House of Langos in York

Fantastic food and service. Had the tasting menu with paired wines and each course was bursting full of flavour. Wines complimented the dishes perfectly. The staff clearly take a lot of pride in what they do and they made the experience very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent tasting Menu. Service was excellent. Had an almost Indian fusion theme. The bread from the bakery was excellent and almost a bit too big. Good selection of wines. The cheese trolley looked amazing but we were too full- maybe next time :)

Upon entering, we were welcomed and offered a vegan menu. It was good to see a non-vegan place that understood vegan options and made us feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the savoury pancake I had (first time having a savoury pancake) - the truffle oil really elevated it. The hot chocolate was also lovely. My boyfriend enjoyed his milkshake and was able to customise his pancake, which is a great addition to the menu.

A fabulous little restaurant close to the cathedral. The food is tapas style but utterly delicious and they have some lovely specials and wine specials. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Nice bar with good service - not as decorative as others like Cardiff
