Santinos in Wiltshire

I have a problem with an order I placed on 22/02/2025. I ordered takeaway delivery at approximately 18:30 through the website and was charged £27.10. I did not recieve any food as the restaurant was closed (even though it was during opening hours). the payment was accepted and came out of my bank on 24/02/2025! I tried calling on many occasions but the restaurant is completely unreachable. Essentially I have had £27.10 stolen from me by the restaurant. Very much a shame as we enjoyed the food and have ordered countless times in the past with no problems. Until this is rectified, you have lost a customer.

rude on the phone and very unhelpful! seems to think they have superiority over paying customers and speaks to people like rubbish! if i could rate 0 stars i would!

My husband recently visited to pick up an order. While there, he requested a simple substitution of a vegetable topping. Despite this reasonable request, the shop refused to accommodate his request, insisting on charging an additional fee. Following this disappointing experience, my husband left a constructive review detailing the incident. In response, the shop replied that no extra charge us be applied when asked for topping replacements. However, when my husband visited the shop again today and I was outside in the car, the worker confronted him aggressively, questioning him about the negative review. And the owner started intervention with abusive language. My husband asked him to not to use abusive words in front of my 5 years old child. More disturbingly, the owner's aggressive and abusive language was directed towards my husband in front of our young child. This kind of exposure to negativity can have a significant negative impact on a child's emotional well-being. My child is now visibly upset and anxious due to the exposure to such negativity. I strongly advise parents to avoid taking their children to this shop. The owner's lack of respect and empathy poses a serious risk to the well-being of young children. I urge you to reconsider your business practices and prioritise customer satisfaction and the well-being of children.

Staff is of good nature. But asked one of the veg topping to be replaced with another veg topping. Was told even if I remove one topping, I will have to pay extra £2 for another topping. I believe they should be bit flexible or should give an option to customise the pizza. Someone could be allergic to something which should be replaced with something else. Changing to 1 star, as when I went back to the shop today for a collection, the worker started asking me aggressively that I shouldn't have given the negative review.and the owner started using abusive language towards me in front of 5 years old Child despite of me stopping him not to do so. The shop should accept these feedback from the customer and should not question then when they visit them again. Very very disappointed.

This is our second attempt and it is very dry meat and greasy, there was little taste other than oil.

Haven’t even received my food at 19:24 said it was out for delivery at 18:50 and food would be here by 18:55-19:15 and now the app is saying delivered

The Food tasted great... I ordered a burger and I though it would have came with some salad on it but it didnt

Just had my calzone delivered and had to put it in the oven for 10 minutes to cook the inside as it was ice cold , second time this has happened and won't be ordering again .

The guys that work here are really nice and friendly and happy to chat. The food portions are generous but the wrap I had was really bland. I will try this place again just in case it was a one off as there are a lot of good reviews, even if most of the good ones are from people with only one review.

Absolutely the best pizza you can get in the uk. I would recommend to anyone. The quality is incredible and the staff are simply brilliant. 100/10

Thought it was about time I left a review.. we’ve had 3 delivered takeaways from here now .. and I have to say the food is amazing.. hot, on time and enjoyable.. we’ve been loyal customers to other local kebab/fast food takeaways both tidworth and Ludgershall and to be honest we’re getting disappointed repeatedly.. research show me this place and I have to admit my faith in takeaways (the night you can’t be bothered to cook) has been restore .. highly recommend, we’ve had so far the calzone (it’s massive) burgers, chicken strips , wraps & kebab (they are again filling) and the falaya or how ever it’s spelt.. I didn’t get covered in dripping grease another bonus .. if you haven’t tried this place yet then I recommend you do ..

Chef pana he likes all attention on him mention he’s names with fake reviews Very quiet kebab shop not busy at all probably they use the same kebab for days salad not fresh i always go to busy places with good reputation but wanted to try it for once waste of money don’t go to this place

Only reason for the 4 star is the pizza kiev lacked garlic and the donner meat i feel was a little undercooked for my taste but the salad and delivery time was brilliant next time il just add notes well done kebab

The pizzas from this place are unreal....miles better than any chain pizza restaurant. Will only order from here as the the pizzas are genuinely delicious

What a great take away, we tried it for the first time today. Delicious food, polite and friendly customer service and all at a fantastic price; what’s not to love 👌. The pizza was particularly delicious, fresh pizza dough, cooked to perfection 🍕 🙌. We will order from here again in the future, when we fancy a night off from cooking 🙂.

Very slow delivery but was a Saturday. However, food was amazing, very little grease and so delicious....definitely be back, even the delivery driver was friendly....spot on, new takeaway for sure

A great food and very diffrent pizza I have had before. delivered earlier than expected ordered just after 5pm was delivered by 30 past. excelent service , and the driver was very friendly and will be retuning especially for pizza. Strongly recommended.

My chicken shish was over cooked, the meat was really hard, the chips weren’t that good either, but I can forgive everything because their home made bread and tzatziki sauce are absolutely delicious

First time ordering and we were not disappointed. Santinos make bread in store to accompany the kebabs etc and it's delicious. Pizzas are also delicious . We will definitely order from here again. Delivery quick and friendly drivers.
