Hull Hotel in East Riding of Yorkshire

Very poor, service was terrible tea was ok but table cloths were stained .good was ok untill they ran out of plates and sweet bowls. The room was cold when we first went in. Morning breakfast was ok until asked for a fried egg and my colleague asked for a CT poached egg and we were both refused. Would never stay here again.

Stayed the weekend for an international fishing event. We've stared there twice now, and the staff have always been amazing 👏 The food was very well prepared, and breakfast was always prepared to the top standard. The chef is well clearly well versed and super accommodating. It's refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work. The young lad (Drako Malfroy) has a great sense of humour. The floor manager and the entire team are down to earth and genuinely salt of the earth. I would recommend anyone who appreciates good service and clean accommodation to stay at this hotel. Thanks to the entire team for a brilliant weekend, 💯 see you next year. 😀

Staff were lovely but far too many issues with room etc and therefore not value for money

Family room is just a double with an extra bed shoved in. Very tight for space..drinks prices scandalous. Otherwise fine for one night

Nobody at reception when i arrived. Bottle of Koppaberg £6.50 😂 only had 1 Room nice but can tell its been well used...just a bit rundown.

Not an ideal hotel if you are visiting Hull but value for Money it is at the end of an industrial estate and not much around unless you want to drive or taxi

I stayed here for three nights for work. The room was very neat and clean. The breakfast is typically English and very rich. All in all I was very satisfied. The view of the Humber is great.

Absolutely terrible do not stay here.

Everything was great, except that some of us have spiders in room, and there was major problem with taxi arriving really late, like an hour late :/
