Very well located, one block from Westminster Abbey, one block from the St. James Metro station, and 300 meters from Westminster. Very attentive staff, eager to answer questions and assist. The room was small but cozy and comfortable, fulfilling all our needs. Breakfast was highly recommended; it's worth the price. I would definitely return.

A fantastic location away from the hussle and bustle of London. Yet easy access to Tube Stations and a steady walk into London if you want to. St James Park is only a short walk from the hotel. Westminster Abbey is at the end of the street, too. Plus, there are plenty of attractions, only a short walk or tube ride away.

Great hub hotel... Super comfy beds... Good bathroom and spacious. I would add that the bottom sheet on the beds need to be bigger, clothes drawers need to be added as there is plenty of room, and a few more clothes hangers would be very useful. Overall for our two night stay it was great value... Needs a few things added like most as improvement and customer feedback is key. Breakfast at an added £8 per person is well worth it too.

I was happy to stay here I'm glad to be here The room was warm, cozy, and clean. Though small, it was in a great location—quiet and comfortable. What made my stay even more special was Shukaila(She is one of hotel staff). Thanks to her kindness, friendliness, and cheerful spirit, I leave with wonderful memories. This was my first trip to London, and experiencing such warmth and hospitality made it even more unforgettable. Thank you, Shukaila! Since my check-in was on my child's birthday, I reached out in advance, and the Team Hub kindly prepared a little surprise for her. thank you♡ The Wi-Fi was good, the breakfast was delicious, and the bed was warm and comfortable. I had a great stay. If I visit London again, I will definitely come back. Thank you!

The room we booked was small, but not bothering at all. They used up the space quite well. The people at the lobby were very kind and willing to help with everything. The breakfast was simple but nice (worth the £8). The location was great; 3 mins walking to the underground St James’s Park (circle and district lines) and 6-10 minutes walking to the Big Ben and underground Westminster Station (circle and disctrict and the jubilee line). Everything was accessible from the hotel. Would def recomment if you are going on a city trip!!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. You can not ask for anything better for such a good price. The service was excellent, attention and cleanliness. Rooms were quite good and modern. And they have a great breakfast buffet and they also offer gluten free bread which in my case was very important. Location? You literally walk a few minutes and you are in Westminster abbey. They even took care of our luggage for more time when checking out and didn’t have to pay anything extra for it. Maybe the only thing I’d change is for them to include breakfast for free if you are staying. Breakfast was nothing expensive anyway. I’d definitely come back here again.

Location: 1 minute away from Westminster Abbey, 3 minutes away from Big Ben Close to subway station Room size: A bigger room is required for 2 people. Two 28-inch suitcases are barely needed. The bed is queen size. Room condition: Not bad, but not good. Shower head is old, bringing a head and filter is recommended, hot water and water pressure are the best. Visited in mid-February. It was a bit cold so I slept with the electric blanket I brought, no refrigerator. Breakfast: A great place to enjoy breakfast for just 8 pounds. Especially the bread and coffee are delicious. Others: Perhaps because I checked in late, I was assigned a room at the end of the basement level. It was too far from the counter, so I requested an upper floor, but they said I could change it the next day due to full booking. (Other foreign guests were also assigned a basement room.) I didn't want to bother moving my luggage, so I just stayed the next day. There was a semi-hara window, but it was stuffy. It was quiet because it was the last room, but you can buy a 500ml bottle of water for 1 pound at the counter. Towels are changed when the room is cleaned.

Stayed here for a night for a business trip. Location is good, but sadly the room was far from good. Clearly the room hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The dust behind the TV was horribly thick, which I noticed when the TV wasn't working. The shower was caked with mineral build up on the head, which appeared to be the reason for the trickle of water, but once I'd removed that the shower was still really weak, and I was on the ground floor so can only imagine how bad it was elsewhere in the building. The shower unit itself was loose on the wall and felt like it might fall off at any point. The door lock didn't lock, as it hit the frame when you turned it. To be fair to reception, the maintenance man came up quickly to reset the room and get the TV sorted when I reported it in the evening. However when I checked out and gave a list of issues with the room to the receptionist, I got a vague apology but no attempt to fix my unhappiness, and I would highly doubt any of the issues will be sorted before the next person has the room. All in all a disappointment, and a far cry from the service and quality that Premier Inn advertise. I would not recommend this hotel, as its expensive for a small box with no window, with fittings and fixtures that haven't been properly cleaned and are poorly maintained.

When moving to the hotel, I came from Heathrow to St. James Park Station, and since it was a station with not many stairs, it wasn't difficult to move with my suitcase. The hotel location was easy to find. On the first day, there was some noise from the elevator and machinery, but from the second day, it was quiet, and since the surrounding area was all government offices, there was no feeling of danger. I didn't have any worries about going in and seeing the night view of Big Ben and the London Eye. When I opened the door on the first day, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome message and the staff were always friendly. Security was good when entering and exiting the room, the elevator was convenient, and the coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant was delicious, so I drank it often. I don't normally feel cold, but the temperature in the room was nice and reasonable. I couldn't use YouTube or other video mirroring on the TV because it took too long to load. I used breakfast for one day and at £8, it was very satisfying considering it was the price in London!

For location and cost, it's fantastic. 1 person, 1 night, travelling with work. I had the slightly larger than smallest room, and it was worth the extra (small) fee. The rooms aren't large, but that didn't really make a difference as 2 people could navigate fairly easily. The room was clean, modern, etc. I was very happy with it and it's less than 5 minutes walk to Big Ben. The buffet breakfast was great, the breakfast/bar area was very nice. No tea and coffee in the room, but machines in the bar area with large mugs or take-out card cups & lids and it's easy to navigate to from the rooms, it wasn't an issue and I like my hot drinks, it works well. I'll definitely be going again with my partner for a weekend.

The location was great , you walk out and turn right and you can see Big Ben , London Eye and most importantly Westminster Abbey. 10 min walk to Victoria, 1 min walk to St James tube station. The room was warm and comfy , mattresses especially comfy Water available on arrival to room Minimal noise but my friend could hear everything More staff they are clearly struggling with the footfall, but thats not the staffs fault thats the greedy company for allowing minimal staffing when it is clear it is a busy hotel , no rooms were available for our early check in and the staff looked stressed. Numerous people were told to wait for an available room , when you pay for the early check in you would expect that rooms would be ready. The thing is we had a reservation so booked the early check in for that reason. No kettle in the room which could be kept in the draw under the bed and no tea , sugar coffee No privacy in regards to the bathroom , a glass door that bangs when you close it Window does not open Not enough towels for 2 people No toilet brush You have to tell reception if you need the room making up

It's OK. My wife and I got the bigger room, which knowing how staying in cities is, was still quite small. The size was passable. However, there is some odd choices that were made to be "chic" that don't work very well. All of the electrics are controlled from the bed. This includes the lights, the heat, the DND side outside the door.. etc. This is OK, but since it's on the bed, you'll occasionally bump your head on the controls. The bathroom light is here as well. The heat is controlled here as well as I mentioned, but it seems a bit slow to actually receive commands. We saw on a few occasions where it would take about a half hour to actually start heating. Another "chic" design choice is the bathroom. It doesn't have a real door, it's a glass panel, like a shower. It is frosted, but very easy to see through. So you get less privacy, but it also has a large air gap, so you have less noise privacy as well. In our case the toilet was about 9 feet from the bed, so take that as you will. There is no phone, so we couldn't figure out how to contact the front desk without going downstairs. Everything else was pretty OK. The security is pretty good, and the hotel is in a great area.

Hotel very close to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, a few minutes walk. Very convenient to reach both by tube (St James park, 100 m or Westminster) and by bus, because many bus lines pass through Westminster. Also convenient for walking to Victoria train station, about a quarter of an hour. Some pubs nearby, quiet area. Very technological, clean and comfortable rooms. Carpet is everywhere, but still clean. The double bed is only accessible from one side because the other side is attached to the wall. The bathroom with shower is very clean and modern. Bottles of soap and shower gel are available. The small sink is a little inconvenient, however the shower is the right size. Some hooks or towel hangers would be needed. The hairdryer is available, it works well because it is not for travel. Buffet breakfast, sweet (a little sparse) and savory (typical English with eggs, beans, bacon and sausages), bread slices. Something could be added, in my opinion, for example dried fruit. You can enjoy hot drinks throughout the day. The staff is friendly and kind.

Visited the hotel for 3 nights, was very disappointed in the tiny room. It’s okay for literally sleeping and showering and that’s about it. The room didn’t have any mini fridge or tea/coffee facilities, the A/C didn’t really work as you would set the temperature for cold air but if you were laying in bed or inactive it would go back to blowing hot air so the room was like a sauna especially if you were having a shower too! The bathroom isn’t sound proof in any way and is coated in translucent frosted glass so if you’re staying with a parent or friend you may want to rethink! The design of the room is bizarre as a mirror is bang facing where the toilet is in the bathroom so you can see the other person doing their business. House keeping wasn’t seen during our stay, so our tiny bin in the bathroom was overfilled and spilling out. No replenishing of towels and no extra water bottles. The only positive I have for this hotel is the location as it’s on the same street as St James Park tube station and a stone throw away from Westminster abbey.

- Great location. It is very close to the underground station, walking distance to some iconic landmarks in London, i.e. Westminster Abbey, House of Parliament and Big Ben. When it is a closure of the Circle/District line, you may take the Jubilee line and get off at the Westminster Station. The staff were nice. - I stayed in a Standard Room. It's quite small but there is enough space for solo traveler to open a 29”suitcase and a smaller-sized suitcase. There is limited hanging space with anti-theft hangers only. If you stay there in Winter , a coat would almost occupy the whole hanging space. - There are no hooks in the bathroom. - One day I requested for room make up at the reception counter, the room attendant forgot to replace the towels. The location is the advantage of this hotel, very close to the subway station. Although the room is not too small, and the large suitcase can be opened, in order to maximize the use of space, the space for hanging clothes in the room is very shallow, and hangers with anti-theft rings are used. There are no hooks along the room. If long-distance travelers need to dry clothes, they must bring their own tools;

The location is PERFECT. Staff were nice, but can tell they are very busy and juggling lots of things at once. The room is smaller than what you may be used to, but if you book the bigger room it is perfectly fine for two people. Loved that everything was controlled by a panel above the bed! (However when you leave the room for a certain amount of time it seemed to power down the AC so it can be a bit warm when you return. We just cranked the AC on the lowest temp when we returned and it was fine. Also when it blew warm air it smelled very musty). House cleaning was pointless….we had them clean our room once during our 6 nights and all they did was make our bed and take the trash. No new towels, sheets, or vacuumed. Breakfast was good but could be very busy- also it is £8 per person. Free water bottles are provided only for the first night, then they are a £1 at the front desk. Overall it was a pleasant stay and was perfect for our first trip to London!

This hotel was nice enough. The internet went out for hours while I was staying here. Quite disappointing given that I needed to conserve my phone data as I traveled. The rooms were quite small which I expected but did not feel good for two people spending any reasonable amount of time in the room. Also made getting up in the middle of the night very disruptive for the other person. One thing I didn’t expect was to have next to no natural light for my room. The nice thing is that they let us check in early for £10 and held our bags at the front while we traveled around London on our first day. It is conveniently located close to major attractions and the St. James Park tube station. Would probably only stay here again if I got a larger room.

Breakfast gets a bit busy though so give yourself time in the morning if you plan to eat especiallyif you have morning plans. The dining space is very nice and clean. Good restaurants are in the area as well- Blue Boar pub is a Michelin star chef restaurant 100 feet away and I highly recommend that for dinner or lunch! Being a 1-minute walk to the nearest tube station, and closely located to shops and attractions, its convenience is the hotel's greatest selling point, especially for its price. The bigger room was comfortably sized even for two people, even at an additional cost. Service staff was patient and cheerful even when busy. The hi-tech aspects of the room were mostly a miss - the lights and conditioning unit in the room would randomly turn off for no reason at all; the hair dryer acted much the same. There weren't any amenities, which is common for UK hotels, but there weren't even any cups nor a kettle to boil water with. It's not perfect by any means, but a reasonably priced hotel suitable for a one-night stay.

Due to the majority of the hotels in the area being insanely over priced (even Premier Inn's we previously stayed at were double the price I guess due to various events in July) we decided to try Premier Inn Hub due to its location near Horse Guards Parade. It was very good value for money, staff were friendly, and it was surprisingly quiet for being in the city. It's in a great location with only a 5 mins walk to Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Horse Guards Parade, 10 Downing Street, Churchill's Bunker, around 12 mins to Buckingham Palace, and 15 mins to the London Eye. Breakfast was a buffet of cooked food, fruit, cereals, pastries etc. The room was comfy, perfect for a single traveller, might be a bit small for 2. It was very clean, modern decor, touch controls for the lights and Aircon, seemed a step up compared to other Premier Inn's in London I've recently stayed at. Complimentary tea, coffee, chocolates and bottled water.

Everything you need in a room, just compact. The price is very reasonable for the London and especially for this location. We dropped our bags on arrival and walked to sites like Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Highly recommend!

Very central and accessible hotel in London. Honestly, I was very surprised by the quality of the service, since I originally booked for a reason of prices and location, thinking that it was not going to be anything special but at least it was going to be close to everything and I must admit now that the rooms are very comfortable, the shower was great and the attention of all the staff was extremely friendly. The best thing is that its location allows you to explore all the tourist areas of London on foot. I recommend it with complete honesty and I would return without hesitation.

What a great spot to stay if you are on a first time visitor/on a budget we payed £200 for 4 nights each. It was great spot to see all of the famous London highlights which makes it a great spot for a short stay trip. The hotel itself is clean and spacious and well look after. They are wheelchair friendly with ramps and automatic doors. They also provide amenities such as water,Toothbrush and hair ties etc in case you forgot. Overall very impressed would stay again for next visit.

The standard room was great size for one person. The bed was comfortable and I love having the controls on the headboard. HUGE plus was the plug by a mirror. Bathroom was great size and decent water pressure and warmth. Great bar area and the hotel was in a wonderful location. HOWEVER.... The bathroom doesn't have its own light control, so you have to turn on the entire room lights just to use the bathroom. Absolutely no drinking glasses in the room which was a bit annoying. The fan situation was a pain as I would change temperature but it was never fast to change. Movie selection on the tv was horrible. The bed was sort of "you make it yourself" - I came in to a sheet on the bed and the comforter rolled up. Do they think someone will just sleep without any covers? Also, the cover that holds the inner comforter does not close on one end so its always falling out and annoying as hell when trying to sleep. Need a better place to put your luggage other than under the bed or on the floor. The late night pizza from the bar was gross. I got the margherita one evening and it was just a plain tomato/cheese pizza. Thats not a margherita. Also, too many key-card doors. Trying to carry food, plus a drink and bags to your room while having to unlock/open 5 doors along the way was overkill. Zero need for that. I understand security but even 5-star hotels don't have that sort of issue. Overall, would I stay there again? For the cost and location I would, the room was great for a solo traveler and the annoyances are minor.

Greatly located hotel to explore the key sightseeing attractions around central London region, close to a underground station. The rooms are a bit small, but fairly equiped and very silent. The breakfast option is a must, as it's well served with few options but all delicious.

I love staying at the Hub’s when in London. This one is brilliantly located about a 4 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and 3 minutes from the tube station. The rooms are compact but well designed and clean. The bar area is really busy but the Happy Hour offers etc make it really reasonably priced. Breakfast has a cooked option but beware if your vegetarian as there is not much for you with the cooked option. The staff are always helpful but they could do with some extra at busy times. Will def return.Four years on still one of my go too locations!

First time staying in a Hub and I thought it was brilliant. Self service check in option worked well and saved time. I booked the cheapest room option so it was small, but extremely well thought out. My room was in the basement and had no windows but the aircon was effective and I was only there to sleep so it didn't bother me. The room was silent at night. There's a Lounge bar next door which is 1000 times better than the usual premier inn beefeater rubbish. The location is obviously excellent. Will definitely stay again

Centrally located and close to the metro. They serve an excellent breakfast. The rooms are small with a French bed but functionally furnished. You can sit comfortably in the lounge, such as reading in the evening. You can get free tea there. All in all highly recommended.

The room was small, but met the needs of my wife and I as we were busy exploring London since it was our first visit. Hop on and hop off bus was great as well as the hop on hop off boat rides up and down the Thames river. Breakfast was very tasty at the inn which jumped started each day! 👍🤗

If I could give this hotel a minus zero, I would! They scam you by changing your reservation date to the next date and then you can't get them to change it without an extra charge. STAY AWAY! IT IS A RIP OFF!

Perfect location for Westminster. Rooms are as advertised - small but very functional. Bed is very comfortable. If you're claustrophobic maybe think twice though. My room had no external window - don't know if they're all like that. To be fair I slept brilliantly as I could get the room super dark and it was quiet. Only big negative for me was no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. I've since heard this may have been available downstairs in the lobby, but reception didn't advise me on checkin and as worked booked the room for me I didn't know what to expect. Restaurant menu was very limited and no info in room. Menu should have been available on the TV but my remote refused to scroll sideways. Oh and nearly forgot - the sink plug was stuck down. Not a major issue for 1 night so didn't mention at the time. All that said - very smart and clean. Felt safe and I loved the touchscreen light controls on the headboard and different types of lighting available.

We are used to this hotel chain. This one is well located, it is close to the most famous tourist sites. The rooms are small but functional. The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is enough to start the day off right. We did not try the bar or the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and smiling. We will come back with pleasure.

The breakfast was very good, the living room was also very pleasant. Little extra, being able to have good coffee/tea at any time. The location was also exceptional. Don't hesitate, the stay was perfect!

The venue was perfect, the food was amazing and our 300+ guests had the time of their lives. Thank you for everything and we would highly recommend this venue for an amazing celebration.
