Good overall, ribs pointless no meat on them

Appauling food Prawn in batter..could see it had been heated up over and over, was dry inside,the prawns was nuked!! Old food..pancakes roll the same heated up more then once, batter was weird colour, inside was rank and smelt rank.. spare ribs and chicken curry was discusting. I would NOT recommend

Authentic Chinese food. They have lots of food in menu. Decent food price. Food portions is good. Delivery is quick. I always enjoyed food from here. Highly recommended.

One of the Chinese food in the area if you live around Ludgershall, Tidworth, Perham Down. Generous portions with reasonable price. Friendly and total professional customer service by the receptionist lady who always greets with smile. I have eaten from here for years, never disappointed.

The food at Hong Kong is fab, it's always cooked well and hot when it arrives. It can take a while ( 90mins) on busy days as they are really popular but it's worth it. The only thing that I don't like it's the prices seem to always change. If you look online or at the printed menu, they always say a different price when you put the order through. It's something you come to expect though 🤣 I still order regularly.

Horrendous customer service by the woman who takes the orders. I will never go back.

Worst customer service by the server in the counter. She is far too rude and should be in a different job and not dealing with customers.

First time trying Hong Kong and we'll be back to try different things off the menu. Pleasantly surprised at the amount of chicken in the sweet & sour chicken balls, it's solid chicken. Special rice also had a lot of different meat in and was cooked well. Crispy chilli beef not so great was just like strips of batter and the mixed tofu veg was just ok. All in all a decent takeaway

One of the best in the area. I drive 8 miles from Andover to come here as Andover Chinese takeaways are not wok cooked. They are all pre cooked and processed with no taste. I recommend Hong Kong in ludgershall

Id put 0 if i could. Literally the worst Chinese takeaway ive ever eaten. I say eaten. I left 80% of it. Wouldnt recommend, even in a pinch.

Hands down the best Chinese I have ever had... and I've have ate from alot of Chinese takeaways! 10/10 top quality Chinese food. Food is always hot and fresh with the best portion sizes around. The chicken dishes are always full of flavour, and I have never had a bad bit of chicken in the whole 8 years I have been ordering takeaways from the Hong Kong. Friendly staff and are always happy to help and give recommendations. Lovely owners who are very welcoming. Thank you the Hong Kong Chinese.

Hong Kong in Ludgershall is a total gem! Their food comes in generous portions with high quality! Service is fast and friendly. We’ve been customers for years and it has never let us down! We highly recommend this place if you wish to treat yourself to nice Chinese foods👍

Food was flavourless.. the curry had a strange sweet taste.. over priced.. wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.

I never leave reviews..but on this occasion it’s needed as these guys really know their stuff. Great customer service, eloquent staff and paying by card no problem. The hot hors d’oevres come with the biggest spare ribs I’ve seen with generous chicken satays and don’t get me started on the pork balls.. Eaten it now so next time I’ll add photos x

I am really fussy about takeaways so if I leave a review it's because I want people to know what the experience was like. The food bought today was delicious, well presented and the portions are very generous. The lady on the phone who took my order was really friendly too. If this is the standard set this Chinese takeaway will be very successful providing they stay this way and continue to put good food and service before maximising profit. So many takeaways cut corners and this reflects in the quality of food. This is a great takeaway so will use again in the future.

The special chow mein is my favourite because I love noodles and you get enough sliced chicken, pork, prawns and noodles, for me anyway. However, I always add soy sauce and chili sauce.

3 times in a row they have sent an incomplete order which is rather frustrating. Sadly we’ll be using another takeaway next time. Food is tasty though but there needs to be some logistical improvement for us to consider using again.

I ordered over the phone, went there to pick it up and was informed then, the minimum card payment was £15 I did not have cash they suggested I go to the cash point at tescos. Are you nuts my debit card is legal tender there is no reason, not to accept it. Even the sandwich van accepts cards. Never again, who has cash now.

Good food quick service reasonably priced

After ordering from a different Chinese and it tasting like an ashtray, we were dubious about having Chinese again but had heard many good things. Kindest and politest staff on the phone and at delivery. Food was hot on arrival and was with us in half an hour. The food was amazing and not greasy in the slightest. Couldn't recommend enough!

The food is so nice! My favourite is the special curry or the kung po chilli chicken, really recommend!

Been coming here for a few years since I moved this way, tried all the local places and it's been hit and miss. Hong Kong gets it right every time and even greets my little ones with a cookie or sweet whenever we swing by. Highly recommended.

The best chicken and black bean sauce around! food is alway delicious. Mandy is friendly and offers my kids Fourtune cookies. If I have a delivery its always gets here hot and tasty. The weekend delivery drivers are polite. The weekend girls are great. The one young lady that has been there for a while Has always been professional and polite The young lady befor her was just as helpful to Never had a problem with 100% recommended Only collected in the shop a bunch of times but even on a Friday night at buzy times there's not a long wait for my food. After the 1st negative experience we have had at this place , a phone call from the restaurant has restored our faith and we will def be ordering again .

This place used to be very good and tasty we have been eating here for almost 4 years. but recently the taste has been change and its not what it used to be. Ordered ribs and it was very dry and didn’t taste fresh. We have stopped going there now.

By far best Chinese I have had, all the food was absolutly fantastic, crispy duck was cooked to perfection & we also got a complementary dish which was amazing. Loads of chicken balls which were so big & lovely, could not fault any of the food & I am quite fussy 😀

I only bought satay sauce and it was very sweet and tasted like a mix of satay and sweet and sour. Not to my taste.

Great food, best curry sauce around imo! We recommend the crispy chilli chicken and the sharing starter for two, great value for money. Best Chinese we've had in the area. Offer local delivery on orders over £15 and within 3 miles or there's a surcharge.

Really good takeaway - kind of your standard Chinese (presumably MSG, sugar and salt filled) - but lovely friendly staff make it special. Anything black bean here was particularly good, and free prawn crackers as a friendly gesture was a nice touch! Will come back.
