Love the Beddy grill, sorry for confusion & losing my rag … I was hangry !!

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, but they arrived without cheese... plus the ketchup was awful, looked like jam, watery and syrupy... yuk! Patties cooked well though. Chips average.

This order was NOT delivered. I would like a full refund ASAP

Ordered at 11, arrived 1 hour later and food was cold.

Delivery time was constantly being pushed back was delivered 45minuted after originally delivery time

Thought I'd try a new kebab place, had a medium kebab but I thought the portion was quite small. The garlic mayo lacked flavour, not enough garlic! No pickles on salad either which is disappointing. Delivery time was good though but probably won't use again.

Courier never turned up to collect the order, after 20 min of it being assigned to a courier, I phoned the restaurant. They brought the order around to my house on foot because of the courier not turning up. 10/10 to Restaurant, 0/10 to just eat courier

The food was cold, chips on top was OLD chips warmed up the top chips were fresh ones. Delivery was on time

Delicious but the salad could of been more tomato and cucumber and not red cabbage as we don't like red cabbage. Very Tasty

Good chicken, would have like a little more salad variety included but otherwise tasty. Ice cream had completely melted though

Never delivered the food despite marking it delivered. Had to reorder. Unfortunately, there is no way to report this. RUBBISH service, Will never again be using this website as the takeaway says it is your drivers and they can't do anything at all. Would rather go and get my stuff than order through JUST-EAT.

I ordered a large shish kebab but was disappointed by the size of the portion which certainly wasn’t “Large”. But what I did get tasted very nice and it was delivered promptly by a cheerful & friendly moped rider who deserves big respect & thanks for being out in this awful weather. On balance I was disappointed by this experience and won’t return to this outlet.

It's coming one hour late my order. When I call people on the restaurant scream me and close . I need call 3 times for my order . After its coming. Driver it's no good for me. My food it's cold same like fridge and no have inside items what I order .

The chicken kebab wrap and chicken Donner tasted fine but there's was a lot of oil dripping from my wrap and also in the Donner kebab container. I've had a lot of these from different places and never seen this much grease before, it did seem excessive. The veg was okay but I don't believe it was the freshest. Fried spicy chicken wings were good but some of them weren't wings, instead were just chunks of chicken. Overall it was okay but not the greatest in town.

Bedminster Grill had run out of the ice team ordered and substituted with a larger tub at no extra cost …,their kebabs are the best of the best !!
