I stayed for 5x nights. The car park gets extremely busy and at times is absolutely chaos. I would hate to own a van or larger vehicle and try to park here. They do say if the car park is full to park at the nearby multi-storey car park. The car park is charged at £12 per night and it’s payment upfront. I’m a disabled badge holder and on two evenings I couldn’t park, and I found other people using the disabled bays without badges. There was nothing the staff could really do when I approached them. One night Mo, the F&B Manager assisted me by placing a barrier in a disabled bay to hold a space for my return one day, which I highly appreciated. On another evening I couldn’t park and the duty manager came out and was quite rude and short when I was asking for his help. There were no spaces anywhere in the car park and it was utter mayhem with cars being abandoned everywhere. After telling me I had to go find a multi-storey car park somewhere else and walk back he then proceeded to argue with another car owner (who admittedly parked across two bays whilst stuck out of the bay and refused to move it.) I then saw a car leave a space and parked in their space, to which the duty manager then came stomping over to me to tell me I couldn’t park there. He took photos of my car and asked for my room number so he could call me to move it if any guests complained. I was more than happy to do this as I struggle with walking, but his whole attitude was unacceptable. He didn’t handle a stressful scenario very well. The room was lovely, a really good size and it even had a fridge! Clean and tidy and I enjoyed the room. There was even a little note written on my mirror, which really made me smile. Breakfast was a buffet and most of the time the food had been sat for a while when I went for breakfast. The first day was lovely and fresh but then after it just went downhill. I did dine each evening and the food was a bit hit-and-miss. The chicken burger with pulled pork came with a spoonful of pulled pork and I was disappointed in the portion sizes. The chicken fajitas were incredibly spicy and I ordered extra sour cream! The pizza was the best dish I had during my stay. It was a new experience of being seated and then given a table tablet/ipad to then order your food on and then you tap the back with your card to pay. You could make special requests on the tablet but there was one evening I didn’t want the peri-peri on the roast chicken and paid. A staff member then came to tell me it couldn’t be done and to choose something else. I then had to go to the main reception to get a refund for the difference in meals, which was settled efficiently. During my stay there was a big conference with guests staying over followed by a dance competition and the place was very overcrowded and noisy. Doors banging all through the night and kids running up and down. I can’t comment on the pool or gym facilities as I didn’t use them. The staff, all in all, were fantastic, apart from my encounter with the duty manager. I will also say that Mo the F&B manager needs promoting as he is more than capable of running that entire hotel. He went above and beyond during my stays in so many ways but always greeted me with a smile whenever he saw me and asked how I was. Just brilliant.

Cons: Toenails on the toilet seat when we got to the room 😂 no idea how. Rest of room was clean. Writing on the mirror felt a bit cheap and dirty to me, would rather just have a clean mirror. Hotel felt a bit tired and dirty. Pool area lockers mostly broken. Pool area in poor condition, broken tiles, scum and debris around jacuzzi area. Steam room barely warm. Parking @£12 is considerable. Pros: staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Bed comfy. Would not stay again.

As a regular visitor this is definitely the best holiday inn I've stayed in, rooms are very clean, modern and spacious, I normally stay in the executive room, never hear any noise and beds are really comfortable. Staff are always polite and tentative to your needs, and food is ok. It' not a 5-star restaurant but ticks a lot of the boxes, never hear the planes so you wouldn't think you're next to the airport Will be staying again

Not the best services I booked a room with breakfast to be told it did not include breakfast and the receptionist Mo had cancellations my booking and rebooked it without breakfast and wanted me to pay again. Disgusting service I did send an email to Amy however I did not receive a response. Rooms are ok not the best bathroom are very small

I came for the exhibition they then resorted to charging me for car park when I spent the night. The organisers already keyed in my car at the start by the counter in order to mitigate the charge but they insisted on a formal letter on the phone.

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. Great customer service. Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast was definitely one of the best i have had. The location was just isolated in a sense where u would have to drive or have access to a car to get around. Close by was Coventry Road were there was a variety of Asian restaurants, clothing and house hold stores. Hazel at front desk dmwas so lovely and helpful

As a hotel it is good. Nice rooms and staff were welcoming. Breakfast selection could be better and could start earlier for people catching a plane. You have to catch a shuttle to the airport which is provided by holiday inn.

WARNING Managment have no customer service skills in specfix Mo, he does not know how to listen , he dos not know how to apologise and in the end threatened to take a facility away he offered earlie as a threat! E mail sent to ceo elie maalouf to find out if this is how guest ane share holders should be treated. Staying here has completley ruined our weekend and i would tell anyone reading this to apply caution when dealing with managment. Also they allow dogs to stay in the rooms which wasnvery suprising

Made an enquiry pre-booking which was dealt with by Honey at reception. Excellent telephone manners and customer service. Had the same experience from Honey and Jasleen at check in. Very polite and cheerful. Great clean hotel. Clean comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast and great service from F&B manager Mo and his team. Pool and spa facilities were excellent and clean. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be visiting again.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, this time I'm there as a long term guest with work. I do like this hotel, it's clean and presentable with extremely good/friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well presented, as is the hotel in general. There is a pool and gym are which are clean and good enough to keep you ticking over whilst at the hotel. In short, I've been there for a few weeks and due to check back in for 6 weeks. I have an open boom on where I want to stay, and I've booked back in at this hotel.

I stayed here for business from 15th to 19th January 2024 I had a fantastic stay, breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel everything available, staff were all pleasant and soo helpful especially Thea and Rupesh on the front desk and Mohammed at dinner time. Room was spacious, clean and I was greeted with a message on my mirror everyday which was a lovely touch. The front desk team was always helpful. The pool, steam and hot tub was lovely and relaxing. Really enjoyed my stay will definitely go back.

I came here a few weeks ago with family. Service was quick and polite. The waitress even helped me with my Nando's card as I'd forgotten my physical card. Food was lovely! I would recommend this Nando's!

Love this place, should have a michelin star. Nice little canope's before your starter and desert which you don't expect as it doesn't say on the menu. Staff are very friendly, nice atmosphere and the food is incredible for the price. Shame this place doesn't get busy, maybe it is because of the location and being a hotel, this place should be thriving
