The food was excellent but their main course is not really british. It is mostly mediterranean.

I love the cosy club, the food is amazing and the decor is great. Both Salisbury and Basingstoke cozy clubs are lovely

Very dirty toilets, table and menus sticky with food residue, small portions, plates messy when delivered, steak not cooked to request, side forgotten, Thai coconut rice sea bass has almost no coconut and far too much unannounced coriander, staff inattentive.

Nice food. Party menu selection restricted for vegetarians and overall menu overpriced. Price aside, it was a tasty meal

I was in heaven. Get the King Prawn Curry, Clover Club Cocktail. The two for one cocktail deal had us a little lush so the bill was higher due to our own accord. You’ll never feel more happy a day in your life. A great spot to stop at after exploring Stone Henge’s wonder all day.

Fantastic food and atmosphere for a lunch with friends or a date night! The cocktail selection is fantastic at a reasonable price and a good variety.

It has a great atmosphere and fantastic staff. We got caught in the rain at Stonehenge, and this was the perfect place to warm up with a cup of tea and a meal. They even lend you blankets if you're chilly. The cozy burger was so good!

We usually go to the Bournemouth branch, but when we were in Salisbury today, we had an amazing time here. We went twice - first for lunch and then again for some 2 for 1 evening cocktails! As always, the cocktails were delicious and of the highest quality. Cocktails are a must-have when you visit here!

Very rushed. Told we had to be out on time. No customer wants to be told this on arrival. Very unwelcoming. Food very disappointing. Cold chicken in club sandwich. Initial greeting influenced the whole atmosphere. If you can't fit in a customer tell them prior to booking. No wants to start a meal out with a deadline. Given the cost of eating out this is not acceptable. Won't be returning.

Great interior and atmosphere. The food and service were very good.

Limited menu, tasteless meatballs for kids. Small children's portions. Atmosphere not very friendly. Noisy fan reverberating the table we were sitting on and the staff member who greeted us a man with dark hair and glasses couldn't look at us when we arrived and was totally unfriendly. Will not be returning in the near future.

The dude on the front desk was rude, sat for 17 minutes at the table no service, walked to the bar for a drink.. love the atmosphere when drinking would defo not come back for food. Terrible!

A nice place. Amused by the assumptions made about our group. Tickled us. Food was nice. We'll bypass the trying to get away with giving us an already open bottle with a glass pour out of it. That aside, lovely evening with friends with good food and a nice atmosphere.

Serving staff were wonderful, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was great and the food was tasty. There was a good amount of gluten free options and everything came with allergy stickers & flags for my coeliac husband, even the drinks. My only downside was that the portions are quite small for the price, we had mains, sides and puddings & still weren't 'full'. We had the Asian chicken salad with fries on the side, I'm glad we ordered a side but for the price I would have expected the salad itself to be bigger on its own. However, it was tasty and the staff were really lovely.

Just for coffee, but a lush place

Unusuall decor, cosy as per the name with armchairs and cushions in a unfenced and a lovely place to go for lunch.

Dogs are welcome in the bar, which serves the same food as the restaurant. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Attentive staff.

I've been a couple of times to cosy club now and it's really nice, nice selection on tap and in bottles. The staff are solovely and really made us feel welcome. We wanted to sit outside on a cold winters day and the staff offered to turn the heat lamp on for us which was super nice of them. We really enjoyed it there and plan on returning soon :)

Tiny portion Asian chicken salad. 14.75. Old rocket in hamburger, tiny thin patty. 16,75! Overboiled broccoli supposed to be ‘chargrilled’. Just not good enough in this day and age. Nice atmosphere ruined by terrible food. Update since I left the review. Cosy club maitre d’ did comp us the meals as they were bad. The reason they gave was rising costs of the premium ingredients. It doesn’t make sense that the cheaper ingredients (ie salad leaves) should be reduced. Also want to note just because of the comped food doesn’t buy our silence to write the review any differently. Although I will remove the word TERRIBLE from the headline.

Very sadly I have to leave a poor review - have never felt so disappointed. Today after booking a table prior to this for 3pm we arrived in good time and the place was extremely busy. There wasn't a table for us and we waited at a table by the bar which wasn't cleared until a table was available for us. Whilst waiting my son tried to order a drink from the bar but it took so long and then we were taken upstairs to a table which had been prepared for us. Everything took so long to happen. We waited ages for a drink, then starters then finally the main course and by then I had gone beyond feeling hungry - the main was so disappointing that I truly struggled to try and eat some of it? My son did complain to the server which we don't like doing as it wasn't her fault. The overall cost of our meals were very expensive for the little we received. I have never been out for a meal where I have come feeling hungry - just felt so disappointed 😞

Very nice, good place for meeting friends

Atmosphere was really cool. But we waited over an hour for our food and we were pretty sure our server went home after taking our order because finally after a long time a different server noticed that we still didn’t have food and went to check on it. Even after this, we were not waited on at all. We were pretty much ignored the whole time.

Our server Charlotte was fantastic! So friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was understaffed and some dishes were unavailable but she told us about this when we sat down and kept her cool. When our meals took a long time to arrive she offered us free drinks. We did not mind waiting for good food when the service was this good.

Nice restaurant and great breakfast!

Two years ago I gave it 5 stars but after yesterday's visit I am unfortunately disappointed. Not only are the prices very high but also the choice of draft beer was limited to three, and after two hours you could only buy one type of beer, which I think is incredible. In addition, the staff was very young and inexperienced, who quite often dropped things from their hands, making too loud a noise. Unfortunately, it ruined the atmosphere of Cosy Club. And finally. I beg you, wash and clean all the handrails on the stairs and the door to the men's toilets because everything is sticky and looks simply disgusting and unsightly.

Food was expensive for what it is. I had the smash burger. Which was average. The chips were deep fried to within an inch of becoming capable of being used as darts. Cocktails were again. Average.. Worse they were inconsistent

Pretty average, struggling to cope with the Christmas parties. Long waits unfortunately

Friendly service. The tiniest chicken burger I’ve ever seen. A mini burger at best. Not great value for money, food wise. An OK place apart from that.

Food was cold and long wait, up to an hour before food arrived. Pre-ordered starter, did not get what I bordered.

18th Birthday celebration with Grandparents. Really service and great food. Would have been nice if a candle was placed in her desert to celebrate the event.

Not accomodating of allergies! I simply wanted to order a breakfast without an egg for someone with a dairy allergy which I've never had any problem doing before anywhere! bluntly told it's not out policy. When you are in a place that's not the cheapest to begin with you should be more than happy to accommodate allergies, of course we understand the kitchen uses dairy and there can't be guarantees that wasn't the problem. Ridiculous and took our custom elsewhere!

Visited 7pm to 9.45. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Didn't eat so can't comment on food. Would have been 5 star but although the ladies toilets were very clean they were not good decoratively. I was with a large group of friends and loved the variety of comfortable seating as I moved around to speak to different members of our party. Will definitely go again.

Cosy Club made an immediate impression as soon as I stepped inside. Popped in for dinner on Saturday night, came a little earlier than our booked slot but they still sat us straight away. The service was speedy (special shout out to Niamh who was a superstar). We had the fish and chips and the smash burger, we didn't talk when the food came out as we were too busy eating! It was so good. We tried the new creme brulee, the salted caramel & chocolate mousse and afogato for pudding and they were amazing too! Some of the dishes were new and they made sure to ask for feedback, which we've never had at other establishments before. Will definitely go back!

First visit to a Cosy Club and was not disappointed. We were shown to our pre-booked table promptly and served by the lovely Niamh. Place was very busy but service was quick and we were served with a smile. Food was extremely well presented and portion sizes were just enough. Thank you!

Had lunch here today after visiting the Cathedral and was really impressed. The food is excellent and is complemented by the great service. My wife is Coeliac and the choice of gluten free options is impressive. Would definitely recommend.

Update based on the response..I rest my case based on the dismissive attitude....If I could give it zero I would after visiting this place with family for breakfast. It was mentioned that my wife had a lactose intolerance. Well what a mistake. We were greeted by a very rude and very unprofessional manger who told her she could only have what he says she could. Really upsetting. After that we waited almost an hour for our order to be taken and then another 20 minutes for even a cup of coffee to appear. On the arrival of our food over half, including mine was stone cold and we were left surrounded by dirty plates while three members of staff stood around chatting. Overall very poor and upsetting experience for us all, and I for one will never vist the cosy club again.

My second time visiting a Cosy Club location. It did not disappoint. The bar / lounge area at this location is a feast for the eyes. We sat on the main sofa in the middle of the room, and were able to take in the full view of the entire room. The place has a sense of opulence yet very cozy at the same time. The mix of natural sunlight and the interior lighting made it too easy to feel relaxed there. We ordered the British Beef Burger and sweet potato fries which we had before at another location. I had been craving these two items since trying them earlier in the week. I am happy to say the quality of the food was consistent. Both the burger and sweet potato fries were just as good as I remembered them at the other location. Truly amazing decor and consistent good food quality and service offered at a reasonable price, that's a winning recipe in my book. Good job, Cosy Club.

You have a process for that you say. Seems not. Pointless pretending you sort problems out when you’ve chosen to miss this very one. My response would have been - “We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Please come back and we’ll make amends to prove it was a one off” Sadly your response now means I’ll never come back. No point. I’ll put no more words in your mouths and I certainly won’t put any of Cosy Clubs food in mine. Shame. ————————— CUSTOMER REVIEW: If you want to pay £13 for brunch that consists of 2 limp cold sourdough tracing paper thin slices of toast, 2 sweaty mushrooms, 2 hash browns straight out of the freezer, a string of squashed baby tomatoes, a thimble of beans, 1 limp veggie sausage and a teaspoon of avocado then this is the place for you. When we were asked How everything was? we asked our server why it was so poor and mean on the plate… They laughed and actually agreed. The bill came and they stood waiting for a tip. Here’s a tip for anyone reading this… Avoid. Hugely disappointing. Costly Club, Lousy Club! We left and went directly somewhere else to get some real food.

Went for a 60th birthday party,all very average, to long wait at the bar because of the cocktails they make

Used to love the breakfast here and used to think it was the best in town but the quality of breakfast has gone down significantly recently. The bacon is soggy, scrambled eggs overdone, rosti too dense and generally just a very mediocre plate of food. Wonder if there has been a change in chefs...

Visiting Salisbury over a weekend. Went here for breakfast yesterday. Staff are lovely, great service. Food was absolutely delicious, we had butchers breakfast and sweetcorn fritters with smoked salmon. So so good! And really good price for the portion size and taste. I have dietary restrictions and they have plenty options to choose from to accommodate this. Would definitely be coming for food often!

I always pop in for an old fashioned when I’m in town. The staff are always polite and friendly and the service is quick and the drinks always nice.

I always used to come here as a youngster for drinks and it was always a nice environment. However, yesterday I came for food with friends which was a different experience. The food was amazing! But, the waitress we had kept reminding us we had a limited time on our table. We we're told this from the second we sat down. On the fourth time she told us again and then a manager told us we could sit in the bar and then clear our tab but we had to leave our table. The waitress did not smile once and we all felt quite uncomfortable with the whole experience. I feel like customer service needs to be worked on here and compared to your sister restaurant in ringwood who have always been so welcoming I feel some training could help.

A real find, popped in here for a lunchtime drink, great vibe and staff were very professional and friendly.

The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend trying the Black Truffle & Ricotta Raviol and Mozzarella & Ricotta Arancini. I’d recommend

Good food but I would up the service interaction between staff and customers. I would also clean tables quicker/more in the outside area. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned as it was dusty and dirty.

Very good food, great service and friendly staff. The only problem was that in a nearly empty restuarant, we were sat right behind a very loud table of people and we were also right next to a speaker so we couldn't hear ourselves think and it was very hard to have a conversation with one another. We were going to ask to move but didn't want to make it obvious that the loud people were causing us a problem. Would come back though as the food was lovely and so were the staff.

Early evening visit, good service, good choice, good food.

Dining at the Cosy Club was a great experience. The garden area, with its large tree, is beautiful and peaceful. The food was excellent, thanks to the talented chef. Each dish was flavorful and very well-prepared. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A small irregularity with our order was resolved in a very friendly and extremely accommodating manner! I highly recommend the Cosy Club for its delicious food, great staff and lovely garden setting.

It was a really nice evening at the Cozy Club. We were guided by the good reviews and would not be disappointed. Service, food and drinks everything was good. What was somewhat unusual was that the calories were listed on the menu. But maybe this will soon become standard along with allergens.

Delicious food, amusing banter with the staff, a friendly and helpful waiter woman, lovely decor and lighting. I'm just not really sure what more you might be looking for for a good dinner out.

Great place to go with the other half. Very up market looking establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are a little steep but drinks are worth it. Very grown-up atmosphere, the city’s professional types place to hang out.

We ordered 3 main courses- Seabass, Salmon and Steak. All of it were yummy. One of the side dish , sweet potato fries were a must try. Besides the food , the services were also above standard. Especially, we were satisfied for the excellent service by HARRY who was professional and politeness. This is a restaurant worth to dine in!

We went to have lunch on a weekday and there were few tables occupied. Food was tasty especially club sandwitch and truffle and ricotta ravioli. Quality of spaghetti with meatballs from children's menu very poor. Waitress kept going to the bar to chat with her mates, and we had to keep waiting and waiting to ask for more water or the bill. Decor is very nice and makes the place cosy

This was wonderful, we were traveling from Bath onto Stonehenge and had a quick few hours in Salisbury, this place was definitely a fun experience and food was delicious.

Can honestly say just had the worst breakfast, 4 of us had stopped here after eating here a few times and food has been great, today was horrible. First coffee was cold so that was replaced, then the 3 breakfasts come out with a american pancakes, 2 was sent back for being cold and the microwaved pancakes were sent back as bacon and pancakes were cold. So went the nuked everything in microwaves they come back and everything was rock hard, pancakes were soggy. As a chef of 15 years can honestly say they were the worst I have seen Pancakes were definitelynot homeade and look very simlar to what you get in asda/tesco. Shame as this place was really good. Guy took everything off the bill apart from 1 breakfast. Thanks but not again.

Went for breakfast. Plate was laced in salt flakes. Completely unnecessary as there was a salt mill on the table. Had to wipe a pile of salt onto my saucer. Also most of the breakfast was cold, with an over cooked egg. Coffee was good.

Arrived for breakfast, no one behind the bar , no one serving, a moody girl came and say would be with us in two seconds and nothing . On a Sunday 10am! Eventually someone in a rush turn up , I ordered two coffees to be told no black coffee available as they didn’t have hot water .we walked out. I understand issues with staff and products happen, but I would suggest you to close your doors and save your staff sanity and don’t lose customers.

Such a lovely place! Dinner and drinks were delicious and the staff were so nice and fun. One of the bartenders made me a drink off menu and it was so refreshing and gorgeous. Would definitely come back.

Our trip to the Cosy Club in Salisbury was brilliant. We were visiting the city on a weekend and needed a place for lunch that was dog friendly. It was a lovely day so were very happy to sit outside. The whole place had a chilled but practical feel, perfect for eating on a weekend. We opted to go for the comprehensive cooked breakfast off the brunch menu. The good portion sizes and great taste certainly made it good value. All our interactions with staff were friendly and efficient- we did not have a long wait for food even though it was fairly busy. Would very much recommend a visit.

8 pieces of ravioli is not a main meal. Our starters were larger than this. I would guess, 1/3 of a tin's worth. A double whammy when considering the prices. I wanted to see how they responded. I was offered free coffee, I declined as I didn't want a drink. Later was offered the desert menu, on me and not the house. Therefore I was invited to spend more money for an inferior product.. Let down by Cosy Club as I've recommended this chain previously. Never again. Thankfully McDonald's was still open after.

I sat there for 20 minutes early this morning in an empty room apart from the staff. Not one of them came to take my breakfast order. Perhaps I was expected to order at the bar? If that was the case, why wasn't I told that as I was given the menu and shown to my seat. I eventually walked out, they didn't appear bothered. Disappointed 🤨
