Terrible service app let me order food never came when I rang up and asked they said there website was down and can’t do a refund

Ordered food of website said order was confirmed through email wait 45 minutes to an hour for food and still nothing so called up and they said no order has came through but money was still taken from my bank , went down there as no refund option and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it as manger wasn’t in and that manger would call but still no call refund or food but money still taken

Hella Stingy with chips and sauce but apart from that really tasty food for a good price and fresh.some cashier are nicer then others can be quite unwelcoming

We spent £30 and got prawn crackers spring rolls and a bottle of pop and this time with it been new year a box of celebrations as well. Thank you Great Wall !
