Looked after from the moment we walked in. Food and service excellent and reasonably priced. Kids menu very good and portion size was spot on. Spotless interior and a nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely visit again.

Visited for 'breakfast with Santa'. We had a really good experience and would book again for other events they host. Good to have something different to the usual Xmas food.

Wow💃 what was there not to love about our Mamma Mia experience at Beverley Hills🥂 The evening ran so smoothly from food and drink on arrival to fantastic props on the table, great entertainment, amazing staff and Bottomless drinks for 2 hours. We visited here last week for the first time to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. The food, drinks and service was absolutely TOP NOTCH! Great music and the prices was also very reasonable too! We could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back 10/10

Ben was great as were all of the staff. Food was all good to great. Pancakes were our least favourite - tasted like they were bought in and not made fresh onsite which you can really tell with pancakes more so than waffles.

We chose Beverly Hills as the venue for our baby shower as we know how great the food, service and atmosphere is! And boy they didn’t disappoint! Came for my birthday, we have been many times before. Fantastic food and service.

Was so looking forwards to dine here again after a great experience in August. This time was different, although the food was good and the wait time was a little lengthier than anticipated, we were very disappointed to be essentially thrown out of the restaurant by been given our bill without even being offered the option of dessert… It was clear there was a large booking due to arrive, but it was not disclosed to us that there was a time limit on the table. Being passively aggressively handed the bill and payment been taken before we had even finished our drinks, and 4 members of staff milling around our table to silently hurry us up disappointing end to an otherwise lovely meal.

Booked a table for 11 people for an 18th birthday and we had a brilliant night. Staff were friendly and really helpful and the food was excellent and not expensive at all. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the bill! I would definitely recommend the chicken and waffles and the pizza fries.

Great environment for a family meal. Nothing was too much effort for the staff and we really appreciated the extra effort they made. We can't wait to visit again on Christmas eve to have breakfast with santa!

Wow.. 1st time...won't be the last! Quality, tasty fit food. 6 of us dined here on Saterday 9th November 24. Full rack of ribs, succulent, juice, tasty! Burger in halfed iceberg lettuce, coleslaw etc...Delicious! Mac n cheese, corn dog! Spag sausage pasta, plentiful, tasty, hot food. Ambience was great, got us all singing along to Elvis n 60s/ 70s tracks! Great night , just what was needed, will be going again in December, probably book a table . Thanks to all, great team work A credit to the catering/ hospitality industry. .much Respect.

Our family (of 5 adults) had a wonderful time. We had the afternoon tea, and a few extras. We were very impressed with the food... the quality, quantity, taste, amount.... it was all very yummy! We also loved the service. We interacted with numerous staff and they made our experience a fun one. Very humorous and personable. Thanks for a great visit.

Popped in for lunch with the wife and what a treat. Really buzzing atmosphere, a real US diner vibe. Sharing nachos were awesome. Nacho sauce was clearly not your usual out of a packet, really smooth. Guacamole was equally delicious and the salsa had a sweetness to it. The wife had one of the 🌭 and high praise indeed. The best she's ever had. I had the Philly cheese bao bun and pizza fries. Image a soft shell 🌮 but with the texture of chinese dumplings 😋 the steak was really high quality, no sinew or fat and the pizza fries were the perfect accompaniment. Will definitely be coming back and would 💯 recommend 👌

Our food was very good as was the service but what let the whole experience down was there was no Banana syrup for the milk shake and no special cocoa for the Frozen Chocolate dessert. Would we come again ? Two of us said yes, two said no. Two of us made a 2 hour journey each way to eat here.

First time visiting an American diner and I was very impressed with the food. Big portions and lots of flavour . We were a party of 3 adults and 1 child . The waiter instantly brought over a place mat/ menu and pencils with a picture to colour for the child this kept him occupied the whole time we were there . Very interested in their themed nights can’t wait to return.

Foods really good service is spot on. Portion size seems to have gone down a little and the Booths are a little small for my pregnant wife

Came for the Princess brunch with my daughter and friends after attending one of their Grease Nights. Breakfast was lovely as always and the free drinks were a nice treat. The kids had a great time with princess Belle, lots of classic songs and dancing and games. We cant wait for our Christmas night out here! Definitely Recommend!

First time visiting the diner and was really disappointed. Milkshakes tasted really artificial, chips had an unpleasant taste and by burger was over cooked and tasted burnt. Wouldn’t go back again. :(

Pleasant atmosphere went at lunchtime we had tea for two great choice of food very filling but very good & tasty, kids would like it here so will bring mine next time. Service great didn't wait to long happy customer thanks.

Well organised and structured evening

We absolutely loved our meal at Beverley Hills Diner & Bar. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or happy to help. The food was phenomenal and I was really impressed with the vegetarian options for an American style restaurant. My husband had the waffle burger and he commented that it tasted just how he he remembered similar dishes tasting whilst in America, very high praise. My daughter's portion was really generous and she loved it. Staff were so good with her too which was lovely. The music was great and we loved having the music videos on display. The photo booth was also a nice touch! Overall, we loved it and are already making plans to return.

Excellent food and great service

We went around quarter past 8 for a shared dessert. We got the Smores one, which is £12.95. The actual dessert we received was underwhelming. 2 medium scoops of ice cream and a small brownie. Most of the ice cream had melted by the time the dessert arrived. It took around 20 minutes to make- not worth the wait or the expense. Go elsewhere.

First time here and enjoyed it. Must be good fun on its themed nights.

We booked a table to celebrate our daughter's 9th birthday, her friend came too. I sent a message about the occasion and our waiter made it really special to them from start to finish, treating them like proper princesses. The girls really enjoyed their time so did we.

As an American I have to try any place that boasts American food! The waffle with the mixed berries was great and similar to American style. I will say that the pancakes are really thin, not like the thick fluffy ones from America. Overall I would return and try some of the lunch menu.

Myself and a group of friends went to a themed night at the restaurant (one night in Nashville). The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was great and the entertainment was fantastic. The atmosphere was fun, which made for a very good night enjoyed by all. We would absolutely go again 👍

Now me and my partner have been to Beverley Hill diner quite a bit now and I have to say this time was something special. So, my partner is Celiac and this place is something else making amendments to the normal menu meaning that she can finally have a desert out which she loved! Our servers were amazing I believe the first one is called Sarah (can't tell as it only has Sarah on the receipt) she is always happy and is super helpful when it comes down to my partners condition and the second one called Ami she's just a cheerful soul who just makes you laugh and smile 😊 We will be back in October and we are bringing more people and we cannot wait!

Went for the Nashville night, entertainment was superb, waitress amazing and had such a good time. Negatives….. food wasn’t good and tiny portions, the all inclusive drinks barely tasted of alcohol at all .

Went for the Country Bottomless Brunch, the sausage pasta was delicious, the service and cocktails fantastic and the entertainment amazing. Definitely going to book another!

We ordered Californian burgers and didn’t have to wait long. The burgers came with fries and coleslaw. The bread bun was amazing and so were the two burgers. The fries were fresh and hot. In fact there was nothing wrong with this meal at all. It was amazing. The best burger ever. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and partner visited this lovely restaurant this afternoon and we travelled all the way from scarborough specifically to try their food. I ordered their new philly cheese steak bao and 4 wings and our lass went for the vegetarian hot dog and strawberry milk shake . While my partner was very pleased with her food and went as far as saying this was probably the best veggie hotdog she’s ever tasted; I was rather disappointed with my order. The philly cheese steak bao was very bland, literally no seasoning at all, I had to add salt and ketchup with every bite just to taste something and further more the bao was soggy from the steak blood so much that it stuck to the serving platter. The bbq chicken wings were disappointing in flavour and tasted like they were microwaved and smothered with Heinz bbq sauce at the end just before serving and further more they had long feathers on the wing tips. I had high hopes but unfortunately their food failed to hit the spot on this occasion. On a positive note the staff were lovely, welcoming, attentive and the atmosphere was to die for etc.

Just coffee with friends outside. Even brought bowl of water for my dog.

The grease themed night was great once it got going. Upgraded the drinks to bottomless. I found it strange that you had to fully finish your drink until you could get a new one. So your sat waiting for someone to come to you, then your sat waiting again for them to make it and then bring it to you. The choice of drinks was shocking. Not much variety at all. The food was lovely and the waiters was all fab. Just let down by how slow the whole process was. I'd suggest letting people order their next drink when they have at least half a drink left so they arnt left sat for 5-10 mins without.. we enjoyed the night

Attended the Grease night. Was a fabulous evening- so much fun

Tucked away in Fleming gate the outside looks stunning with a gorgeous outdoor seating area. We were greeted almost straight away and seated immediately. The first round of drinks and menu came straight away with a child's activity mat to keep the little one occupied. I unfortunatly it went a bit down hill from there. While the food was good I wouldn't say it was exceptional especially for the prices you end up paying. Our server never asked if we wanted to change any if the orders ie for allergies (luckily none of us had any) and it then took ages to arrive. Once it had arrived not once did anyone come to see if the food was OK or if we needed anything, and in fact we ended up having to go to the bar to order drinks ourselves as we tried a number of times to flag someone down without success. Roughly 20 minutes passed after we finished eating before the plates were cleared and when we asked for a dessert menu after waiting a further 20 minuted for someone to take our order we ended up paying the bill and leaving, as it was obvious no-one was coming to see if we wanted anything further. Over all while the food was good the service let them down and for what we spent (almost £180 for 4 adults and a child) it wasn't exceptional which is what you expect when you spend all that.

Completely forgot to leave a review when I came, but the staff here were amazing. I am vegan and the waitress that served me and my friends was so attentive and informative with all the options I could have. ( Didnt manage to catch her name but it was a lady with Blonde curly hair). Amazing serving sizes and great music. Would definitely recommended and will be back 100%. :)

First time going, didn't disappoint. Ordered the waffle for 3 or 4 people and it was cooked to perfection: nice and crispy, while not too cold. The staff were incredibly funny and polite and the wait for the food wasn't long either. Definitely worth a visit.

We came here because I'd read about the gluten free menu. I was not disappointed. It is also good for people doing the keto diet, because they do a burger with a lettuce bun 😋. There were two members of staff on the floor and they were really efficient. I didn't get the other waitresses name, but I want to give a big shout-out to Zoe. She was really patient, very helpful and a joy to hear her engagements with other customers. We will definitely visit again. The frozen chocolate drinks are huge !

Well this was a by chance find and what a find.. the burgers were really really tasty and even my picky daughter enjoyed her pizza. The bufalo wings were seriously good. Highly recommend this gem of a eatery

We ordered a philli cheese steak bake, carbonara, margerita pizza and 2 portion of the chips. For a start the pasta on both the steak bake and carbonara was cold. The 6 small slices of steak that was in the bake were unchewable due to the toughness. The carbonara was very herb heavy and the bacon was also on the tougher side. Both portions of the cheesy chips were soggy and we felt there was too much cheese sauce on top of them, overall the best thing we ordered pizza which was delicious and was enjoyed.

Could spend all day in here, Food is amazing and good classic American music.

Fantastic food and a wonderful dining experience for all involved. It’s great going somewhere so attentive to the dietary needs of everyone. My 5 year old daughter is a coeliac and all staff put us at ease with their knowledge and understanding of this. Will definitely be heading back.

Disappointing visit for my mum's birthday. Although I understand not everything is fresh, all day; the waffles were borderline inedible. Staff tried, but having ordered drinks 4 times before they eventually arrived, they seemed to have a communication issue. Shame as we travelled quite far for it.

Called as we walked past and took advantage of the special offer on cooked breakfasts. Wow! Service 100% spot on and the food was equally 100% perfect! Brilliant menu and so lovely to sit outside. What a brilliant business - if you haven’t been you truly must!

We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. What a brilliant business and if you haven’t visited you really must! Menus are sailers and as for their dessert side of the business - well you would be in dessert heaven!

A couple hours before our time slot we were contacted my a staff member, I think her name was Sarah, I aren’t too sure, my memory is terrible. We were contact and she politely let us know there was an event happening at 7:30pm and if we’d like to move the time slot. We moved it to 2pm without any issues. We got there and the place was exactly like you’d expect the experience to be, there was old school music playing on the big screen, the booths were high so no-one could see into your area of eating; it was very Americanised. The food itself was unbelievably well cooked and to a standard I really enjoyed. Me and my partner ordered the American Afternoon Tea which consisted of 3 layers of food. -Top Layer: x1 Beef Burger & x1 Chicken. Both were cut in half. -Middle Layer: x4 Southern Fried Chicken & x4 BBQ chicken. Bottom Layer: Half a chocolate drizzled waffle, x2 Macaroons, x1 small Brownie & a handful of fruit. Extras: Pot of Chips, Pot of Hash Browns & a Pot of Onion Rings. The only issue I had with the food itself was that there wasn’t much meat in the BBQ chicken wings and thought they could have maybe swapped them out for normal breaded chick strips, similar to the southern fried chicken. Also, the food took roughly around 30/35 to come to the table, however, we didn’t see that much of a problem due to the amount of food we ordered. Other than that, was a really good experience and would definitely plan on going again. Total Cost: £49 Including Drinks.

I went to the Grease night July 12th with friends.On arrival greeted with a cocktail 🍹🍸each by a very friendly member of staff and taken to our seats .Food ordered and arrived promptly.Thd food was delicious and presented nicely, with condiments. The entertainment was fabulous,wonderful selection of drinks for bottomless deal, never without a drink as always a cheerful member of staff on hand . The venue is fabulous, very clean . A wonderful,happy team of staff. Perfect from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Already booked for next event. Keep up the amazing work Team Beverley Hills ..simply the best 🤩

I recently visited the Beverley Hills Diner and had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious. Service was incredibly fast with plenty of comfortable seating made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

I’d seen mixed reviews on this place so I was a little scared to try. Myself, partner & our friend decided to try last night and I really enjoyed my meal. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere embodied a modern American Diner brilliantly & I really enjoyed my food. I will be returning again at some point & recommending this restaurant to friends. Very pleased with our Saturday night out!

The Food was so good here as was the service. Had a nice chat with one of them who informed my friend and I that the menu had recently changed and they had got rid of some of the lesser selling items but please don't get rid of the All Day Breakfast burger!!!! I loved the music too. It was like being in Grease!

We popped in as a last minute thing before the cinema. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the dishes on their menu as well as the cocktails and other drinks they serve. The food itself was perfectly portioned for the price and was very filling. We are planning to make this our regular spot every time we go into Beverley.
