Our view was gorgeous, the room is all you need for a wee getaway. The service was impeccable and they retrieved a ring a lost within 24hrs (it involved whole bed dismantling!) and they did it while we were out. Attentive lovely staff. Only downside was a slightly dirty floor but so slight .

This is our go to place in Edinburgh for a budget price. We love to come through 3 or 4 times a year as we love the city and every member of staff is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great, late checkout at 12pm is a bonus. Free tea and coffee and now hot chocolate all day is great too. Relaxed lounge area where we play cards or have that last drink before bed. Thanks to the lovely staff.

Great rooms, smaller than the typical premier inn rooms but still spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely view and made it extra special in the snow. Felt bad for the older guy at reception seemed like he was overworked as never saw anyone else but he worked very hard and very welcoming. Recommend staying here :)

I stayed here for the first night of a visit to the UK (only one night because I had to reschedule my arrival to one day earlier than originally planned) and it turned out to be the perfect place to rest and acclimate after coming from the US. The room was basically a sleep cocoon. No windows but a comfy bed, nice bathroom, and stylish trappings. I got in during midafternoon, showered and slept for a few hours, went out and had dinner, and then came back for a proper night’s rest. I woke up the next morning fully recharged and ready to get out and explore. I’m not sure if I’d stay here for longer than 1-2 nights because if I’m going for a more immersive stay in a city, I usually prefer a hotel that feels more connected to the city and less like a cocoon. But if you’re looking to rest and recharge, this is a great option.

Rooms are very new, comfortable and high tech. For me space wasn't a problem at all. The staff is great. The bar is very cozy and you can order food 24/7. Also if you paid for the breakfast package, you can enjoy free coffee all day, which is very worth!

A hotel located in the old city, close to the train station, next to halal restaurants and supermarkets, and not far from the airport The rooms are very beautiful, the service is very wonderful, the staff are friendly, and there is a coffee and tea machine available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is very simple, American breakfast There are no tea accessories in the room And the rooms are small

A new experience for us in the hub Premier Inn branch. The halls and walkways are quite modernised, I liked the feeling of the place in general. The rooms are quirky, but narrow. I wasn't sure what to expect when going through into the room, but it was still a nice sleeping experience, and well placed within Edinburgh.

Stayed here overnight to escape the mice in my flat and I cannot recommend this enough. The man (potentially Spanish accent?) on the front desk was so so lovely and welcoming - the nicest service I have ever had from a hotel receptionist. 24/7 bar and tea and coffee station is a huge plus. Great location for travel and the view across the city was a plus. My room was the perfect size with a big bathroom and big bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in edinburgh - it can be difficult to find something for under £100 that is decent and this definitely fills the brief.

The location is great as it is in the center of the city. The room was smaller than I expected, and the mattress was higher than usual, so I didn't feel like sitting down and relaxing in the room. There is no refrigerator or cup, and the hanger has a special hook so you can't hang it somewhere else. There is no point in pressing the room make up button on the bed head for cleaning or towels, and you have to apply for them at the front desk each time. I didn't realize until I saw the info on TV that coffee and tea were free 24 hours a day at the cafe on the 1st floor (no information from the staff). However, the staff at the front desk and at the cafe are all very nice, and even if the front desk staff is not there, you can just press a button and they will come right over and give you a towel, so there is no stress. Breakfast is as cheap as 6 pounds and you can get enough food including fresh fruit, yogurt, and bread.

I was afraid to come to this hotel because of the small rooms, but I was surprised. The room is very well designed so that even though it is small you have enough space to store your suitcases and even set up a small table. The bathroom was good, I liked that it has a hair dryer and a shelf for shampoo, which not all hotel bathrooms have. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but for the price you couldn't ask for more.

Great location 10 minute walk and you are in the centre oor the bus does stop right outside if using public transport. Rooms are on the super small side but this is clear when booking. No tea or coffee in rooms but you can get as much as you like from downstairs.

The location was crucial here. The room is less than 10 m2. A caravan has more space. People crawl on top of each other in bed. The breakfast... not for us. Toast, jam. Still frozen fruits.

The rooms with a storage room. The standard double room is not like the ones shown in the photos. It is a kind of capsule hotel. They call it a hub but it should be called a capsule. We had a problem with the reservation since they did not even know through which agency the reservation had arrived. We had to pay it again and fight for days for the refund. A complete disaster.

Upgrade to a larger room, it's worth I. Not sure why the quilt for the bed was folded, rolled and fastened into a bale and left on the bed for the customer to sort out. It must take a lot of time for housekeeping to sort out

The Hubs by Premier inn are the same quality as the bigger Premier inns but much cheaper. This is reflected in the size of the rooms and the in-room facilities ( kettle and tea/ coffee) But..these are available on the ground floor near reception for ‘free’ of charge. The 2 ladies that worked on reception/ bar area were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms had a good shower and Baylis and Harding toiletries which were good to use, rather than the synthetic smelling stuff some hotels provide. We ate breakfast here one morning. This was a continental breakfast for £6. Plenty of choice and the young lad working that morning was very thorough at keeping the breakfast area clean and tidy. I would definitely use the Hubs again, but due to my poor sense of direction this one wasn’t quite as central to the activities we had planned, but that’s not the hotels fault☺️

I love the location, near Haymarket. It’s not too far from the busy Princes St but close enough to either walk or catch a bus. The rooms are on the smaller side, but as expected with hub by Premier Inn. Sadly the water pressure in our room was not working well and the curtain broken, the room was also ready for only one person and not two while our booking did say two. I had to ask for an extra set of towel and complimentary bottle. The hotel is quiet and the restaurant/lounge area is very nice with plenty of seating and nice music, accessible bathrooms and a staff around if in need of anything. Breakfast does not serve eggs or any meats, it is strictly continental (at least the one time we tried to have breakfast), which was disappointing. Upon check-in the staff member was not super friendly, but besides that kind of awkward encounter, the remaining of our stay went smoothly.

Great location. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. It’s a smart hotel, quite high tech inside with the wall buttons; does the job and clean. I was ill from a seafood dish at a restaurant and the wonderful lady at reception with short red hair made sure I was ok and got me something good I could eat. I really appreciated that!

Only gripe was having to request extra pillows but given the tight space can understand why. Keep it up!

Great location for centre and Haymarket. We had a larger room and it was excellent for all our needs. Neat location, small, tidy, modern, spotless rooms with new furniture and a handy control panel for lights and AC embedded into the bed frame. Beds are soft, spacious and comfortable. Shower room is ample, with minimal design and clean towels. Cozy and intimate. There's only one big problem for me. Since no window can be opened, every room has a vent on the ceiling for ventilation and it is absurdly loud for a light sleeper like myself. I could not sleep at all for the whole night because it felt like I was near an aircraft jet engine. Sorry, if you are a light sleeper you won't have a good night rest here. Otherwise, it's pretty nice.

Just stayed the night but it was quiet, comfortable, clean, and a reasonably sized room. Like many modern hotels, the bathroom "door" is just a bit of glass with a big space. Breakfast options looked pretty "meh", so we just went to a nearby bakery instead.

Great hotel. Clean. Tidy. Great staff. Cosy. Everything we could possibly want for a short stay. Approx 30 min easy walk in a straight line more or less to the main train station but you can also get a tram or bus. Easy to find. My first time staying in a Hub and I would be happy to do it again. Will be suggesting to friends.

I'm not crazy about staying at hub by Premier Inn hotels despite regularly using Premier Inns. They lack the space in the room, I'm not keen on continental breakfasts and the price is often very similar to that for a regular Prem Inn Hotel.

The selection of whisky is great and the food was alright but felt it was way overpriced for the quality we received. We were also charged £8 twice for one portion of the haggis bon bons (apparently this is some kind of a service charge, ridiculous we had to pay double for one small dish) Seems like a tourist trap to be honest and I don't think we will be back. There are so many better bars with more reasonable prices and better service.
