Stupid parking meters that work 24hrs a day but aren't lit up so remember to take your phone with you so you can use your torch to put your Reg in the machine.

My Team and I recently hired a meeting room for our Annual Team Development Day. The staff on reception were so welcoming and accommodating when we arrived and throughout the day. We had access to the kitchen for teas/coffees all day which was great. Brilliant service and we will definitely be returning. Thanks so much

125 pound parking fine for poorly lit car park where i didnt see the completely unlit sign when visiting Golf Fang late on a Sunday night. Golf Fang also do not warn you about car parking charges. Even when providing photo evidence of the unlit sign Hoults yard dont care when you complain. Interestingly amongst the reviews i have noticed one "5 star review" from the same Hoults yard manager who has rejected my complaint about my car park fine. So anybody reading this take the 5 star reviews with a pinch of salt, they are Hoults yard employees. Look at the many 1 star reviews about the disgusting car parking scam and avoid at all costs. Any business' that chooses to be on this site is complicit. EDIT: RESPONSE TO HOULTS YARD ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS REPLY. The "other signs" in car parks i was not parked in are totally irrelivent. The pay and display machine you mention is black and is in total darkness as can clearly be seen in the pic. It is a complete lie about there being 2 pay and display machines you pass. Just like you lied about Golf Fangs booking conformation informing of a parking charge- it doesnt. The tiny blue signs in the pic you mention are too far away (plus there are 2 and not 5. Yet another lie) to read in the dark and you would not walk past these on the way to Golf Fang. DO BETTER AND STOP RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS. ALSO READ THE HUGE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS YOU GET ABOUT THIS To anybody else who is charged please fight this scam. I am currently in discussion with my MP and also watchdog who are in the process of running a feature on parking eye scamming customers. Also please spread the word to boycott Hoults yard which has a disgusting attitude to its customers being ripped off. They will not help fight your corner

Hoults yard is absolutely a lush area for a great day out. It has the most amazing hot chocolate in the UK! (Studio 28), the amazing donuts of awesomeness (proven goods), two lush bars full circle and Tapyard they are such a great vibe and place to go for a few drinks or just to chill. There's also a park nearby if you have a doggo who may need to go for a quick walk before you wanna settle down for a nice drink. The whole atmosphere is super chill and relaxing. The folks who keep this amazing place running do incredible things to keep adding cool things and making sure people feel welcomed. The front desk always has something going on such as cake sales. There's a lot of parking available with a very reasonable price and easy payment method. But that's not the best bit..This is within walking distance to the Osbourne and quayside as well so excellent to go for a good walks.

Been based on Hoults Estate for many years now and the transformation over the years we have been here has been amazing, loads of food places, drinking establishments, not forgetting Golf! The staff who run this estate like clockwork are an asset to any business. Anyone wanting space on the yard, get in touch with the team, you will not regret it one bit.

Excellent front of house team, great variety of food outlets including artisanal donuts and chocolatier. Fabulous gyms!

Great space, great people and added services (cafes, shops etc) a bonus. Always impresses the clients who visit. I am not going to say it is the cheapest rental space in town as it is not; but you get what you pay for. Modern facilities, with a nod to its past; clean; tidy; close to town and traffic routes; plenty parking. Would recommend

Richard Ruddick Architecture have been located at Hoults Yard since 2017. The offices, facilities and staff are all fantastic and it is a great destination for any business to be based. Great facilities, as well as a variety of venues on site make it a fantastic place to work.

Son got a parking fine even when the parking machines were out of order shocking do not park hear or you will get a fine

The Parking Eye idea here is disgusting. Why would you want to have your business here when your customers cars are having pictures taken of them when they drive into the place, putting them at risk of getting a fine. I went to Ghetto Golf for a work event and when I arrived it was dark, paid for 2 hours parking with apparently the first hour being free… 13 minutes over and I got a £60 fine at 10:30pm at night. Absolutely no need at all! People are coming here to support small businesses, not to be potentially put at risk of parking fines! It’s a shame as there’s some nice places here but I just can’t go back now, it’s just too risky of a fine and very easy to get one at that! It’s just not worth the risk and I’d rather go elsewhere to support local businesses.

As several others have noted here - disgusting parking charges courtesy of Parkingeye, Hoults Yard turn a blind eye and refuse to intervene even though they own the site

Terrible experience at this place,greedy owners extorting car owners with 24hr parking charges enforced by ANPR cameras run by Parking Eye.I got a ticket for 10 minute overstay so now I boycott the place and unfortunately all the good businesses inside.

Great businesses and entertainment on site, and a good vibe. Marked down because the place is choked with speeding drivers and congested car parking, with inadequate pedestrian paths - if you're on foot you take your life in your hands. Plus there's little or no cycle parking, or pedestrian signage to find your way around what's quite a large site.

The parking system is very unfair! You are photographed when entering and on leaving the site! I used 3 different car parks over 67 minutes and received a £100 fine ( £60 if paid within 14 days) It is not clear that the 60 minute free parking covers all car parks on the site! £120! for my daughter and I to visit! Never again

The space is nice and being near the quayside is quite attractive, but it can be inefficient and communication isn't always the best. We've had to clarify a number of issues surrounding access and the internet, which doesn't help. It does remain an expensive option given the location.

Opened an office here in 2016, and it has been great! The team are very supportive and friendly - the venue is great for our training courses (great facilities and catering!). Happily recommend to people looking for lovely office space, with a fun, creative and digital vibe.

Hoults Yard is a vibrant, modern and creative business centre - with a really nice atmosphere to match. It makes coming to work fun, with lots of events happening throughout the year including cool street food pop ups, and a trendy cafe. The Hoult's staff are amazing and there is a great vibe between all of the companies on site. Its a place you can feel proud of when entertaining customers and visitors. I also love the fact I can go to Elite Fitness on my lunch break to keep in shape! 10/10

Improved since building works have completed. Parking is still a problem, but the new meeting rooms are nice.

We moved our business into the Yard in Feb this year and we haven't looked back. There's something about the vibe in the Yard that makes it a pleasure to be around.. it's like a little community full of interesting businesses that all get along together. Having a range of businesses on your doorstep is really handy should you need the services of someone else. There's always somebody on hand to offer advice or put you in touch with someone that can help - or do business with. Julie, Laura, Jess, Charlie and the team here do their best to make the Yard a fun place to do business in. The cafe is great for networking and there's some fab artwork around the place too.
