Increíble servicio al cliente, comida encantadora, personal extremadamente amable, podría ser un poco más limpio, pero después de una noche ajetreada es comprensible, aún así es genial para algunos munch aunque volvería a ir

Awful! Omg three chicken kebabs just bought were defo made with meat kept from last night. Not fresh not even warm. Will NEVER buy from here again.

Ho cenato con mio figlio, siamo entrati per caso perchè non sapevamo dove andare e l'impressione iniziale non è stata delle migliori. I tavoli erano piuttosto rovinati e le sedute tutte strappate. Abbiamo ordinato e in pochi minuti abbiamo ricevuto tutte le ordinazioni. Devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, il menù era semplice, classico pollo da fast-food, ma il pane con aglio e formaggio...fenomenale! Tornerei solo per quello!

My daughter who is at uni has just been served a raw chicken dish here. When I saw the pictures I told her to return it immediately. They have refused to refund her.....please make your own minds up...I'm appalled and am contacting environmental health as I write this....

i could list the reasons forever on why the place is so good the food the price and the staff where all amazing when i went the owner was even instilling good work ethic to his boy really fantastic would recommend

took my money and didn't deliver the food. refused to refund when contacted through deliver and made no attempt to fix the problem, rude staff avoid ordering from this place

This takeaway can not be beaten, the food is always hot and the people who work there are the most lovely blokes ever. Would not want to give my money to anyone else, if hot and tender shut down I would cry. Can not recommended enough. Long live hot and tender amen.

Best fast food in town. Been going here since I turned 18. Always great student deals. Jalal the owner is AMAZING. So good if you need to adjust something, I've always ended my night there from 19-28. Now I go rarely but jalal always remembers me and I love it. Ordered tonight first time in about a year but everything perfect. Chips and cheese perfect even after 10 mins in a cab, pizza chicken and ham gorgeous, may even save a couple of slices for tomorrow as they're always amazing next day. Chicken piece and a can. Amazing love this place. Always have. Disappointed for bad reviews as this place is amazing! Already ate some of my pizza but had to leave a review

I came in for a takeaway after a night out and they catered all my needs and cooked up the perfect pizza with all the topping I asked for. They was very friendly and I would defintely visit here again! Would recommend to anyone 😊

Friendliest staff ever, Ali and Mohammed are legends, couldn’t be nicer. Food is 10/10 Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First of all, the service couldn’t be worse, not even one smile or anyone trying to do my order easier, chicken wrap was dry, almost without sauce, I didn’t ask for peri salt on my fries and they came with it, not even one thanks in all the night.... just terrible.

Me and my friends ordered food from here and it was f*cking horrible, our pizzas were really greasy and the chicken was almost clucking, the only good thing to happen us with hot n tender was walking out the door

NEVER order over the phone. Have been very happy with service from this store when I go in person, and food is usually good, but a nightmare experience of getting home delivery has made me never want to go again! Ordered a "large kebab meal" over the phone, and a chicken nuggets meal. Nuggets arrived fine. Kebab meal- drink, no chips, small kebab. Tried to ring up to ask for large kebab and chips to be sent. Waited half an hour. Nothing. Rang again. Went round in circles with the service man (who was barely comprehensible) refusing to understand that we were missing items. Only after a THIRD call did they finally reveal that they did not do large kebabs in meals, in spite of me asking for a large meal. Asked them to just send chips instead. Never arrived. No refund. Kebab was also missing the sweet chilli sauce I asked for. The kebab was also cold and slightly burned. I cannot believe the poor service I received and the level to which the service staff refused to co-operate with me. Will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

This user to be a good kebab shop. Not anymore. Food was stone cold. Order was wrong. Don't bother going here.

Just your average kebab shop, tastes good on the way home after a night out, average at best when you're sober. Note: they look at you funny if you ask for cheesy chips

I don't expect much when I order food at midnight from a chippy but Jesus Christ was this food bad. I got a chicken strips meal and there isn't a single positive comment I can make about it. The flavourless chicken strips were about 10% meat which looked off and a weird shade of brown and was the stringiest meat I've ever eaten. The chips were soggy and under cooked. I wouldn't normally complain about such a place but believe me when I tell you that this is the worst chippy you could possibly go to in Liverpool.

Been visiting this chicken shop for a number of years now, me and my family became good friends with Ali, good banter about football, called in tonight asked the boys were Ali was told BY an older man to stop talking to the staff because they were busy, staff seemed to be uneasy, order our food then was told to leave for talking to the staff, I was told I was officially barred, #bringhomeali

Mi familia y yo visitamos la licitación en 16 caliente n/12/2016 después de un día precioso de compras de navidad. Habíamos visitado antes en muchas ocasiones, así que cuando entramos nos preguntaron donde "Ail" (un hombre que nos conocimos durante nuestras muchas visitas a caliente n licitación) era. Después ordenamos nuestra comida, comidas de Pollo x 2 comidas de Pollo envoltura hamburguesa de pollo x 2 comida strip y una comida pizza nos dijo un anciano detrás del mostrador que debería salir de la tienda. Me siento como este era muy grosero, ya que sólo estábamos hablando amablemente a los miembros de personal que habíamos visitado en muchas ocasiones antes. Me siento muy decepcionado por el servicio recibido después de tantas buenas experiencias hasta esta tarde.

Absolutamente horrible servicio al cliente. Pedí pollo kebab y patatas fritas y me preguntó si quería cambiar a una comida para 5 libras pero rechacé. Entonces me cobraban 5 libras así que me preguntó si podía aclarar el precio y lo que estaba pagando. El hombre de repente se puso muy brusco conmigo, así que se disculpó y explicó que sólo quería aclaración porque no podía darle sentido a la carta (lo admito mi culpa porque mi cerebro era frito de estudiar todo el día). Entonces alguien involucrado que era nuevo, sharp y grosero, así que me pidió que les de mi dinero. Después de que fui insultado por dos veces. Absolutamente no es lo que yo habría esperado de pedir una consulta genuina. Nunca he sido tan groseramente por hablado con nadie en mi vida, y como alguien que trabaja en un papel cs, puedo decir que no es una manera aceptable para tratar a los clientes. Indignado.

Had ordered 10" pizza with chips and a can of drink... And trust me their pizza or the combos will not let you down.. Will buy again!!

The food was discusting warmed up must of been there all day as I had severe vomit and diarrhoea the following morning I will never return to this shop again. Not fit for a dog !!!

We stayed at a local hotel in Liverpool and had the misfortune to order from these guys...Food arrived within 9 minutes of ordering (this is when I began to worry!)I tucked into my garlic bread, then my chicken wings (or what was meant to be chicken) and now I feel like I have Dawn French performing Gymnastics inside my stomach!I have been subsequently sick and I had nothing else to eat which could cause me to feel unwell!I would avoid this place at ALL costs and much rather go hungry for 2 nights than eat from there again! Gross!

Awful, awful takeaway. The meat is so undercooked I'm surprised the chicken didn't fly off! The chips taste more like cardboard and the price isn't even that cheap. Poor service and overpriced food in that it costs money! There is a reason its always empty, avoid at any cost!!

Hot n tender is the place where food goes to commit suicide. Myself and my boyfriend ordered a delivery last night 2 chiken kababs. And the tasted awful nothing like chiken and where blatantly reconstructed meat, we had a few mouthfulls and left it. Bering im mind we hadn't eaten any other food that day. We woke up this morning with severe food poisoning. When I rang up to tell them what had happend the manager actually began to shout at me over the phone that I was drunk last night, considering me and my boyfriend had just finished a 12 hr shift. And told me he wouldn't consider looking at the food he gave me and told me do not effect this buissness and hung up ! Will never eat there again. And will try to worn other people away.
