Very good takeaway .I asked not for the chicken and veg curry to send hot as i eat late and asked for fresh green chillies as they did. I always use them as they follow the instructions and always give extra.Used them so many times and always satsified.

I am severely impressed with the food. I am always very hesitant in regards of food hygiene, especially on Uber Eats. I'm cautious of the quality of the food. After looking at other reviews, I decided on this takeaway. And may I say, I was pleasantly surprised. The standard of the food is fabulous. I ordered a garlic naan and plain naan to compliment my chicken biryani, chicken curry and chicken jalfrazi. I just wanted to thank the workers who made my food - the spices, the taste, it was absolutely excellent. I could not be happier with my takeaway. There are some takeaways where you order, do not know what you're getting, and yes - it fills you up but it is not great. This not only filled me up, it made me feel great. The herbs and spices in this food were delicious. Well packaged, well served. Delivered with care. And I would highly recommend this restaurant. 4 Star hygiene, reasonable prices and fantastic food. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for your marvelous food and culture! It's a fantastic representation!

Very disappointing service. Rude customer service. They switch the phone down on you when they do not want to deal with their own errors. They sent something i did not want and are not taking responsibility for their mistake. Instead they want me to order more from them to finally give me what i initially asked for. They do not know how to maintain loyalty with customers. Needs improvement.

Nice tasting food, service was okay by the young men, but the older man was very grumpy and arrogant, the shop is a very tight squeeze in, you have to stand close to the customers eating on the tables while ordering your own food.

Tried Halwa poori and Omelete paratha, honestly not worth the money. I ordered through just eat and order was not complete, instead of refund or delivery, just asked me to come and collect it with no compensation. Big NO

Food was ok but definitely not worth the price. Prices are different to eat in so be wary as they overcharged us. They charged us £12 for a jug of sweet lassi when a glass is for £2. A lot of other cheaper and better options are available in the area

If you know what you need, you know that you NEED that super-hot 🔥 powerhouse of a meal called Nihari. Just be hungry before arriving and turn a blind eye to the lack of decor. The food is not lacking. Bon apetīt.

We placed an order to the restaurant like we have been doing for years now, the food came on time but slight mistake from the delivery driver. I contacted the restaurant and they were really helpful and understanding, it was just a normal human error that Jaffar and Amjad were willing to resolve. Infact they gave me my whole order again to make up for it. We need more people like you guys! May ALLAH SWT grant you guys immense success and everything ur heart desires Thank you soo much for understanding and co-operating with us, we really appreciate it.

The food available here is both inexpensive and fantastic, with exceptionally delicious South Asian sweets on the menu. What's even better is that everything is offered at an affordable price point, making it the perfect place for a budget-friendly, satisfying meal.

I ordered biryani.. it was chilled someone just took it out from fridge and send it. Didn't even bother to warm. So it means they don't make fresh food and also such a bad service they don't even warm it. Unbelievable. Since 2015 it was first ever experience on just eat that now restaurant serving u chilled briyani. Unbelievable someone can't be so lazy that if u can't make fresh food at least warm that food what u sending to customer.

Today I went to have a morning routine pilao in usal the lady with the specs was extremely rude and was asking for more charge but day before there was another lady who gave me same pilao for eat in for 3 pounds but she told me she is new and don't know the price one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't buy anything from here and go to the Infront of restaurant called Hayes spices . I have been the regular customer of this restaurant from past 1 year . Don't buy anything from here as they show different price and charge different price she even asked for money if I top up the salad.

Food didn't arrive, I called shop 5 times they hung up each time couldn't speak much English so drove to shop they said they gave order to driver it's out of their hands so I need to phone just eat to get refund

The food quality is amazing! but the whole experience was let down by poor customer service. I recommend to the owner to establish an order ticketing system to ensure orders are correctly processed. Good luck to the team. For anyone ordering, make sure you keep on top of them if you are time restricted.

One of the best restaurant ever visited. Stuffs are excellent. Aloo gost, lamb Korai are cxcellent. Fresh apple juice and gulag jamun are heavenly. They will welcome you like a family. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Chana Halwa & two puri and another dhal and rice dish. The chana was a tasteless oily mess. It didn't seem fresh at all. I'm from Sri Lanka. I never write reviews. But this was bad. The dhal also tasted very plain.

Ordered aloo paratha, mutton curry and naan along with shami kebab. Ordered was suppose to be delivered between 10:10-10:20 till here it was all fine. Tried calling them after 10:30 and phone was busy. At 10:45 finally phone was answered and lady couldn’t speak English which is fine but was not ready to understand that I am waiting over an hour for my food. She just kept saying it was gone long time back. Now gentleman take over the phone and does the same again. Yousuf was the name if I heard correctly. Food was delivered finally at 11:00. No need to mention that paratha was slightly burnt and cold. Naan was tough and mutton floating in oil. Worst start of the day because of this. I will never order again from this place. Only positive was taste of mutton curry. Though it was floating in oil after draining excess oil curry tasted good.

I brought a food from here and Naan bread all the bread is burn and some of them is uncooked. I will not prefer this to anyone. Out side is saying 3 Naan bread for £1 ,when I oder it the charge me £1 for 2 naan bread . When I complained to them they hange the call on me ...really bad

Very good kebab roll and samosa.

Was going past and from the name didn’t automatically associate it with a ruby. Went inside, ordered a few Samosas and took them home to eat, never been disappointed as much as this outlet. The pastry was poor, fillings just potato and distasteful. Will not be returning.

Been here a few times all takeouts. Ordered a variety from curries, biryani and desserts. Quality is pretty good especially the value for money. All meals are £3 - £7 nans, rice, drinks and desert are extra. You can have full meal with a big portion and drink for as little as £4. And you can also pay by card which is not common for this area. Lots of options on display of different curries something towards 2 dozen which is pretty exciting when you're inside. Always end up buying more than I intended to because the options on display look good. Service is really quick as lots of staff there and you get served straight away. Quite a few tables inside if you want to eat in. Negatives are each time after ordering I'm usually waiting around for 10mins. Normally because there's a que for their nans as they do 3 nans for £1 offer. Sometimes the food can be very greasy and oily even seeping through the carrier bag. Overall good and affordable spot for locals and pretty quick service. Not perfect but for the cost and value can't complain.

Do you guys get free oil?? Matar keema is sinking in the oil and even biryani. wasn't like this before but last 2 times your food is was not nice.

To look at the food someone would think I ordered a tub of oil with some bits of food thrown in! Couldn't eat it all, more than half in the bin, so tasteless. Save your money and just drink the oil straight from the bottle at home!!!! Also the container had leaked everywhere, even though it was wrapped in cling film l, how does that happen?

We bought food and after eating food we started feeling sick all the night and me and my guest we all failed sick next day when we complained the manager was so rude aswell so guys please don’t buy food from this shop because theses people are playing with innocent people lives .

Cheap and cheerful, don't expect Michelin quisine but certainly good home cooked Pakistani food. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a quick bite to eat, also fresh naan made in the tandoor is very good. I recommend the Haleem with 2 naan for £6, it's great value! They also do chicken biryani for £3.50 per portion, you can't complain with those prices. Also they are open from 8am which is very convenient Would recommend

I visited UK from USA , there food was good but the tandoori roti was half cooked , couldn't eat it , couldn't complain because it was late night and take out order and had a plane to catch next day early.

The amount charge for naan was too high it should be 3 naan for a pound but they charge 2 naan for 1 pound. They expect to have cash in the morning. Their paya is not been cooked properly I can smell of the meat and this time they gave small portion in the same size container like last time.

My brother told me about this place so I had kebab roll but sauce was not good like water also no cucumber tomato in salad only cabbage and lettuce which is very cheap to buy. I had chick peas curry It’s too expensive. How come small portion for £4. Fresh naan is ok for 50 p but I will no go back to this place. Hounslow is much better than this place.
