I absolutely love marshfield ice cream it's made near to where we live but dont see it much in our area unless you go to a farm shop or garden centre. Wide selection of flavours and you had my favourite which is chocoholic heaven and I had a chocolate star in it. Very friendly lady serving will definitely return

Nice friendly shop, but prices were a bit steep, £3.50 for a medium tub. Wide range of flavours that suited to different needs, vegan, dairy free and gluten free options available. Also sold dog ice cream. Did seem a bit small and there were large queues on busy days but always met the demand.

We found this place on the last day of our holiday last year, so when rebooking the same campsite for this year ice n cold was definitely on our to do list. We absolutely love this place not only for the delicious flavours but also they cater for my son who has IBS to which dairy and gluten being his main triggers. Not only do they do the sorbets but they actually do dairy free ice cream which is so hard to find in places like this. Thank.you so much for catering for dietary needs it really made my sons holiday to have multiple of your ice creams (mint choc chip being his favourite)

I love Marshfields Ice Cream so much I have it delivered at home, obviously mine aren’t as wonderfully done as they are at Ice N' Cold so I can’t resist a visit to the shop for a professionally prepared one as a treat.

For the humans there is a fantastic range of flavours and you will be spoilt for choice. The staff are really friendly as well. Our dogs also have a special dog ice cream as a treat and there is plenty of places to sit. Definitely worth a visit by anyone visiting Brean.

Visited vairous times throughout the last week (w/c 2/9/19). Each time had various tub scoop combinations. £3 for 2 scoops of the many varieties of ice cream available. Plenty of menu items available, all described on helpful menu boards that can be read as you queue. Very nicely presented. Favourite place to have ice cream at Brean. :)

I stop for a coffee before my return cycle ride along the cycle path. The staff are always friendly. I find that my mug of black coffee has enough taste and I'm always intrigued as to what little goodies will come with it. Most recently, I've had two biscuits and a little pot of a strawberry, rasberries and blueberries (three of my five a day!). Once, after Easter, I was given a pot of mini Esater eggs - delightful. One day I'll try the ice cream!

The ice cream is super yummy, they do many Vegan ice cream options, which are also super yummy so great for lactose intolerance or allergy. Prices are reasonable

They have a great vegan menu which means that all my family can enjoy something there. However my last visit wasn’t so great. After joining the queue at 4.45 so I could get a £1 ice cream for my daughter, I was kept waiting until 5.05pm because two people in front placed large orders. When I explained that I was in fact queued up in time and that the two people in front of me took a long time therefore it should be honoured I was told that the ice cream needed to be ordered and paid for by 5pm to get the deal. I took the ice cream anyway but not happy that I has to pay more for something I had no control over. Maybe if there was a different queue system for those just wanting the happy hour ice cream or a member of staff asking if anyone just wants the happy hour Ice cream would mean that it doesn’t happen again.

We rode our bikes to Brean this morning and stopped here for coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and an Americano. We were amazed at what came. Coffee, biscuit, icecream, fruit....incredible value for £5. We will definitely return.

Stopped for a milkshake the other day at work as it was a nice day. We both had the £3.99 option with a brownie infusion and by looking at the photos thought cool we are in for a treat. Although the milkshake tasted really nice what arrived was a half pint plastic cup with one small piece of brownie. Sorry not good enough for the price! we both walked away saying is that it a total rip off. I understand this is a tourist resort but come on. I should have taken a picture for this review but my phone doesn’t have a zoom lens on.

We live an hour away and sometimes only come down for the ice cream - it’s definitely the best I’ve ever had! The service is also great, David was very friendly and helpful 😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a lovely variety of Marshfield Farm ice creams but avoid having one of their sundaes made up. We decided to have the West Country Delight which stated it came with fresh strawberries,strawberry and clotted cream ice cream, strawberry sauce, sprinkles of shortbread and topped with strawberry sauce. Sounds amazing! Ours arrived with chunks of fudge, chocolate sauce and one strawberry as a plate garnish. The ice cream was definitely NOT the one stated and there was one small scoop. Pretty poor for the £4.99 price tag. On returning the sundae and asking for it to be rectified as none of us had ordered a fudge sundae the server was apologetic but instead of remaking gave us a packet of shortbread each and a bottle of strawberry sauce to add ourselves. As it was a hot day, most of the tiny scoop of ice cream had melted before we made our own adjustments so we didnt really enjoy. I did find one tiny slither of strawberry amongst the fudge chunks but was hoping for a little more for the price I paid. So disappointed as have visited before and had lovely ice cream.

Great selection of ice cream but I recommend you going in happy hour to get better value for money if there are a few if you or have a large family.

Fantastic staff, service and most important of all - delicious icecream! Every time we have been, we are greeted by friendly staff who are well presented and courteous. The icecream is delicious and there is loads to choose from. The seating area outside is perfect for a little rest after a long walk and to recharge with something sweet and a cup of tea or coffee. Perfect!

We come here most days on our 2 week holiday and the icecream is delicious and are always served by the friendly young team efficiently. Cannot fault..love it😁😁

it is by my understanding that this shop is either part of or owned by warren farm,now i had been in this shop a lot over its time open this year and had noticed the same man who runs the warren farm shop working there a few times but i had never gone in while he was working,then when i did i was absolutely appalled by what i heard, a women had said something along the the lines of this (whippy) was for the dog and he responded by saying oh so this is for you then is it,he said this while a young worker was cleaning behind him and he (worker) visibly seemed shocked by this, of course they all laughed it off accept the boy and myself. i regret not cautioning him at the time but i never did

Took our 4 yr old boys, plenty of choice for adults and children, staff very friendly and prices very reasonable. Loads of sweets and treats to decorate your ice cream too. We had the waffles and they were great!! Little sitting area out the front and a car park near.

The choice is endless I had rubharb and custard ice cream was delicious lots of selection and they do doughnuts and waffles with milkshakes plenty of staff was always busy but never waited long in que

They were just closing but the very young boy working was so welcoming even though he’d just mopped the floors. He served us and made a fuss of my boys! A great little sales man! Definitely recommend a visit when in Brean!

We were camping at Warren and always get an ice cream for us and the dog. Really nice ice cream have yet to try anything else...the dog also loves his ice cream.

We stayed at Warren Farm & visited this parlour. The best ice cream ever. Their salted caramel is divine. The creations that we saw coming out of the parlour looked amazing. Definitely pay a visit.

I can't praise this establishment enough! I was so, so pleased to see that they offer a vegan/dairy free alternative ice-cream selection other than the usual sorbet, this is by far a very rare find for myself being a inconvenient dairy intolerance sufferer. My partner and children also enjoyed the vast selection of ice-creams available here! There's a cream tea option along with waffle's also. The little shop is kept tidy and clean considering the volume of custom they deal with during the 'high seasons'. Staff are young, very friendly, and happy to help!

This place is brilliant. Everytime I camp at Warren Farm I look forward to this place. Last year sucked, there was an incredibly rude blonde haired girl who seemed to treat every customer as an inconvenience (hence me not giving the complete five stars) however since then there's new staff, they serve fresh doughnuts now that my boyfriend loves. I love Marshfield Farm ice cream and it is absolutely ludicrously priced where I live. So here is a great treat. Nice kid who works there now, a slim, brummy lad, he comes out and serves you your food and is constantly assuring you of when your treats will be ready and when you'll be served, great improvement on last year. It's pretty funny though, there is no open top counter so the kid has to squeeze through this gap next to the display freezer that is about half a foot wide, to bring customers their refreshments , apprently it's either squeezing through there or walking through the fishing shop next door. They need to sort that out. Delicious refreshments, nice service now, better prices than Weston. Love it! (absolutely terrible music though , which is fine as you can sit outside in the sun or a sheltered area and not hear it)

We traveled 15 miles for ice cream well it may be in caravan village with interesting people, but the ice cream parlour is a hidden gem , the blackberry was full of fruit I had a banana split it was so good and very clean please the service was very good with young staff that where trained well too. I just hope some one is paying them well above the minimum wage as they are very good at what they do.

Again another one of a Warren Farms little gems. Fantastic range of ice cream, friendly helpful staff. HAPPY HOUR 4pm till 5pm most days where you get a standard ice cream for a quid, brilliant marketing.

We turned up midweek and found no queue to speak of. We had 3 different ice creams, each of which was well presented and tasted very good. Hygiene was good with all staff wearing gloves when preparing food. Priced reasonably too. We'll be back

We called in twice in our five day stay, there is nothing to dislike, great ice cream menu reasonably priced. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Ice cream was lovely, we sat and ate it in the sun, very friendly staff, plenty of options from ice cream to hot drinks.

Enjoyed buying a 99 during Happy Hour for 99p, ice creams tasted really nice, enjoyed by all. Would have been nice to have children size one on offer too.

Despite visiting Brean a day before they officially opened for the season, the team at Ice n Cold opened up just for us and served up the most delicious hot chocolates to warm us after a bracing walk along the beach. It was a work of art!The staff couldnt do enough to help us and we shall definitely go back again soon, and hopefully it will warm enough to sample the amazing selection of ice cream desserts. We would definitely recommend a visit here

Lovely treat to have on the walk back from working to the holiday cottage, always have the best treats, get to try something new and it always tastes great. Excellent ice cream

Was staying at Warren farm so popped in for a little treat.... Wow! We weren't disappointed...masses to chose from! We had a strawberry ice cream in a cone for my daughter, which she didn't leave a crumb! And my mum and I had a waffle each with ice cream on top! Delicious! Could have shared one they were so big! Left feeling very full but happy. The lady serving us was lovely and friendly too.

loved the icecream range the whippys were huge and even better between 4-5 pm when there £1 shop was obviously rammed at this point but staff coped very well working as a team organized and very friendly three times in two days we used this place and i was sort of glad for my waistline that we only stayed there for two nights as the shop prob wldve run out of icecream lol

Great staff in this ice cream parlour with the best "99" ice cream ever. Between 4 and 5pm this cost only £1, needless to say the shop was queued out but the staff coped well with a smile.

Superb selection of great tasting ice cream. Shame the place isn't a wee bit bigger so there could be more seating. Probably the only reason to visit Brean (the rest of the place looks awful).

So much ice cream I couldn't eat it all but it was amazing and so many different flavours to chose from would recommend it.

the place is a little small but i'm a big guy the choice of ice cream is huge we had a 3 scoop wafer which i thought was a 3 scoop of no its a 9 scoop and well priced as well the staff were lovely we went 3 times on our stay yum yum

We visited this Ice Cream parlour whilst on our (late) holiday. It certainly didn't disappoint. With 30+ flavours there must be something for everyone, but if ice creams not your thing they also do belgium waffles and frozen yoghurts.We visited twice in our week stay and our 2 year old lo was asking to go again even after getting back home!

Our second visit (first being in July but did not review, was however extremely busy as was school holidays and staff did not seem experienced enough to deal with big queues). This visit was out of season and by far the opposite, no queue and what a difference that made. We had a sundae and waffles, the portions were more than generous, excellent choice of ice cream, sauces and toppings available. Only downfall is the size of shop, I have no doubt it would be packed during peak season.

The young adults working there were great! Very polite and helpful. Great asset to the park and they should be very proud.

It was quite a warm day when we called at the ice N' cold so there was a large queue there, but it was well worth the wait you have an amazing choice of ice creams and toppings and well worth the money

Lovely icecream parlour but advertise dairy free icecream and don't actually sell it. Sorbet isn't child friendly and staff were very unknowledgable when questioned about ingredients so left with out an icecream for my 3 year old

The ice cream selection is fantastic and taste even better, I understand the saying "good food takes time" but service is extremely slow especially when u have a few to order and half of them are half melted buy the time the others are ready, love the happy hour idea and the cream teas etc will definitely be visiting again next year

To start; they were busy at the time we were there, the only problem I make me a litter irritated was the fact the they have a lot of staff there and half of them just were looking and chatting to each other were we waiting on the line, after we finally get there I was expecting to see all of the 32 flavored the they said they have on the web page, but they don't and whenever you ask them, they don't not what to said.Well after all, my ice crema was ok!

Fabulous ice creams between 4pm & 5pm everyday. Large 99 cone with your choice of sauce for £1. Can't praise it enough, the staff are polite and the service is fast. Of course sometimes there is a queue but patience is a virtue and well worth the wait. Super for all the family

Lovely little shop at the far end of the main road away from brean lesuire ,right outside warren holiday park . Get great little find beautiful ice cream the do have a happy hour which is brill if your watching those purse strings .pleasant staff great drinks too.

We love a trip to this ice cream parlour especially after a long walk along the beach with our dog. Usually go between 4 - 5pm when it's ' Happy Hour' so the dog gets one too! Good value and some interesting flavours on sale - my favourite is Honeycombe Heaven. Some great concoctions can be made up for the children where they can choose from a variety of sprinkles and sauces and all at a good price. Staff are always friendly and happy to oblige.A day out at Brean is not complete without a visit to Ice N' Cold !

After a somewhat dreary day in Burnham on Sea I found this gem on trip advisor and was so glad to make the effort to drive down!The ice cream flavours were extensive (30+) and they did a wonderful job creating the most fantastic ice cream sundaes for a very reasonable price. I had Heavenly Honeycomb (which was less than £4) which had lots of chocolate honeycomb pieces topped with honeycomb ice cream, clotted cream, and toppings of butterscotch sauce and fudge, it really was heavenly!You could just go for ice cream (if you didn't fancy the extras) or there were also lollies/mr whippies for the more traditional.A wonderful ice cream parlour : )

Having stayed at warren farm for a number of years we always use this ice cream parlour. If you go to happy hour between 4-5pm daily they do 99's for 99p and they are huge. Very thick lovely ice cream not the airy stuff you get off the ice cream man. They also do lots of different flavours of scoop ice cream plus much more.

Loads of great ice cream choices. I had the banana one - fantastic. Customer parking for one or two cars is right next to the shop, next to the neighbouring pub tables. Pub bouncer checked that we were customers and was then fine with us parking there - friendly bouncer. Very friendly shop too - everyone seemed to be talking to each other - I guess they were all really excited about the ice cream. You can walk from the shop straight through the dunes and onto the beach, if you park there.

After a relaxing day at the beach, I was pleased to find this very welcoming little ice cream shop. Truly a place I'd recommend to anyone... unless they were lactose intolerant :-)

After debating whether to buy a bog standard lolly from the ice cream van on the beach or go to the ice cream parlour we spotted on the way in, we opted for the latter. We were not disappointed. Loads of flavour choices, good portion sizes and despite the longish queue, worth the wait. For me having coeliac disease, it was a total bonus to see all the GF options clearly labelled and even a gluten free cone on offer, which was actually a really nice waffle cone. Shame we were only on holiday as I would definitely be returning otherwise!

This is a great ice cream parlour and the queues out of the door on the weekend tell their own story. There is a massive choice of artisan ice creams, all of which my children eschewed in favour of Mr Whippy's plastered in sauce and sprinkles. Either way, what's not to like about this place.

Me and my wife was away for the weekend at a Volkswagon show at brean and found this epic ice cream shop,so many different ice creams and flavours,to many to pick,would recommend people to go there if u r in brean and the surrounding area.Really friendly and great service

A bit pricey especially if you have to buy ice creams for a family of 6, but they do 33 flavours of ice cream with a variety of cones to choose from too , so expect to spend a long time pondering over what to have! Not many ice lollies to choose from if you dont like ice cream or if you havent just robbed the bank to pay for them though!

Went here withe the children and partner the kids had ice cream and we had the milkshake. We had never tasted anything so nice we will definitely be returning lovely staff and atmosphere

Found this little gem on Tripadvisor so made sure we went on a day trip to Brean. Wonderful selection of Ice creams and all the various toppings etc. Very helpful staff. Really enjoyed the wonderful Honeycombe Heaven very naughty but well worth the calories.

What a great ice cream parlour, spoilt for choice. Ice cream served in proper cones, and for the little ones in plastic tubes, next door a small gift shop for presents to take home.

Love this place and go here everytime we visit Brean. The ice creams are huge the 1 scoop is more like an average 2 scoop cone. So much choice and the best thing is most of the flavours are gluten free and also do gluten free cones.
