Food is always good and good delivery. Have ordered food many times from zaiqah 👍👍 Not far from where I live always good service.

From the amount of time my food apparently spent “in the kitchen”, I had hoped for a better experience. Waited for an hour and three quarters ( from an initial estimate of 20-40 minutes on Uber Eats). Phoned 3 times - constantly fobbed off. Food finally arrives and is very very very disappointing. Oh - and didn’t even say sorry. Will not be going back and suggest others don’t bother either. Only gave 1 star because you can’t give none. There are plenty of better places offering far better customer service and quality of food. I lost one Friday night. Don’t make the same mistake. To be specific - tandoori lamb chops and meat samosas were decent, but lamb rogan, lamb saag and lamb bhuna all over spiced and disappointing and quite how you make popadoms stale is beyond me.

Good was an excellent, everyone in family loved it , portions were big , most definitely order food again.

We ordered chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala and both were yummy. Nice textured curries and herbs were fused perfectly. Atleast now I know where to go for real Indian food in London 😁

We love their food it is very very tasty, service is also good but the problem is we tried to go there several times but it was always closed, I think they have no set timings they open as and when needed, all their numbers are also no longer working.

Top notch food, rich in flavour and a fantastic price for the quality. Staff friendly and professional. Unfortunitely, seems like they shut down in the summer. Very disappointing. This restaurant could do very well in central London.

This is my third visit to this restaurant. The food is amazingly tasty and some food are real spicy which is great for me. The Chicken curry in kadai is the yummiest of all. The paneer and naan dishes are also great. The only dish that wasn't great was the mixed grill, looked colourful but not much taste.

I'm a huge fan of lamb biryani but the one I had at this place has to be the worst I've ever had from anywhere. To start with, I ordered from their own website on my phone but when I reached, I was told that there was a 20% surcharge because website orders are always charged. I tried calling them using the 2 different numbers they had mentioned on their websites but neither of them would go through to them. That's why I ended up ordering online, but who would've thought that their own website charges for online orders?! The biryani I received had tough and grey lamb which I don't know was under or overcooked but definitely very tough and would get stuck in your teeth. Absolutely impossible to cut with the cutlery they provided and if you tried it with your teeth, it would get stuck in the teeth. It's a shame because I was hoping this could become my favourite restaurant to have my 2nd favourite dish during my lunch breaks as I work nearby. But unfortunately this isn't happening because I won't be returning here. Not sure about the other items but definitely don't have anything with lamb in it. In the end I couldn't even finish the food and I'm not a picky eater at all. If the food is bad and the service is good, I usually give 2 stars, but in this case the fact that I was charged extra for online orders (from their own website!) made this an overall negative experience.

I was looking for a local place for my Iftar meal and noticed this place was open again. Apparently under new management. We arrived at just before 9pm. No-one else in the place which is sometimes a concern. We placed a start order. No lamb chops which was a disappointment. No mango lassi either which is a big shame. Our drinks did not all arrive at the same time I had to chase this up. One of the main issues is the place is undermanned so getting someone's attention is an issue. I found myself having to get up on a few occasions to request something. On the positive side they provided complementary iftar food to break fast, dates, orange segments and pakora. And lemon juice water. Food was very good, biryani delicious as was chilli paneer. Staff were friendly but do need to be more attentative. We had to wait a while to get the bill which was handwritten by the member of staff. Hopefully they improve their service, no issues with food. It was very good and good value for money.

We went couple of days ago & came to know its under new Hyderabadi management. Food was so delicious. Hyderabadi Haleem & Lamb dum biryani was awesome I felt like having in Hyderabad. Cheers guys will see you soon.

They do the best Halwa Puri breakfast in town and I would go there again and again for halwa poori. If you are due for dinner DO NOT MISS their Charsi Karahi. They also do very luscious chicken biryani but I suggest their Charsi Karahi and Seekh Kebabs are jewel in their crown. I would have given them 5 star had they opened at 8-9am on week days for breakfast.. sadly it's only Sat and Sun when they open at 8am and remaining days they open at 12pm which is like way passed from breakfast. ven on Sat and Sun it's not before 9am when they are practically ready to serve you anything.

I was feeling like have a early morning Halwa puri breakfast. This is the only Indian / Pakistani place in west London that opens super early. The Halwa Puri was amazing. I’ve eaten here before and the food is consistently excellent. The service is top notch as well. Highly recommended if you want a good desi breakfast super early on Sundays.

Yesterday (21th April 2018), i had visited this place with my friend as he came from India to have Birayani. After reaching there, we had ordered Special Vegetable Birayani. After taking the order person went inside and he immediately came out and said there is no special vegetable birayani. I said ok, can we have vegetable birayani? He said there is no vegetable birayani also. I said, is it finished so early? I'm really shocked to hear the response, being you are in hospitality business proper planning should be there. His response was - No, its not finished. Yesterday (20th April 18), all vegetable birayani is finished and chef didn't prepared the new one. I had visited this place so many times, it seems i had stale birayani rather than fresh one. After a long drive of 1 hr to have birayani went wasted, so we came out and didn't had anything.

I was invited by a friend to have dinner at Zaiqah. Charsi Karahi was out of this world and dessert Kheer (rice pudding) was in house made not the typical ones which usually out sourced. I must admit that haven't tasted such a nicely made Kheer in London before. Sorry to disappoint that the Hyderabad Briyani was not that great. Clean & friendly restaurant would recommend a visit. I tried this place for breakfast (Halwa poori) it was amazing taste & more cheaper then the other place in that area. We use to go regularly for breakfast every weekend to other place in the same area its was expensive. We will definitely be going to this restaurant & deal is so good (3 poori’s, Halwa, Chana) with choice of drink (Tea/Lassi) only £5 amazing value of money.

Similar to the restaurant's name, the food has taste (ZAIQAH). All the dishes are on a reasonable price.

Starters were good, but the main course which was Hyderabadi Biryani was just aweful. The rice was not cooked completely and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly either. We lost our appetite after that and decided to leave the restaurant, the customer service was bad as well. I would expected a refund for the Biryani, but was given a 15% discount instead. Didn't bother arguing, just paid the bill and left. Was a regular before to this restaurant and I think the management changed recently and quality seems to have dropped. I will never visit this restaurant again.

I visited Zaiqah with colleagues. Positive: Nice food especially the tandoori dishes (tandoori paneer was the best surpise for me). Very friendly service. Downside: The venue itself is basic, very simple tables and chairs. And finally just a heads up: No alcohol is served here.

We tried desi food on one of our friend's request.. and yes it was true...The food quality was extra ordinary, and nice place to have gathering with dinner...Dum baryani was amazing with its true flavor, and Charsi karahi was a new dish for me but i really enjoyed it.

Apart from delicious food such as nehari, kabab and baryani, the environment is really friendly and comfortable.

Good restaurant to have Pakistani (Dasi) food in a reasonable price. Specially the "Charsi karahi" here is really good. I would suggest my friends to visit here.

Baryani and nehari was excellent, we tried a lot of places for same dish, but the taste and quality we found here was amazing. Specially the cleanliness of the dining area was admirable, staff was well mannerd and kind. will defiantly revisit again good place to have lunch and dinner with family and kids.

The Chicken Biryaani was awful, didn't taste anything like it. It was more like pilaw rice.

We used to go to another place for charsi karahi. But did not like their nans. This place has one of the best karahi and nihari. And great Nan. Must try. Free parking on the road in the evening as well.

I did a take away order for chicken biryani.We all fell sick, specially my 5 year old.I called the restaurant,staff said manager will call back but he never called up.horrible customer service,will never try again

The management has changed but the staff hasnt. The food is better than a lot of other Indian restaurants in Hounslow. Went on a sat night and the place was empty so we were reluctant but I am glad we did give it a try and the food was delicious. Ordered the fish 65, nalli nihaari and kubani is meetha all of which was tasty and portion size was good for the price too.

it was my second time .. as my previous visit fabulous service and NEHARI was taste batter then other restaurants there. hope to visit again soon.

yesterday eve was fab , having family and friend together at this place and charsi karahi was so tasteful, delighted to be there again and will do so, Quality service and decent place to have gathering.

We have visited London recently & heard about this restaurant as we are looking for Halal Indian food. We got the best food with great friendly service. The was very yummy & deliciously tasty. Especially Dum biryani, Chicken 65 & pakistani dish Charsi Karahi & I will highly recommend this restaurant & without any doubt will visit this place again.

Delivery was late, food was cold, bread was soggy, biryani tasted sour and the curries were awful. Never ever again.

Way too spicy, chicken tikka masala is meant to be mild, it was more like a vindaloo, my poor children had a belly ache and couldn't eat more then 2 mouthalls. Other then that was tasty, need to put the level of spice in the menu because there was no indication how spicy it was on there.

The food was 40 pounds for not a lot and was covered in sauce and salt and was very poor especially considering how much it cost. Very poor and way too expencive. Will not be returning and recomend nobody finds out the same way i did. Awful

It is a regular place for me and family for te delicious food. Ambience is not the best but I do a take away and it is the best Indian food Ai have come across.

Hay múltiples restaurantes indios llevar con muy buena en y alrededor de Londres y Luton, pero nunca han de sal y especias correctamente. Pero, este lugar es excepcional el mejor pollo que he probado jamás biryani y tenía pahadi kebab que es impresionante. Éter ni demasiado picante sosa ni bien cocinado y sazonado. Aunque el ambiente está bien, pero la comida es de primera clase. Volver a visitar este lugar.

Excelente restaurante con auténtica comida hyderabadi. Hemos visitado en varias ocasiones y ha impresionado cada vez. Especialidades - Hyderabadi Biryani y pollo 65.

He utilizado su tiempo para llevar múltiples y tenía una cene en una vez. Los interiores no son muy buenas, especialmente para una familia. Pero el pollo biryani ha sido fantástica en la mayoría de las ocasiones, pero ha sido pobre en unos pocos. No estoy seguro de por qué, probablemente, un chef diferente?

Era sólo una selección aleatoria de comer, pero nos encantó. Especialmente pollo biryani era simplemente increíble. Fuimos allí de nuevo sólo por pollo biryani. Otros platos son buenos pero usted debe probar el pollo biryani si estás alrededor! !

We treat ourselves with a takeaway once a week and time after time we love ordering from Hyderabadi zaiqah. The food is the best we have ever tasted..full of flavour and not Cooked with a lot of oil.we love it.

Went to try Hyderabadi biryani after reading the reviews, taste was average and the ambience isn't that great either.

Veggies were not the same standard I would have expected. Lamb was equally bad, very disappointed, last order done.

All food was half cooked, chicken tikka, malai tikka was hard from inside, chilli chicken has no taste at all. We order every week from HZ, this is first time the food was not cooked at all.

Taste completely depends on your luck , not consistent in taste. Another disappointed occasion.

This restaurant was suggested to us be a hyderabadi guy now living in London for long. We had a chicken and veg biryani for a take away..the flavours were really nice. The ambiance isn't great and there were only a few people..not to forget it was a monday night.The biryani is authentic dum biryani and reminds you of the flavours of hyderabad.Must visit for the food..

Secondly, the butter chicken was disgusting, I have no idea what flavouring they added it must have been bin juice and a lot of very strong masala. The raita that came with the biryani was very watery and flavourless. Looked like water with a drop of yoghurt. I will definitely never order from there again the prices are high but the quality of the food is extremely low. On the bright side my dog seemed to enjoy the poppodams.

The place looks dull and you can tell this is not a very busy place. The food was not fresh. This is not a place if you are looking for some good food and ambiance. Plenty of choices around Hounslow to choose from.

Was very pleased with the quality of food. The service would be perfect if they delivered on Mondays and portion sizes where bigger for main meals.

The restaurant looks ok from the outside, so I never tried it until a colleague recommended it. After trying it once, I have been going there regularly and have also brought many friends and colleagues here and have tried a variety of dishes over time. The food has been consistently very nice. I simply love the biryani and the service is good too!

We order Biryani and other dishes from this place regularly. The food can be excellent most times but there are times when it feels like stale old food is being served. Their biryani is one of the best you get to the west of London. Another dish I would suggest is Awadhi Kofte.

I didn't receive my order and I am being charged

Food came and 1 hour late food was ok not of standard. Even after requesting them to out veg item in a separate bag they came together. And also items were not available from the menu.

It use to be one of the most delicious authentic food offering restaurant in Hounslow.After spending 10 years in London never eaten delicious Lamb chops and Lamb Bhuna anywhere than this restaurant We had a routine ordering lamb chops followed by lamb Bhuna and lamb biryani and it use to be splendid Visited yesterday after 3 years. Recently heard bad reviews about hence such a long break. Still hoped to get same taste and drove to Hounslow We greeted by same Manager and thought we are In safe hands and the food will be good as it use to be.Lamb chops were smaller, less meat. This time we ordered chicken lollipop, which was good.On Mains we were desperately waiting for Lamb Bhuna as it was one of our favourite. It wasn't same, it was similar like other restaurant do in Hounslow which really took away the uniqueness of this place and left question why should I come all the down on this end,rather should eat somewhere on high street Indian restaurants.We had Lamb Bhuna, Ghunghra chicken, Dal tadka and Jeera rice. Everything was okay, missed that Hyderabad spice kick.Jeera rice was draining in oil, awful, we left most of it. Overall will not visit again and so sadden deep in heart that I will never have opportunity to cherish that satisfying feeling of meal and the flavours which left so many memories in my life Search continuous.........

I placed order and then they called me for one item out of stock. Ok fair enough, all other things deleivered and when we opened the cobtainer, there was hardly any meat, all bones. I called them to enquire and they said they can't do anything. They kept denying to help me. I wish JustEat had an option to upload pics which i took of that food. It was just a waste of time and money and at the end what got?? Just a container full of bones and horrible customer service. Don't waste your hard earned money
