Fantastic food. Hotshots never fails to deliver on quality and taste! Always a plentiful menu, a good choice for all! We've never encountered a problem. Staff are always on the ball and show the utmost courtesy. They're always on hand to sort and help! We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking high-quality food at a reasonable price. Pizzas are very hit and miss, often there’s far too much purée on the base which is all you can taste. If the guy with the curly hair, who I think is the owner is working they’re ok, otherwise they’re bloody awful, he needs to teach the other guys how it’s done!

We've used this takeaway for years and never had an issue. The pizza's are delicious and the prices are very reasonable.

Ordered 5 times from this pizza shop and everytime it was cold, every time I ordered I thought I will get it hotter but still cold. My last order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver. I complained twice but they just keep making excuses, they do not know what good customer service is. They employ young girls who are very rude. I will not be buying from here again. Very disappointed.

Will not be ordering from here again waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for someone to tell us it would be here within 15 minutes for 2 kebabs 15 minutes went by waited another 15 minutes the food finally arrived at 10 freezing cold not impressed when I first rang back to see where the food was after being told it was only going to be 25 minutes with delivery however she was laughing over the phone speaking with a man very unprofessional I think they waited for us to ring 3 times to see where the food was before they actually started cooking it rang back to complain they still was no help very rude over the phone

Beautiful food but let down by an extremely rude shocking chef. We have been ordering from here more or less weekly for over a year, the food is lovely, we recently tried the chicken burger and chips which was beauts but the chips were a little sweaty from the condensation on the box. I rang to place an order for the same but asked if I could have my chips seperate to the burger (simply so they were soggy as they are usually so lovely) the chef in the back ground was so so rude and would not do this unless we paid more! What the actual.... The girls were really trying but the chef was simply RUDE. Much to our annoyance we will not be ordering from here again and I'm feeling very frustrated by the poor service received. I understand we all have bad days but he was plain and simple rude!!

Absolutely beautiful food and very friendly service. Highly recommended. Ordered a nine inch donner pizza and it was perfect! 10 out of 10 for this little business.

I have come here for many years with my family until we moved away- never had a bad pizza! I still think about their garlic pizza! Always really friendly- I would definitely continue to order from them if I was still in Huddersfield.

Having had plenty of kebabs with separate pitta bread from here, once again some so called boss says no over the phone. So good bye hotshots

Very disappointed with the service. Paid with ten pound note when I got my change noticed old pound coin so asked them to change it. Answer I got no you didn't get that from here. I said yes you have just given it me a second ago. The young lass behind counter looked fustered and turned to the moody guy making pizzas and asked him. He just grunted at her and mumbled something about they don't have old pound coins. I take it he was the boss, but knows naff all about customer service. Food was very average too, much better takeaways near by. Would never go back. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off in your change.

Great value and quick service. Chips are very Moorish. Pizzas good too.Would recommend. Plenty of parking on street too.

Well what can i say, We as a family have been using this takeaway for nearly 30 years. This is by far the best pizza in Huddersfield, if you like deep pan OMG just stunning.I think some of the bad comments are for one in Hartlepool not Huddersfield. Way better and cheaper than ANY of the big chains. I would whole heatedly recommend this pizzeria.

Fab pizza. Also had ribs which were nice but too spicy for me. They don't deliver to our address but worth the drive Will defo order again

Tuvimos que llamar y quejarse como las patatas fritas eran recalentadas chips antiguo no fresco. Llegaron con más, pero el queso era como de goma y tan mal. Pizza estaba fría con base de quemado y no tiene sabor. Tirado para llevar. Muy decepcionante. Desperdicio de dinero.

If you get the boss making pizzas they are very good but to many low paid youngsters who don't care what standard they are. I've had a couple delivered but always cold and ages before arriving.

Ordered ahead for collection and pizzas exactly as ordered exactly on time, and served with a friendly smile from all 3 staff and a lolly for my son. 2 large for £13. No more to be said!! Brilliant!

Never fails to meet expectations, genuine italian chef (i think) maybe greek? Makes all pizza's fresh in front of you. Good menu choice, tzatzike sauce everytime goes with anything

The most disgusting food in Hartlepool !!! Food was ice cold and bland, pizza was under cooked and horrible. Will never go back here again !

Terrible garlic bread and cheese garlic bread was reheated and old like cardboard, also the baked potatoes tasted awful and stale, we asked for one with baked beans and there were about 5 beanson the Potatoe, we rang to complain and they replaced them after having to wait one hour for delivery!!.. Again the potatoes was old and stale it was too late for the garlic bread by then so it all went in the bin... Totall waste of money would never eat there again.

Best pizza in Huddersfield. Good choice, reliable delivery drivers. Bit more expensive than others but you get what you pay for.

This is by far the best pizza takeaway in town. l have the 12" deep pan Frenza, the crust is thick and crispy, the ingredients are fresh and full of flavour the combined taste is fantastic, quite spicey hot but lovely. Well done to all at Hot Shots!!
