Always use this takeaway and usually the food is outstanding but tonight ordered a spicy tomato bread and it was honestly inedible due to how spicy it was! Managed to eat just half a slice. Extremely disappointed

I don't usually try different takeaways, I find one I like and stick to it but a friend recommended this one and oh my god it did not disappoint! 12/10 pizza, absolutely fantastic. Cheese burger was also lovely. Everything was piping hot when it arrived. Won't be going to any other takeaway now, best takeaway I've ever had. Thank you!

Update- i take back what i said, found meat in my cheesy chips, i am a vegetarian and this is a big no no for me, terrible and dangerous cross contamination, disgusting😡 Been looking for a good takeaway in West Hull for a while, tried many but non of them have hit the spot until now👌

Visited here for the first time and I have to say it’s fantastic- great tasting pizza with good toppings ( not greasy either) Chips were hot and very tasty ( although less chips spice for me ) Good customer friendly service too! Definitely recommend and definitely will be returning soon !

Three years since I've been in this establishment, thought it must have improved, how wrong was I, it has got worse, burger and chips I got,£10, ....£10 to feed the birds, even they didn't fight for it, no wonder it was empty, be another three years if I go back

Ordered for the first and last time this evening ! Should of checked the Google reviews beforehand Spent almost £57 for the delivery driver to come telling us he had no change from £60, we would’ve let him keep the change had he not come just expecting to keep it! What delivery driver has no change ? And after paying £5 delivery already, expecting to just keep our change is just cheeky He also arrived without the bottle of Coke we paid for, without the cream for the chocolate cake which was also stale! We ordered two beef fillet steaks which has never seen fillet in its life! Why charge extra for quality ingredients and then it provide them The meat was flavourless with lumps of fat and was as tough as leather Never again !!!

Ordered a delivery on Friday night. Was ill by early hours Saturday morning. Ruined my weekend. I knew I shouldn't have eaten when I opened the packaging.

They clearly know how to cook a pizza. Lovely fresh ingredients and a thin crust perfectly cooked!

I ordered a meal for my partner and I this evening from here via food hub. We've had food delivered from here before on a number of occasions with no issues but unfortunately tonight the desserts received were dry and tasted very old. When we complained to the restaurant via food hub, we were told that the restaurant disagreed with our complaint and were not willing to give a refund for the desserts. The desserts are now in the bin! I am utterly disgusted in the restaurant this evening and will definitely never use them again following the conversations with food hub!

Superb take away food , one of works favourites we have had take away from here many many times , our colleague John is addicted to thier gourmet cheeseburger ! Buuuuut as good as the food is there are 2 things that let this establishment down 1. A minor niggle but one that gets my goat is that you are charged 50p to use your card , surely that can be absorbed on a £40+ order ???? 2. A recent phenomenon .....missing stuff off the order ! This has happened a lot recently and not just chips or a pot of sauce we were missing a burger last week and last night a whole pizza even though he had been left with a hand written list ! The owner is always very apologetic but never able to drop off the missing item or indeed offers any compensation for you having to travel back . So if you order from here you'll enjoy the food but check your order carefully or you too may end up having to look at pizza less little Josh with tears rolling down his face !

One of the main meals was missing, been in catering for 20 years and I can tell you that the food delivered was over priced and poor quality! They said they couldn't do a refund via the phone or just eat and we were charged delivery when it was a free delivery. We did get a refund on the missing meal, but not on the delivery charge and it looks like they charge you for paying by card, which is illegal.

Ordered from this takeaway multiple times and never been satisfied. Every time we have ordered it has taken well over an hour and the pizza’s have been cold on delivery. The food is average , the cheesecake was mouldy, the onion rings are soggy, they have overpriced us multiple times and never include any dips we order. Overall , wouldn’t recommend at all.

Ordered food from here and although the main meals wasn’t too bad, the dessert had mould on it. Absolutely disgusting to serve food mouldy, laughable that received no apology and not received refund for the mouldy desserts either. Avoid at all costs. Will be reporting this monday morning to environmental health because this is appalling…

Ordered online, 2xburgers+rustic chips, good quality food delivered within time stated. Couldn't fault the service, will definitely use again.

Had before on collection and enjoyed. Very poor service on Christmas eve. Wouldn't post a review but didn't respond to my direct feedback message. Ordered pizza early at 17.15, for 18.50. Pizza arrived 15 mins later when we were walking out the door so we sent it away The pizza then arrived at 19.25 after 2 calls, which is not an issue but they sent me back what appeared to be the same pizzas from the earlier delivery which was very disappointing. On the plus point the chips were fantastic!

Ordered a few times and always something slightly wrong. Last night one of our meals was completely wrong, we rang up and they informed us that they would send another out. 1 hour and a half later and still nothing, they hadn’t even sent another out! Garlic bread was freezing and veg was just awful. Poor communication

Collection took a little longer than the 15 to 20 mins promised. But was worth waiting for. Ingredients was really good. Bot too much cheese and stuffed crust, a real bonus. Will definitely come back.

The business claims to offer to customer traditional italian pizza. Still the pizza pizza, mozzarella tasted like plastic, very greasy and unappetising. Avoid and save yourself the risks. Better going to Papa Johns

Outstanding and will recommend it fully, very clean and pleasant staff and a very experienced chef on first impression!!. As usual time and time, basically we all suffering from having NO time to cook EVERY DAY at home due to our busy life style, this is why we go to takeaway's!! I was so happy to order and eat the pizzas from this takeaway, my first instincts were correct, so glad we did STOP AND ORDER from this takeaway!! On my way home to Scarborough I dropped by and had two pizzas and chicken, me and my son we were expecting cheese/tomato on home made flat thick bread to fill our stomach like all the other takeaway. We actually were pleasantly surprised that the pizza was a pizza, proper Italian taste and proper dough, this is why pizza is considered healthy eating if it is made the authentic way. It was stone baked and one of the best I had from any takeaway I tried before. The last time I had such a nice pizza was in Nice (South of France) in an area called Vieux Nice (Old Nice), behind the Promenade Des Anglais (English Promenade), the pizza's were so nice described by my son as follow: It loos like the Home Alone movie Pizza. What we trying to say the level of the food quality is as good as the top Italian restaurants. I will definitely use it again whenever we have a trip to Hull, worth it all the way.

I frankly don't eat much food from the outside for health. But I would recommend this place as both hygiene and flavor.

Wouldn't bother wasting your money. Ordered 2 bags of chips...every single chip was hard, you couldn't bite them in half they where like cardboard. Glad I just got chips and nothing more.
