We have been holidaying in Hemsby for many years now and this Chinese takeaway does not disappoint!!! The food is so fresh and tasty, and it certainly beats most of the takeaways back where we live. I really recommend trying this Chinese, and please don't stop what you are doing - you are amazing!

My wife and I come to hemsby every year and have had food from here a couple of times. Quick, affordable and one of the best Chinese take aways we have had. Sweet and sour chicken balls are especially good, you can taste the lemon and ginger in it! Amazing place.

Ordered an 80, a Roast Duck & Roast Pork Chinese Style. Apparently, "Chinese Style" means £7 for a small tub of meat, two-thirds of which was Bean Sprouts. A complete rip-off for the price; which is a terrible shame considering I have had good meals from this Takeaway in the past. Not worth ordering, and I will reconsider before using this Chinese again.

Excellent value, good portion sizes and delicious! Always a good choice! Best Chinese in Hemsby for the value! Always order from here and they always deliver good food.

Food good but overcharged. When I queried this the girl behind the counter said the website was wrong. Business needs to rectify this, hardly difficult. Also menus outside the building are dated 2023 so prices on these are also probably wrong. Misleading.

Been going here for years .Was saying my order talking face to face with the girl and she answered the phone and carried on with the phone order .Poor customer service.Very disappointed I also had been waiting for a long while .It is such bad manners .A real shame .I had to walk away so cross Fuming in fact Won' t be going back .

We were staying locally and after several nights out wanted a quiet night & a takeaway. Having found this one we attended and ordered. We ordered upon arriving not by phone. We waited a reasonable time and the staff were helpful. The food was good and portions were good. Large pancake rolls and ribs. Plus chicken and beef dishes with rice & chicken chow mein. All was good. Price was good. If we visit again and need a local takeaway. I would use this one again. Good value, good food.

One of the nicest Chinese take away see have had in a long time, the lady that took our order was so polite, the food was so tasty and lovely, very quick service from ordering to collections would definitely recommend

On holiday and met some friends so suggested we get together for a meal. The t have used Hong Kong before, so we chose a selection of food to share. Where we live for example, chicken .Satay comes with sauce smeared across it. Not here, we had the choice of having it served separately. For us, this was a revelation, at home it’s sauce if you want it or not. The whole meal was a revelation in what Chinese takeaway food can be. We’re from London so have a good choice of takeaway food Think I’ll wait until I come back so I can enjoy tistaeaway agai

Easter Friday and the business was extremely busy with people queuing outside the door. All dealt with as quickly as possible and in a friendly manner. Food was delicious.

Very disappointed the young girl who works behind the counter needs to listen more to what people are ordering,my order was wrong. Someone had waited over 30mins for there order and it was boxed up ready but had not shouted it out.food was not very hot either.

Went to this Chinese for a change, now whenever we come to the caravan it’s our first meal. The food is amazing we had chicken chow mien and my partner said it was best chow mien she has ever had the pieces of chicken was so tender and the portion was big. I had the special chicken curry (large) it doesn’t lie I’d say it’s really for 2 people but we didn’t know, I’m drooling writing this that’s how amazing it was, and it’s not spicy (hot) just the flavours are brilliant. Our staters of mini veg rolls the portion were just right for a starter and were lovely but know for next time not needed.

Not good, chicken in curry didn't even taste like chicken to 3 people, and far too much rice for amount of curry. Girl behind counter on Sunday night needs to work on her customer services, would not use again.

Visited here while staying in Hemsby, portions were OK, good side, staff were friendly, waited about 10 minutes on a Tuesday night, which was good service. Didn't have much flavour, but was eatable, beef was nice, but could of been cooked for a little longer, we ordered a beef chow mein, beef curry, the noodles, & rice were fine. Chips & prawn crackers good too, good portion. I would visit again, will just mention how I would like my beef cooked.

Quick friendly service and good value for money, food is fresh and cooked to order and this is the best value Chinese in the area with good quality and standard of food.

We were stuck because a lot of the restaurants were closed although they purported on their web sites that they were open, so being hungry we plumped for a good old Chinese take away, and we were not disappointed. The sweet and sour chicken was tasty and plentiful. if i am ever there again i would not hesitate in going back.

Best chinese meal we have had for along time. Everything fresh, good portions, very well cooked and piping hot and it was delicious. Also could not get over how many people were coming and going for their meals. Which is always a good sign.

Phone order sweet and sour king prawn balls wife said tasted funny and smelled of being cooked in old or burnt oil I had chicken sweet and sour balls it was nice we also had noodles that was nice we have had food from there before and it had always been ok so perhaps a one off ??

Phoned in my order, ordered by numbers on menu, unfortunately I couldn’t understand the foreign member of staff when they repeated it back. Picked it up 15 mins later, paid more than I’d worked it out to be.When I got it home back to Martham, the chicken slices in batter turned into prawn balls, and the 1 portion of onion rings were double.I couldn’t drive all the way back it would’ve been cold, this has happened before, so I think I’ll be using another chines instead.

I ordered by phone, chicken with green peppers in black bean sauce,well it was certainly full of peppers and onion,6-7 pieces of chicken and no sauce,I won't be returning.

We had three meals and a portion of chips, hot, fresh and tasty. Would defo go back for a take away, no free prawn crackers if under 30 quid, think this could be lowered, but food, lovely.

We ordered a mix of Chinese food and it tasted really good, the only dish that was a little disappointing was the crispy chilli beef as you could not taste chilli at all. Oh and there was no fortune cookies even though we had spent a lot of money.

I Ordered a good range of dishes. Everything was unappetising looked amd tasted bland, was watery, greasy greyish and tasteless. There were no Chinese spices or any recognisable flavours, not even soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger or spring onion in anything. There wasn’t even a hint of seasoning 3 of the dishes. The Chicken was unappealing rubbery and tasteless. Chips were yellowish brown greasy dry and unpleasant. The Sweet and sour sauce was acidic and vinagery. We thought we would treat ourselves to a nice meal to kick off s family break spending well over 40 quid but was surprised to not even receive complimentary prawn crackers. (We expected this as we are routinely given these with a smile, a handful of fortune cookies and a menus at our local Chinese when we spend over 20 pounds). All Very Disappppinting, sadly not the good standard my family are used to and a complete waste of money. We won’t be returning.

The food was nice, couldn't find any faults with it. The girls taking orders was polite and had a smile on their faces. They were busy and didn't mess about. Consistent with timings.

Been using them for three years when we come down this way. Always good portions, quick service and tasty. They don’t seem to use much if any MSG as I react to it and don’t with their meals. Loads of different vegetables in the Fiancées vegetarian options. Well worth a visit. Plus Coop next door so can grab drinks while it’s being cooked.

We collected a good meal from here, they do not deliver, but food was quite nice, more expensive than we usuallly pay locally, but worth the walk, my hubby had chicken black bean and really enjoyed i had special chick curry which was nice too,

We really enjoy Chinese food and it can be difficult to find a good takeaway away from your home. This is a little gem. We ordered from the chef specials and they were fantastic. We usually order far to much and we did but it was so good we eat the lot. Next we visit family will definitely go there again. We phoned through our order and glad that we did as it was very busy. Our order was ready in 20 minutes just time to drive there.

To be brutally honest it was horrid. Can't fault staff and service, however food was dispicable. Bland, tasteless food and if you had chicken it was very chewy and unpleasant. Ordered roast chicken Chinese style and the chicken was dry, hard and tasteless, however lots of it. Chicken curry was mushy but beef chow mein was fab according to my 17 year old with no taste buds. Boiled rice was excellent but it's not something you can get wrong. Sorry for negative review but please don't bother unless loads of positive reviews appear.

We treated ourselves to a Chinese on the last evening of our holiday. Being a short drive from where we were staying the Hong Kong Chinese was an obvious choice.

The service was very quick and the food was still hot when we got it home. The crispy duck was very tasty and a generous portion. The salt and chilli spare ribs were some of the best we have had and again a good sized starter. Those were the highs.

Ordered a large takeaway and the service was brilliant. The two girls serving customers were really efficient and organised. Really well cooked food and speedy service. Would highly recommend

We bought from here while visiting the area. It was nice. Didn’t wow me, found it a bit expensive to ones we’re used to. Egg fried rice didn’t taste fried, the sweet n sour sauce was a little odd but the pork chow mien and chicken balls were lovely. Would come back but order different dishes

Mis abuelos me presentó a este chino estaba enferma cuando mi, el abuelo y todo lo que me apetecía era China, este es el único Chino que iba a comer comida para llevar y nos toma 30 minutos para llegar a usted. Desde que introdujo a usted yo he estado volviendo cada vez que elegante chino.. La comida nunca es grasienta y tiene mucho sabor. Además tiene un precio muy razonable. Pedimos por teléfono ya que está conduciendo y recogerá 10 minutos después.

Part of order was missing got told to go back asked about rest being cold rude girl said microwave it never went back tried to eat what we had but only place was fit for was the bin staff was very rude never had customer service so bad

Teníamos un curry y era delicioso, raciones enormes, mi tía tenía pato con adornos y me sorprendió que no era desmenuzada, me pareció un proceso raro. Pedimos de antemano y estaba listo para recoger, así que un buen servicio. Muchos en la comida para llevar y eso es siempre una buena señal. Me sentí los precios eran un poco altos, comparado con otros lugares. Disfrutamos de la comida para 6.

i had a curry from here which wasn't to bad, so the following week decided on a set meal for 2 and what they call happy family a Cantonese speciality dish .. speciality nothing it was just a tub of bland tasteless veg, the set meal was awful dish after dish of flavourless gunk, apart from the sweet and sour chicken at least the sauce had flavour! don't waste your money, its very expensive and nothing to warrant such prices . I wont be back , but if you fond its the only place to eat go for the curry.
