House of Langos in York

Quite simply one of the best meals I've ever had in my life; I knew from tasting the first canapé that we were in for a fantastic evening. Although they are very clear about the limitations of their kitchen when it comes to allergens, they accommodated for an allergy exceptionally well. Will no doubt be returning.

Their service is attentive, friendly, and they clearly take pride in ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. But let's talk about the food – it's simply outstanding! Good savoury pancakes with a lot of variety! There's also a wide range of sweet pancakes though I didn't try any. I loved that they have a fully vegan menu - I tried the Big Veg and it was delicious! Staff was also super friendly! The dining space is rather small, so I'd recommend it for either pairs or groups of up to 4 people.

We enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon tea. It was late afternoon and the food had clearly all be freshly made and was beautifully presented. The staff were absolutely charming, welcoming and attentive
