Ordered delivery they forgot 2 items Rude front desk person, Also noticed how filthy it is at the waiting area. The door handle is black and grimy. Can imagine what the kitchen is like. Rotten food,rotten floors ,rotten waiting area rotten staff RUDE!!! Never again!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I asked for no spring onions in the chicken chow mien as my grandmother is allergic it was full of onions I asked for extra soy sauce nd chilli oil on the house noodles and I got none the bbq ribs were pink and the sauce was extra runny plus the food was cold because we waited over an hr for an order from a place that I can walk to in 2 minuets from my house poor customer service will never order from here again wouldn't recommend it to anyone poor poor poor !!

If you have allergies don't bother with here, not only will they ignore clear instructions, they will try to put the blame on you and avoid helping you at all cost, Just Eat customer staff are the only reason I got any help.

Food was disgusting rice looked as though it had been reheated I've taken pictures. Dry spare ribs covered in salt, the barbecue chicken was in fact hoi sin sauce. Took it back to the shop the guy was so rude and unhelpful talking in his own language infront of me. Won't ever be returning here again.

Annoyed to have to leave a review like this, I'm not usually a fan of leaving negative reviews. It's such a shame because HoHos food is good but for the third time my delivery took over one hour and 15 minutes and the food arrived cold. I won't be ordering again.

we was very unhappy with our order first time we have ordered from here the food was cold when it turned up,they packed so much in the bag the sauce pots split in bag so all the sauces were in bottom of bag over all the pots. the large curry sauce with boiled rice was missing when i contacted the shop they said no it wasn't you dont get rice with it but you can see on my orderyou do i will defently not order from this shop again and im thinking of not ordering again through just eat because the shop said they cant do anything cos i ordered from just eat. so ive just wasted 42.40 also when i ordered it said on site if you spent 40 or over you get 5% off botle of drink and crackers i didnt get 5% off my order.

To slow to be processed and then I cancelled it after 2 hours then it turned up never again very poor

I ordered the food at 6 pm and wanted it to be delivered at 20.50pm so I chose the time in their website. Also I am sea food allergic therefore I asked very specific not to put any seafood or whatsoever in the dishes. First the food came at 7.30, 1 hour an a half earlier. And secondly, 2 of the 3 dishes I ordered came with shrimps. I won't order again from ho ho anymore.

Delivery didn't come for over and hour, i called the restaurant and was put on hold for 5 minutes and had to cut the call. Called again only to be told my order hasn't been cooked despite getting a confirmation email saying my order had been dispatched. Avoid at all cost. Useless customer service

Creo que este pueblo ha estado viviendo en Inglaterra por tan largo tiempo se olvidó que cómo cocinar comida china. Yo pedí uno de los platos más tradicionales chinos, la carne Chow Mein y se las apañaron para que sea terrible. En primer lugar, probado sucia wok, en segundo lugar, aparte de los fideos y "carne", han añadido sólo cebollas y cebollinos, absolutamente nada más. Realmente no entiendo cómo este restaurantes de comida para llevar puede sobrevivir. Este era simplemente terrible.

We have been ordering from Ho Ho for around 15 years, this is our first order online (due to broken phone!). The food was the usual outstanding quality. The order arrived right on time. The delivery driver was, as always, extremely polite and friendly. The best Chinese takeaway in the area by some considerable distance. We love you, Ho Ho!

Had a very bad experience with this place. Called them after 45mins of ordering and they said they were very busy and our food wasn't ready, called again 15mins later and they told us to cancel our order because they were too busy. Disgraceful service.

I ordered a Chicken Fried Rice and King Prawn Curry. I requested that the delivery be for or after 7:15pm, it arrived 6:15pm. the curry 1cm of cooking oil on the top. the sauce was very watery. the chicken fried rice was ok, reminded me of when I make it myself. nothing special. no sure why the food was lukewarm????I won't use again, this was my first time and the only redeeming thing about using HO HO is that the delivery person was very polite and explain that they don't always read the delivery times.

The food is always delicious. Never feels overly processed or too salty. The delivery driver is always polite and pleasant to deal with. The delivery time, however, is truly ridiculous. You find yourself waiting for up to two hours before receiving your delivery. They don't seem to value their customers on this point.

This always used to be great. Have used it for years. Food still decent enough, however delivery time has really gone downhill. Last time was half an hour late, this time rang when it was 45 minutes late and was told "It's a busy night, should be arriving soon". That was 20 minutes ago and still no sign. Surprising considering there's lots of competition - won't be using them again.

In my opinion ho ho's is by far the best Chinese in southeast London. Always great quality and not oily like some others.

Everything was delicious and good size portions. The only thing was the prawn crackers were stale.

First and last time I use this takeaway. Order took significantly longer than they said (nearly 1.5 hours) and they brought the wrong food. They took it back without offering an alternative or explanation, even when I rang the store. Very rude to me.

I have been ordering from here for the last 6 months and am happy with the food and service, my food is deliverd by foot and always before the time stated!

Ordered Set meal B for 2 people, which was nice enough, although the chicken was a bit tough. Delivery was 90 minutes, which is too long, although we were advised it would take an hour before ordering.

Woww really impressed! After reading the reviews on here I thought I would give it a try, and yes I am very pleased with my meal. ho ho is my local Chinese after just moving to the area will deffitetly be ordering here again, even though the food was warm I understand that delivery driver got lost but after warming up was still D E L I C I O U S. squid with chilli highly reccomend and thank you for lovely food again! In all fairness the egg fried rice was very good but then again it's difficult to mess up rice . . However, the shredded chilli beef was a colour I've never seen before and lacked the good grace to have flavor to make up for it's ugly looks. Either way I just needed food and it was just that, food. Oh and also the soup (chicken and sweet corn) was dreadful. Never again shall I eat from there !

Was over an hour late, although apologised over the phone there was no goodwill customer service, they also sent coke a cola and not diet. Will not be using again, would say that the food was average and only just warm.

this is the second time I've ordered from Ho-Ho first time was very good timing came right on time and the majority of the food was good apart from the chicken chow mein that smelled like a wet dog! I.ve decided to order again today and an hour after the delivery time it still didn't come and when I called to see what happened they said oh yes we will send it out when a driver comes and the I asked so it hasn't been sent yet? he said no we don't have enough drivers! No apology, no discount and no notification that the food will be late what a shame really thought it would be a favourite of mine!!

We did have to wait 2 hours due to them not being able to find the address as getting the order mixed up with someone else - after ringing up and being told we would have to wait another 20-25mins so it eventually got here after midnight. Other than that, the beef and chicken curry we ordered were wonderful - eventhough we waited a long time, i would order from here again.

Placed order at 21.30, was given a delivery time of 22.45. At 23.30 contacted JustEat as nothing had arrived and the phone no. was continually engaged. When JE got through 30 mins later, was told food would arrive in 15 mins. 15 Mins later got a call from delivery who was in wrong street as restaurant had "given him wrong address", a further 50 mins later still no food...Luckily Just Eat has cancelled my order and refunded payment
