ODEON Trowbridge in Wiltshire

So I want to start off by saying the staff where amazing that’s why this is five stars however to the two young girls who where sat in row j10 and 9 at the 11:40 showing of sonic 3 you talking all the way through the movie was honestly disrespectful to everyone else there we all paid money to go see the film not hear you two shouting if you where younger then that’s a different Matter however you were both old enough to know better you even got told by the chap infront of you to stop talking yet every minute of the movie you where shouting and screaming you also kept shaking the seats repeatedly the staff aways do a good job tho

Nice clean venue, staff are very helpful

My bottom ached after an hour. On the premium seats. If you can't recline and get comfy are they even really 'premium'?

It's a bit expensive but with our limitless cards it is good value for money. The projection quality and sound are second go none.

Film was great but staff didn't know what they were doing, we waited in line for a screen to open as it was busy and booked out but others were allowed to 'push in line' as weren't told there was a pre formed queue. Screen only opened 10 mins before start time also which wasn't great.

Cinema was nice and clean but pricy

Service and staff were friendly. Definitely going back to watch a new release movie.

It's a great multiplex cinema with free parking. Food is a little bit expensive but the limitless passes are great value for money and quite often give you a discount on food anyway.

Staff are friendly as I try to read the films on their badges. Its not cheap activity especially with food prices but we go for the films with the limitless card and maybe by a water. M&S is close by to stock up on movie snacks.

Friendly staff doing all they can in these circumstances, crafted a welcoming atmosphere, and it's good to be back in the cinemas. The circumstances have changed but my review has not. The staff are still brilliant and doing all they can to make a welcoming atmosphere that makes me glad to repeatedly return.

Love going to the movies at Odeon, got a limitless card so come in a couple times a month, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food it's good as well and the chairs a very comfortable.

Cinema good, parking terms and conditions bewildering and stress inducing

I had a word with Brad the manager about the degrading and broken items. Unfortunately, he is suffering from what we all have a problem with, getting workmen in with public building credentials. His other issue is people shouting and demanding while then walking away when he speaks. Odeon has money allocated, just no one to pay. I am happy to hear that it's just that. I remarked that we are told the reason. I suggest asking people to take better care of the building. If you have a complaint, listen to the other side, don't call people names, and walk away... it makes you look like the name you shouted.

Missing tango ice blast, one star because now I have to fight with Just Eat to get my money back.

Was ok in there. Horrified to pay 33 quid for 3 medium cokes and 3 medium popcorn. Tickets 40. 73 for cinema. Thats a lot.

Always freezing or boiling hot in theatres. Was freezing today, we sat in coats! Expensive as no competitors but nit worth price

Crazy expensive prices 2 tickets for £30 without snacks and not being able to watch the film we wanted due to not having id proof of how old my 15 is, even though she looks her age

Great cinema. Only issue was with one of the speakers having a slight crackle. Free parking also and plenty of places to eat nearby.

A very unsatisfactory visit to the Odeon yesterday. A quiet late afternoon - at least 6 members of staff on duty with little to do. We ordered a hot dog - not hot enough so the member of staff told us she would bring to our seat - she had forgotten so we had to go & fetch it ( when the film had already started.,,,) Coming out of the film - rubbish bins were disgustingly over flowing. A visit to the Ladies toilet was a disgusting experience- they were in a dreadful state rubbish all over the floor toilet paper strewn all over the place - toilets unflushed…. For the amount of money you are charging for tickets & snacks this warrants an exceptional service, not the lacklustre & disgusting one we encountered.

My favourite cinema in the area. Lots of screens (6) and always something worth watching. Even the standard seats are extremely comfortable, and there's free parking right outside.

It's falling into a state of disrepair, constant issues with cooling, illuminated logo inside reads OD--N because the E and O letters aren't illuminated, has been like that for over a year, several emails to management about it and all ignored, logo on the outside is missing an E, has for over a month, probably will never be replaced judging by the illuminated logo issues. Seats have seen better days, nothing premium about their premium seats, there's no recliner option which in 2024 is absolutely shocking. Prices are inflated above average, Odeon member mondays were never £5.99 here, always significantly more. I recommend taking a bus to Swindon, there you'll have an IMAX, 4DX cinema and reclining seats.

Staff members were very rude , I feel they were showing little racism, very disrespectful , they are showing black and white discrimination ,if was very hurtful .

Very nice cinema in convenient location. There was lack of park spaces at the car park next to the cinema but fortunately there are other car parks nearby. They have good choice of movies and good selection of snacks. Definitely we'll be coming back.

I have attended the Odeon cinema in Trowbridge twice in recent weeks. On both occasions I was very impressed with the course of the staff. Not only did they show exceptional courtesy and worked with a smile they were helpful and considerate. On the last occasion I left my wallet in front of the till with out knowing. After viewing the film I realised it was missing. I am pleased to say that on eon the staff discovered it and handed into the manager who kept securely in the safe. It was not released to me until I have verified who was was and where I lived so that information could be crossed checked with the documents in my wallet. While customers should expect high standards of service delivery and honesty as a norm; when it is freely given it merits acknowledgement and gratitude. I also appreciated the opportunity to be able to purchase a decent cup of coffee there too. Thank you

Seats a bit dirty. Walking past the toilets next to screen 3, heavy smell of urine in the hall. Staff pleasant.

So so cold today! The water we took in was colder when we left than when we arrived. It's crazy here. You just never know what temperature you're gonna get when you visit. When we visited last month it was so hot, it was like a sauna. Sort it out, Odeon!

We were at ODEON, great cinema, fantastic sound system, great emotions.

We saw The Great Escaper at this cinema last week. Lovely movie, very well acted, photographed and edited. Based on true story...with some embellishments. A large auditorium with only 6 people watching the movie. Vast screen and great audio. A real treat for movie buffs on a chilly winters afternoon.

A very good cinema, the food quality is quite good for what it is. They have a wide range of movies for all ages. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Nachos taste /small like plastic!

Floors all sticky. And people behind us talked whole way through a bloody film. Told them to be quiet and all they did was grinned at us. Staff were no help on the matter and didn't Evan offer us a refund. Hard to get good staff by looks of it.

The facilities are excellent but popcorn and coke are expensive @ £9 still good but buy your popcorn and coke before you go!

My seat was right under the house lights which remained on during the performance. It meant I had to squint thought the film. I would give 4 stars if the lights were turned off of at least dimmed during the film.

saw barbie movie. often come to this venue. unfortunately the air conditioning was broken. but still enjoyed film if a bit uncomfortable with heat.

I went to the cinema with my wife and we both found it to be too loud, just like the last time we went,we were up front the first time and right up the back this time. And the advertising section before the film started was loud and never ending! If we go again, I am thinking of taking bud ear defenders.

Popcorn was not the freshest. Hotdog was expensive and dry. Movie experience was ok.

Took my two grandchildren to watch a film. I only had to pay child price which was good. Comfy seats, alarge screen and good sound

Caught covid here twice in the last year. in 3 visits, so their air con system isn't good enough. It was out of order 2/3 visits I made Dirty inside, duct tape holding some seats together, concessions stand expensive and sold out of lots of stuff. Far too expensive for a very poor experience, no wonder people stay at home anmd watch films on streaming

Amazing!!! Definitely the best cinema I’ve been to with great screens and seats with great restaurants, cafes and a park nearby. ODEON has lots of food to offer.

Cinema is nice, chairs are comfy ,staff friendly Abit Expensive, so it's something I don't do often like 1 or 2 a year if that but nice place togo when u can only problem is over people put there feet up on the chairs in front off them

It's a decent cinema. Though like all cinemas extortionate prices on beverages. I don't think the air con was working as quite stifling in the auditorium.

Ridiculous booking process , i have tried to book tickets 5 times now with 2 different cards and each time it fails saying insufficient funds when both accounts have more than enough money in

Went to see Oppenheimer today, the sound level was pretty high, estimated to be over 130 dBC peak and some louder scenes up to 110 dBA. This is too much and if you are sensitive, sit further back in the cinema or bring ear plugs!

Good cinema in a good area. If you want an evening meal and a film, this is the place to go! Quite quiet, but the building was well maintained, the staff polite and helpful and the theater we sat in was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Will be back soon!

Friendly staff and good screens, however I would avoid if hot outside as their air con has not worked in some, or all, of the screens for years now.

Scumbag parking operators for this cinema. I won't be using this area again. You go out with the family - spend nearly £200 for cinema and dinner, then get fined £300++ for parking when you had a ticket. Appeal refused - simple money grabbing.

Great location. Great Cinema.. my go to even though it's not the closest to me..

Never too busy and ticket prices ok. Shared parking with other businesses is only downside.

We went to see the Metallica, 72 Seasons, album listen party and loved every second. The staff were very helpful and the place was really clean and tidy. My only niggle is the premier seating really wasn't very comfortable.

I live locally so I'm visiting quite often and because it is always a pleasure. Staff have been very nice every time I've been there and very helpful when I've made a mistake while booking tickets online. There is something to eat and Costa coffee next door.
