Hon's Kitchen in Poole

I understand bank charges are a nightmare to deal with so I have no problem with the minimum £10 on card but in doing so I had to order a kids meal to bring it up to price. Chicken balls were over cooked, chips were under cooked. Chicken chow mein was completely flavorless and chicken inside was overcooked and gritty. Will not go back here

Not very good. I don't feel like bring them down but it was just bad🤷‍♂️

Food was half hour late cold and all had been either reheated numerous times or it was yesterday's food not good

placed online order, took 30+ minutes to get an email saying 'order cancelled' - no drivers! Useless. Why state the order is 'cooking' (on your website) when clearly you had zero intention of supplying this order

The best (and cheapest) Chinese in the area. They do the all-in-one box meals and set menus. The food is really nice and the staff are very polite and accommodating.

Local Chinese takeaway, nice food, friendly service and always quick if you go in and order.

I be to better Chinese take aways than above i wont be using it again ( go back to panda in ferndown)

Always order from here when we get Chinese fantastic food hot and great portions! Always follow instructions for plain chow mein never had any problems

Terrible. Used to go here but shut over covid so went somewhere else. Now reopned thought we would go back. Never again. Chicken satay was horrible. Chicken tough and grissily. Prawn balls very greasy. Chow mein tasteless. Food luke warm.

First time-Good delivery in time advised. Food was only warm , but good portions and tasty duck.Hosin sauce very good. Don't quite get the beansprouts in the Singapore noodles as never had loads of them in it anywhere else! Overall ok and would try again. Pretty good overall- thanks

My dad and I ordered from here recently, the food used to be nice and we hadn't been for a while, so thought we'd go back here. The food took forever to show up, when it did it was cold and tasted funny, we didn't even finish our food, most of it went in the bin. This place has really gone downhill.

Absolut disgrace! I went in to buy a small order, just a special fried rice for £5. The good chap behind the counter told me the price and I presented my card. At this point he told me there was a £1 additional fee for card payments under £10. I explained to him that asking for card transaction fees is now illegal. His answer was to tell me it's a surcharge, and that's that. I left, and I will.be reporting the takeaway to trading standards. Idiots.

Best Chinese I've had in a long time. The portions are massive so I've saved them for tomorrow.

Customer service is Rubish been using them for a few years now just tried ordering but was 20p under the free delivery instead of adding 20p to my order or even letting a loyal customer of they wanted to charge its only £1 but it boils down to loyalty I’ve been loyal to them but they don’t care about there customers only interested in money. Wish the old owners still owned it they never treated people like this

This was a great chinese but last night we had the most bland food there was no flavor to the curry whatsoever, the chicken balls over cooked. This food has gone downhill very fast and it was 20 mins late waited over an hour for our food. Sorry to say will not be going back here anytime soon.

I live near by and I regret not knowing about them sooner. Their food is amazing and the lady on the phone was very nice. It was so good that I ordered two days in a row and I would do it more often. Would definitely recommend to any students, great food for great price!

I personally think it's great, you get good portions and the staff are always friendly. A little expensive but maybe I just order to much. I always have enough for the following day.

Very good Chinese take away. Sarah chicken and salt and pepper chicken are fantastic. Very reasonable too. Often extras are thrown in for free e.g. bottles of coke.

This is mine and my boyfriend's favourite takeaway. There's quite a few vegetarian dishes and they are all delicious, so if you're vegetarian then do have a look at the menu!

We had sweet & sour pork, spring rolls, sweet & sour sauce, prawn crackers & fortune cookies. We collected the order, they were very fast and the food is delicious better than others we have tried locally. We strongly recommend Hon's Kitchen.
