Ice Palace in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

5 of us wanting ice creams, 3 kids. Ordered the 2 older kids and then asked for a half size amount of ice cream for my toddler and the only remark I got was “well it’s the same price” - yes I didn’t ask for a price deduction, I asked for a small scoop so as 1. Not to waste it and 2. Not to get in a huge mess with it. No allergen control with the paddles so one of the party who is coeliac was unable to have an ice cream. Massive lack of cross contamination control and customer service - won’t be coming back

Queued for ages as the service was slow. Never seen anyone struggle so much to scoop out ice cream for 2 cones. The ice cream was too soft/sloppy and it was gritty as if the milk powder had not been mixed in fully. The raspberry ripple was tasteless and very disappointing.

After a disappointing meal at Henry's, we visited the Hunstanton Ice Cream Company and it proved to be a great experience. A wide variety of flavours from which to choose, friendly service and great "portions". Well worth another visit :)

A very enjoyable hot latte. Served in a mug. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Friendly staff, very conscientiously cleaning the tables.

In The Pavillon Cafe, staff pleasant , food nice. But DON’T ask to use the toilets in The Toy Shop, same Owner. Absolutely disgraceful. Concerned that the staff have to use those facilities.

Ice cream shop selling local ice cream which we liked. Enjoyed the ice cream and drink but the servers weren’t very cheery!

Don’t go unless you have cash!!!! Given we are in a pandemic I don’t carry cash at the moment but when this place declined three of my bank cards I was forced to leave my daughter waiting at the parlour while I had to dash to a cash machine to get the money, ice creams were ruined, whole day tarnished, won’t be going again.

Lovely friendly person served me and i asked if the mint ice cream was gluten free, she checked and confirmed it was. Then she asked if i wanted it in a gluten free cone. YES a GF CONE. Never heard of this before. btw the mint ice cream and cone was great. Thank you very much.

I just read one of the reviews on awful whippy ice cream as well as over priced and burst out laughing. This place had some incredibly tasty real ice cream and whilst the price may be a little higher the quality of product was excellent. I opted for Norfolk fudge with white chocolate malteaser and it was lush. So good and I would go again. Another comment was on rude staff, I thought they were excellent considering they were rushed off of their feet. Brilliant service.

Charmless service from waitress who served us yet one who showed us to our table was pleasant. Indifferent coffee. American was too thin and had no crema. Cappuccino looked like dishwater. Wet and warm is best I can say. Social distancing and track/trace measures in place.

We had taken our dog for a walk on the beach and we were looking for somewhere to have a coffee when we saw the Ice Palace/The Pavilion Cafe in its prominent position. There were tables outside, where we expected we would have to sit, but the Ice Palace/The Pavilion Cafe is extremely dog friendly, so we were able to sit inside (which was fortunate as it was starting to rain). Our welcome into the Cafe was very warm and friendly and our coffee was served speedily. It was good coffee. The ice creams looked delicious and, in the end, we gave in. The tasted as delicious as they looked. Next door is an adjoining gift shop. I bought a collapsible water bowl for our dog which we forgot when we left. One of the members of staff ran after us to return it. How's that for service!

Paid £2 for a small tub of whippy. Whippy was crap to be honest. Tasted a bit strange too. The portion was tiny. Got the same sized tub the day before from the ice cream shop on the corner- the start of the pier. And it tasted 10 times better came with a choice of sauces. Good sized portion. And just generally looked nicer. I did mention to the lady that it tasted a bit strange but she didn't suggest to do me another. Just walked off totally disappointed, waste of calories! Should have took a photo of each one, the difference would have been hilarious!!!

We decided to have " sit in service"for ice cream as it was raining outside. When we asked for an ice cream menue we were told to go outside and choose from the display of ice creams on show. My husband chose a tub and I chose a cone. When it eventually arrived my cone was handed to me without a napkin to protect it but directly from the waitresse's hand, this is not acceptable and I was not able to eat the cone, need I say more! The ice cream was delicious but the service was diabolical, if service is so in deferent now what will it be like in the summer. Hunstanton is better than this !

Actually very disappointing. 5 adults bought 5 ice creams, 3 x doubles and 2 x singles, total £15.50. (therefore tried 8 flavors between us and none of us really thought the flavors were realistic. i had mango and honestly couldn't tell what it was. The fudge tasted a bit like tiramisu- amaretto and was not nice. So we felt ice creams were totally over priced. Wont go back as there are plenty of other ice cream shops. Lovely position on the corner looking out to sea.

Ice cream was not overly tasty. Though we didn't try every flavour the ones we had were very bland. The tea ordered took an extreme amount of time. Great view of the green and the sea.

A truly great Ice Cream experience. So many unique flavours to choose from, all really authentic and true to the original flavours and fragrances. Turkish Delight was a real hit. Probably the best We've had in the UK.

Great waffles and ice cream selection. Well worth a visit when in Hunstanton. The eating area was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly

Loved the ice creams. Generous ice creams, larger variety and good opening Hours. The children enjoyed coco pop ice cream and We had Lemon Meringue. Great.

Rude service, sloppy ice cream and resentful staff, will not be going here again even if I was paid too

This is the best ice cream in Hunstanton. We went late on a Saturday and it was so lovely to have such great service. Poppy helped choose from the excellent selection and we were not disappointed.

Ice cream made on premises to die for lots of different flavours vary from day to day also selection of great sorbets my favourite is Apple sorbet cafe has great selection of drinks and snacks as well as deluxe ices. Not to be missed

Nice restaurant on the green.Great ice creams and snacks,friendy ,clean,good value for money and staff are cheerful.Good outside seating,dogs are welcome.

El helado es algo fuera de este mundo, mis hijos y tengo que visitar aquí cada vez que visitamos Hunstanton. Ahora es una parte importante de nuestras vacaciones. Una variedad de sabores que no he visto en ningún otro lugar, y el personal es muy educado y amable ... increíble!!

Este hotel es una pequeña joya de Hunstanton. Llevé a mi familia de Londres. Algunos de los grupos tenía paninis para el almuerzo y la otra mitad había helado platos. Todos estábamos muy contentos con nuestra comida. Era precioso teníamos una selección de té de hierbas para elegir. La otra ventaja es 'amables perros' son bienvenidos total ventaja
