Just had breakfast here 10/10 We had the breakfast wrap £4 tasty not one bit greasy. Breakfast sloppy Joe was lovely £5,79. My daughter had the waffle your way off the kids menu every bit was eaten. Great staff, lovely atmosphere. Will defo return.

I hadn't used this restaurant for nearly a year as the last experience was horrendous, we as a family thought we would give it a go again, and all I can say is it has improved so much, we had the quadzilla buger and it was cooked to perfection and I would say what a massive improvement and would highly recommend now

A brilliant service, after struggling find somewhere park in our motorhome we finally found somewhere near this pub, on arrival we were seated quickly, upon ordering food and drinks (the lady offered keep hubby's 2nd bottle in the fridge) ordered full monty mixed grill and a smothered steak sizzler, food arrived within 8 minutes, cooked to perfection and very tasty, we will defo be back, the lady that served us was very attentive and helpful so thank you 😊

Very friendly place to visit the staff are so nice & professional . Too beautiful honest we tried a few places in Rhyl to eat and personally we enjoyed it at the harbour so much better . Not expensive at all . The food is beautiful and it's plentiful on the plate. Service is impeccable . Manager is very friendly and his staff are just the same. Can't wait to visit Rhyl again I know where we shall head for breakfast lunch and evening meal the Harbour .

Went for a few cocktails very good customer service from Jess ensuring we were satisfied with our drinks, and a great service from Ewan behind the bar. Lovely experience

Husband and i had the two meals for £12.99 I had fish & chips, husband had steak & ale pie. Both were very nice. Just enough food for us. Not a huge portion. Will definitely recommend and we will come again

Food not great and forks not washed properly. They had old food stuck to forks and the chicken seems like it was microwave food and also only warm not hot, The staff were great though but the same can't be said for the food served therefore we won't be returning

mixed grill for 10.59 had microwaved chicken and said sausages were gluten free and they were normal sausages, couldn't believe it, the menu they gave us (my mum and me) had loads of dirt on it, food took ages to come 30-40 minutes, toilet was trampified, skid stains allover the inside of the toilet, urine on the toilet seat and floor, overall just a trampy place, unless you want to be sick after eating your meal, dont come here.

Nice place service was v good. Got a seat. For 2 even do the place was nearly fully booked up got me scran was nice. Got served by Jess nice polite. Lady. Never been in t there befor will go again

We were on a holiday in Rhyl and the service and breakfast was excellent. Andy was very hospitable and a lovely person.

We came to the Easter Breakfast this morning and it was lovely, very well organised and the Bunny was around throughout. Staff very helpful and 1 and 3 year old loved it! Very pleased after a bad experience last year, glad we came back, new management have done a fantastic job!!

I'm so sorry to say this because the food here used to be lovely but ...I went today, the food wasn't great , the chicken tasted wrong!! 🤢 The staff are absolutely lovely, very helpful and polite , such a shame the foods gone downhill 😔

Food waw fresh and hot . Got the food quick . Could of done with someone helping on the bar tho as was very busy .(but is a bank holiday). Definitely come back

Good value for money. Service was quick and good was hot. The chilli dipper burger was very tight on the chilli but was still nice. Staff were very friendly. Toilets need a bit of a clean. Over all we would come here again.

Booked a table here for a last minute bite to eat with the family on our last night in Rhyl. Got there and was sat more or less straight away and handed menus. After choosing what we wanted we waited a half hour until we realised ourselves that we had to order through an app and give our table number. We had not been told that we had to do this when we arrived so that led to a bad experience here. Food was reasonable enough price wise but low in quality and portion sizes for the kids quite small....you get what you pay for I guess. One to try if you're in Rhyl yes.......will we return to eat here again.....probably not 😕

Good food, friendly staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Walk-in of 6 not always easy to take but they found room for us and explained how everything works and the offers that are available. Will come back again, thanks for a lovely visit.

Food was all lovely really enjoyed my visit

Felt rushed. The plates were removed before being able to finish the meal. One server was asked politely to allow us all to finish. Within 3 mins another server started to remove plates. Just felt very rushed. Indigestion for desert.

Was very busy during the Easter holiday, but staff found time to accommodate us. Willow, who served us, was very polite and food was good value for money. Would recommend.

The only complaint I have is that the food was quite slow coming out. But we were quite a big group so it's understandable. It was a bit upsetting that we booked 4 of the highchairs in advance, but when we got in for our reservation, they didn't reserve them for us. Overall the staff were wonderful and very sweet. The food was delicious!!!

A last minute decision to come for breakfast turned into a pleasant experience. Willow took our order precisely and brought our drinks to the table. She was very nice to talk to and made our experience of this place enjoyable. Maria brought our food to the table and everything was perfect. There was plenty of food and it tasted great. We will definitely come back for breakfast!

Best place to visit near the coastline, plenty of seating available, decent options and range on menu. I liked the fish and chips, I do recommend this place.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, ordered veg lasagne came out cold. Salad was warmer than the meal. 2nd meal as a replacement was frozen, even worse than the first.

What a total change from last time & many times b4 food was cold the gravy was like water I asked for some more that camout the sa.me eventually wen I said it was the same he replied she has done that fresh for u...with a terrible tone & walked off ...can't belive the difference from last time we went their loss .......

Will it's 1st of April and I just come back to the harbour pub for my dinner had fish and chips with peas very nice hope to come back again before I go back home. Sascha willow and abbie were very friendly and helpful. We throughly enjoy our food which was cooked to perfection. We would not hesitate to come here again on our travels as we ended up staying in the car park with our camper van.

This is the cheap and cheerful restaurant. My family and I love to come here for birthdays or just for a quick meal when we can’t be bothered cooking, there’s always loads of options and something for everyone. Service is always spot on, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We went on a bogof burgers on Friday, we ordered the quadzillas and they were delicious. Our children had the kids meals and they loved them. The only issue with the atmosphere was that there was a bulb flickering in the background

Very nice place inside the staff were lovely but if you want food poisoning from this place this is a yes I DONT recommend here so don’t waste your money but I’d rather go to Wetherspoons as it’s cheaper there and doesn’t give you food poisoning

We always visit the Harbour when we are in Towyn. Today my daughter and I came for breakfast. The staff accommodated her very specific ASD needs without question, and we're so kind and accommodating. We love it here 💜
