Hot Pot Takeaway in Peterborough

Had the 12' munch box portion was good but the onion rings were disgusting and seeks kebabs were dry.

Honestly food is okay and nice but the money is too much to pay and extra pound for delivery

I have ordered from hotpot several times now. The food quality always tends to be at 4/5 or 5/5. The standard is high. It is clear they take pride in their cooking and serving quality food. The delivery time was the full 40 minutes, but was certainly worth it. On the first time I ordered, I ordered pizzas and to my delight they made their own pizza bases a huge difference between pizzerias that don't and do. The chicken tikka in nan has also been spot on. Fresh chicken pieces at the right size, cooked with their own blend of spice and cooked well, covered in the requested sauces and interlaced with fresh salad. A definite thumbs up.

used these guys a few times, this time was rank. Ordered the nam sandwich with donner, salad etc. Came with no salad and no donner. Rang them, said they would bring the donner out, so i tried what i got, MADE ME VOMIT. Yes i got a refund on what i ordered, straight away, but it's just not good enough, to make me vomit, something wrong there. Won't be ordering again

Very bad food and when compalin owner become disrespectful and being rude food was very bad dead cold I will never recommend to any one bad services

Just alone the they taste like English Sunday dinner roast potatoes. Make some sage and onion stuffing and Yorkshire puddings with you chicken please. And chicken gravy ...lol. Then You nailed it !!!!

Used hotpot for over 25 years. Always reliable and crispy fresh. Staff have changed over the years but food remains the same. Lincoln rd changed over 25 yr but hotpot stays same. Five stars !!!

In my View Hot pot in Peterborough are famous for there potato surprise. The biggest surprise is that the potatoes are absolute banging. Roast style cut with a souther fried coating. Fluffy mash in side while gently crisped on the out side. Everything else is good value and same as everywhere else but the rock on potatoes. Good work hot pot. I as a chef of 25 years was very saddened when I went to order food last Thursday the 17/02/2022 but the online service was saying that the Hotpot was closed. So as a loyal customer I phoned up the shop to see if they were open or not. I was met with chap saying the website is working Innit go check now Innit. This immediately put me and my guests of 8 off from ordering. This has happened 3 times now and find it very rude and disrespectful to an ordering customer that also puts wages in their pocket. So I am taking a wide birth now along with quite a few of my friends after they all heard it over Speaker Phone. A shame as Hotpot had a great reputation until this person was disrespectful. Great takeaway and fast service. I had a mix tikka kebab in naan and it was absolutely delicious, best I've had in ages. I always used to get kebabs from Eastern delight but when it changed owners, it went downhill. The old owners of Eastern delight now own Hotpot and the food is brilliant. Further more the owner is a really nice guy. Great food, great service, good value and great staff

Great experience the fish is so tasty I recommend the fish and nan which is very tasty and has good place for having it in side.

staple of Lincoln road this family run business know how to make food. they work round the clock to keep the food tasting above most others. prices are VERY reasonable and I feel the Donner wrap is the best in Peterborogh.

Can never go wrong with a hot pot. Deliveries always arrive quicker than expected, always receive exactly what you order and quality of food is always spot on.

Friendly staff very polite while i was the shop i realised why once i got home Inedible kebab meat uncooked spuds mouldy must of been at bottom of sack for 2 years on a plus note can of coke fine only gave 1 star so I could leave a review they should get azir back to run it

Very consistent and fresh food. The one thing that makes this place great however is the people who work there. They will go above and beyond in order to ensure that they provide the best service possible. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 different pizzas bland couldnt taste anything but cheese and slightly burnt from underneath shame first and last time

Delicious food love there kebabs

Delivery was really fast, only took half an hour between placing the order and receiving it. The burgers were also really good, and it's super cheap as well. Portion sizes for chips were also really good.

Food was soggy and over priced food wasnt cooked right burger was uncooked and chips were soggy not nice at all and the price they over charged me by 3 pounds worked it out they over charged me wouldnt recommend this at all many other better take away on same road which taste alot better avoid this place

Lovely take away king size jacket potato was full of topping and hot. Mixed tikka meat in naan bread best I have had not greasy nicely cooked and hot. Delivery was very good and delivery person polite overall with a 5 star hygiene its best take away I have had. Keep it up will order from here again

Always used this takeaway, never again!!! Ordered a kebab, it's come stone cold.. ring up to ask why and get spoken to like absolute crap on the phone. Customer service, yeah right!!! Crap food crap service... avoid at all costs!! A call to environmental health is needed!!

The food from Hot Pot is great if you collect it but always cold if you have it delivered. Microwaved kebab! Yum.

The best Naan Sandwiches in town. Quick clean and delicious. Friendly staff what more can i say. Except that their medium spicy meat feast pizza is also brilliant.

Always order from here and is usually great food, although tonight it was horrible, Brown lettuce all over my chips when I just wanted it in my burger, the chips was hard not cooked fully, Shame because need and my family members always use them, but the colour of the lettuce his put me off ordering again,
