great coffee and lovely service!

Love the customer service and the food

My train was late, so I decided to buy a coffee. A good coffee can improve your mood in seconds. Thawhida was friendly and prepared me a super creamy Mocca at the ideal temperature to drink without burning me. It's these little things that make our day bright again.

Two flat whites for £8.10 and they were terrible. Certainly would not buy again.

We arrived early for our flight. Nice place to sit and wait. Clean and tidy. Considering the amount of foot fat they do a great job!

My day just got better at Birmingham International. One delicious flat white served up by the lovely n friendly "Madya". Service with a smile .... rare these days!!!

The staff are exceptional. I don't even need to ask for my order they remember me and my usual order. Both ladies are so lovely and friendly!

The lady that works in the morning is lovely, always friendly. There’s always a good amount/variety of food and drink whenever I have been and the location is perfect as you can eat and go straight through to the station.

Saturday morning, relatively quiet but an immaculate coffee shop. Tables all clean, staff very cheerful and attentive. Kasha can be justifiably proud of their efforts - excellent . Thank you for your attention to detail.

Whenever I use Birmingham International Airport & going through Birmingham Int Railway Station, I invariably stop at Caffe Ritazza for refreshments. The staff are courteous, sweet & helpful. The coffee is excellent and the ambience very relaxing. I heartily recommend this cafe as a pit stop before continuing your journey.

After arriving back from abroad, I got my first proper cup of British tea. Served with a smile. The people watching at this cafe is excellent…

Half a cup of froth = latte? No. Latte is not a cappuccino. Admittedly it was replaced without complaint, but why not just get it right first time?

The speed and value of service was impressive. The ladies who served me- Afiyah, Brenda and Saiba were very kind and accommodating. There is a wide variety of food and drinks available of the highest quality, and customer satisfaction is a guarantee at this unit.

£8.18 for a small ploughman's sandwich and a lucazade. No wounder there wasn't anyone sitting in there would have to sell and kidney to buy something. Note to self go to Subway next time....

Went to the one in B’ham International station in a quiet morning, asked for a flat white and got a 12oz cappuccino. No alternative milk options other than soy (2023 guys!). Ridiculous prices, filthy seating area and nothing Italian about this place. Next time will probably go to Subway next door lol

Worst cappuccino I've ever wasted by money on, bitter and undrinkable!

I'll add my one star to the complain train. £3 for a small americano. Oddly specifically priced milk alternatives: £0.5 for soy, £0.65 for almond/oat. Asked for a coffee in my reusable cup, got milk in a separate plastic cup. Next time, Subway.

The rudest staff inside and outside. Dropped my coffee on the table spilling half of it then moments later outside sat inside the bus stop a member of ritazza staff ( T.b something couldn't properly read her nametag) was smoking inside the bus stop I asked her to please not smoke inside to which her reply was "there's no sign saying I can't". Never going there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here are useless and rude, rather talk to themselves than serve a queue of people.

Given it a 0 star , expensive, quantity of coffee is less. Try other known cafe's, this would be out last choice if other cafe's were closed

This place should be closed immediately they are violating food health standards I got sick from a sandwich they served here. After a long days travelling this is the last thing I needed or wanted

3.75 for a terrible coffee macchiato, extra charged for a spoon of soy foam, not even in a ceramic cup, I was wondering why a coffee bar in such a good position was empty during peak times, now I know why 👍🏻 Just don’t go. Take the shuttle and have a coffee somewhere else, you have plenty of choice at the terminal🤷🏼‍♂️

Very expensive. £15 for two sandwiches, a tea and coffee. The sandwiches were just OK, not good enough to justify the price and the drinks were in cardboard cups.

Terrible. Flavored lattes were half syrup and undrinkable. Food was bland, but edible.

Worst coffee, most tasteless baked goods and most unfriendly service ever reveived at a coffee shop! I understand these poor guys are rushed off their feet, but come on, a smile doesn't cost. Or rather, if I pay nearly £10 for a mediocre take away breakfast I think I have paid enough to earn one... Would not recommend and shall never go to a Ritazza place ever again. First time was the last!
