crumbs! I paid £8 for crumbs! They deceived me by putting half a brownie chunk on the top of sundae specifically next to the wafer to make it more visible. Was that the surprise?????

I had panoffee crép and my girls had northland and strawberry chocolate chip 🍪 cookie dough Ferrero rocher Sundae and strawberry bubble gum sundae Everything was fantastic The pace was very nice Location was easy to approach Staff are very polite Apart that I ask for tap water and he said we do serve this here😳🤔 We will definitely visit again and I'll remember to have my water bottle with me 😁

3rd time here and consistently good. Its not obviously it serves great curries, freshly grilled meats and oven nan bread. Thanks guys

The food and service has gone down completely! I used just eat to order a take away it arrived over an hour later than I expected and the food was cold like it had been left standing. Speaking to the staff who applied no customer care. There’s no problem if this is a family run business but nobody wanted to take responsibility for the poor service. When I rang the call was passed on and the person who finally dealt with the call just wanted me off the phone and agreed to a refund! I will only get a refund for the food so it cost me for their poor service. I was charged for the delivery poor show I say. Sadly I won’t be dining there again in any capacity. My previous experience of good food and customer service in the restaurant led me to believe the service would be the same with delivery second time I’ve complained about food delivery…. What I would say is if you dare DON’T order in the quality is lacking!!

We decided last minute to dine out we had two of the curry dishes, salad and chicken biryani. The food and service was outstanding. We’ve had take away from here before and to be completely honest dining in gives the whole experience a different feel. If you can dine in do enjoy been treated special and the whole ambience makes the occasion p.

Very easy to order online. Food arrived on time, I received exactly what I ordered no raita which I thought would be standard with any meal. Time to tuck in, looked good however I could not eat it all because it was salty. Even with the rice it did not absorb the sweetness excessive salt. I’ve eaten in before and ordered take always however this is the first time Ive had a sub standard meal. Ate what I could however I didn’t enjoy the meal.

The portions were really small. I was shocked. Food portion size were small and quality was very poor. What these guys dont understand is they are not doing customers a favour. They are claiming money back from the government so why are they cutting back on size of portions and giving us bad quality food. I will never go back and will worn others. Shame on you. How do the owners sleep at night knowing what they are doing is morally and ethically wrong. God is watching And there service was all over the place.. Female waitress did not smile had a bit of an attitude. Brought deserts without cutlery. I had to ask for them. The place was so dis organised. I think a lot of customers will not be going back. They may have made some extra bucks with the scheme but on the long run they will have lost business.

Very poor Experience, avoid at all costs! Sat down pretty quickly and place was very busy. They had a lot of staff on and quick to be served, the cleanliness was lacking. We ordered our deserts £40 worth they brought 2 tubs of melted ice cream and slung it on our table 5 minutes later another tub of melted ice cream. We returned these and asked about rest of our order they seemed to didn’t know, they said all ice cream had melted due to the heat. So why serve it? I witnessed a staff member bite his nails behind the counter which is disgusting but also worrying during the covid situation we ended up leaving in the end! Very un happy!

We placed a large order for 7 of us and was told half and hour wait which was fair enough as it was busy. We didn’t mind waiting that long provided our order was correct and it came together. However, we first received 2 pots of melted pistachio ice cream, which we had to return as they weren’t ours. Then we received one small pot of ice cream for one of our kids and then after waiting about 10 minutes we received other parts of our order. After complaining several times and being told they’d ran out of ice cream we finally received all of our order and replacement milkshakes instead of ice cream. We got our moneys worth in the end to be fair but the service was so disorganised that it ruined the experience. The food was very nice as well in fairness.

I ordered food when it arrived chicken legs were dry and smelled not fresh chicken wings over cooked and dry overall bad service I phoned and they were rude shall not be ordering again

There's 1 member of staff that this place can't live without. May aswell close when he's not there because the staff take far too many liberties when he's away. Quote the manager go order over there I'm busy on the phone. Are you serious guys ill never get spoken to like that again you guys are like dumb disfunctional zombies. Had to get my food boxed up due to the length of my wait no apology no explanation 42 customers 5 staff members but still a lengthy wait after a hard day's work. I hope the owner sees this comment your workers don't care unless the customers are there friends simple as that last time I came I got a drink spilled all over me yet again no replacement no apology had to wipe it myself. For the love of Allah please don't visit this confused place. prisoners recieve greater service no joke.

Went there late night 10.30pm so was quiet. I had a Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake with Mango/Passionfruit Ice Cream. My partner in crime had a banana ice cream dessert (forgotten the actual name because I was concentrating on my dessert excitingly). Im a chocolate fanatic and I love my desserts. It was one of the best desserts I have had. In fact so good I'm going to rate this 10/10. The seating was very clean and so comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

16 of us turned up without a booking. Staff quickly arranged the tables to accommodate our group. Fast efficient service, good atmosphere good background music, overall a good experience.

Went in for a bite to eat and service was terrible. Only 2 staff on the floor. Had to move tables 3 times because they gave our table to someone else and then asked us to move to a smaller table. Then there were problems with the card payment and then the food delivery was very slow. Two of us ordered at the same time and mine got delayed.

Ordered food and dessert. Dessert looked average but I didn’t eat that. Ordered a “gourmet chicken burger”, this was a fried piece of chicken (gourmet is usually grilled) in hard bread with some salad thrown in. I’d rather go to KFC the next time I want a chicken burger. Portion sizes are small which I guess was a good thing here since the food was vile. Ordered a some drinks too which we had to remind staff about, twice. 2/3 drinks came and we had to again remind them about the third. Rubbish service. Rubbish food.
