Rudest til lady in the whole of Cheshire oaks! Very unhelpful.....shoved all my items on one bag ...handle snapped outside the door! Even after I had told her it's too heavy for I paper bag....she thought she knew better. Certainly never enjoyed a good chocolate....!! Awful experience

I was served by a luvly man called Matthew on Friday 28th June at 2pm. He helped me with my purchase ( which ended up being on offer, 2 for £20 ) He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable & so suited to work in retail. He was a breath of fresh air & I wish more retail outlets had a Matthew. Thank you Matthew, you made my day.

I don't understand other reviews complaining about limited selection or the multi-buys they have to stick by as an outlet store... To clarify, this is an outlet store XD The range changes constantly depending on what they get sent! I enjoy popping in to see what they've had in and the prices are great, especially when they have the 'ugly but good' truffle bags. They also do hot drinks so it can get busy on a weekend (the hot choc is utterly delish btw) and helpfully dogs are allowed in if you're out and about with your pup.

The available selection has narrowed down by a lot. No offers on anymore, it used to be buy 3 for so much, but now no cheaper than the website. It now offers much less choice so might as well order online and get a discount there instead .

tried a sample drink and was very impressed excellent service from Christina (tina) so much so that we purchased a velvetiser the offer in store was very good very slight downside is the restation ref guarantee ref Free biscuits in vague as there is a delvey charge also quite short dated on products

Went to buy a top up gift for my partners 50th. She is a Vegan The choice there limited versus a main store. I selected box for £23.50 or thereabouts and was told I have to buy at least 2 boxes!?? That would of been neary £50 for apparently short date chocolates October 22! The second box wouldnt even make Xmas. Staff told me we have to do that as its an outlet store...oh really! A VIP member but nicely just walked out! Will not revisit went elsewhere and different brand. Just bought one box with a descent use by date elsewhere.. save your money and journey!

A great shopping experience as always with fantastic choices of chocolates and outstanding displays. I bought much more than I intended, but then it’s nice to spoil yourself. My wife loved the three boxes of Classic Hot Chocolate which she uses to put sprinkles on her cappuccino’s everyday.It’s also nice over ice cream. The ice cream sundae was my final purchase and was delicious!
