It was ok. It is slightly expensive but good for a little lunch.

Food excellent. Cold on the terrace and no heaters. Food service good. Sadly no drink list to go with the menu. Not so good as previous visits

As it says in the title, this is the place to bear when it comes to authentic and deliciously made bubble tea. The service is always fast and I don’t think I can emphasise just how wonderful the drinks are. You get a lot of drink for what you buy plus there is just something special about the presentation of the drink and the way it is made that stays in your mind long after you finish the bubble tea. I particularly recommend the fruit teas, with some drinks it comes with fresh fruit in the drink that you can eat after! Always refreshing and sweet

Service excellent. Girl at window was so pleasant. Went on Xmas eve to get iced latte and was told the car in front had paid for ours. If you read this thank you so much that was a lovely gesture. . We were in the blue Merc about 14.15 at parkhead. We carried it forward and paid for car behind.

Came during LCW and I must call this place a hidden gem. This hotel bar is located on the 3rd floor and has a beautiful secluded view of the Thames. Take a seat by the window and you can see the Globe theatre across the water. The drinks were great but the reason I rate this bar is the exceptional service. The waiter we had was great and even went above and beyond to run after us to return and item I had forgotten at the table. Will definitely be back next year
