I ordered a Pizza half an hour ago on the phone. And the guy was shouting when asked for pizza size. And when I went to collect the guy saying it was Jamil and trying to defend. Also when I told that I am gonna put a review on google, he was proudly saying to go ahead. The Pizza taste was not so good as well. The place should be taken into consideration.

Uber eats menu is very misleading, ordered 3 pizzas for the family they all came as 9 inch. Please update Uber Eats

Food: Great flavours delivered on a crispy base. We had the BBQ chicken pizza. Service: From order to collection very prompt even though it was extremely busy, our order was ready when said suggesting good organisation. Atmosphere: Very busy but shop felt organised and everyone was being looked after

Highfield special pizza is nice. Make it hot

Lovely pizza, 9” fries and drink £7. Cnt beat it.

Ordered well in advance and arrived to have to wait the normal time it takes to cook the pizza because the order had not even been started and the place was not even busy! If you're looking for good pizza, this is not the place. If you're hungry and need any pizza, this place will do. Also keep in mind, this place is cash only. Would have been better if card payment was available as an option.

Gave my entire family food poisoning. food was not bad, it was tasty but more than 6 members of my family got sick because of it.

Very poor customer service last 3 time when i called them to place my order they end the call and saying your voice is not coming then i had to go to the shop this Monday i took my son to football finished at 7 it was too late to cook i ordered two pizza size extra large when i went to collect my order they give me size 12 but when i came home it was not the thing i ordered the topping completely different which my kids didn’t eat i called the 3 time they where saying come tomorrow night to collect well i ordered for Monday night not Tuesday night then ending my call so rudeness of them never going back to the shop better to get cheese tomatoes from Asda backed at home To the owner jamil brother this is farhad’s wife

Just want to share my horrible experience today I rang to order a empire chicken burger meal the guy on the phone told me to come in 5 min and would get it ready for me he even gave me a order number when I got there I told the owner I want a empire chicken burger meal and he told me it would take 15 min and I ended up ordering a cheese burger meal instead after I paid for my meal deal the staff slammed down my change as a diabetic I usually ring to order my food but I had to wait 25 min just for my food-disgusting service staff are all new and don’t know a thing and how to behave with customers 😡😡😡also gave my ordered pizza to someone else and told me to wait further more Rubbish service would not recommend to anyone after new staff

Popular for pizza, Quality of pizza is very good, Taste is awesome. You can customize pizza also. Edit: Must try Highfield pizza. Price of pizza is also good.

I collected 2 pizza from here last Wednesday, went home and found them both burnt. I am not sure why the pizza chef would knowingly give me burnt pizza. When I spoke to him today he was very abusive. Not going back there again.

Fantastic Service! I ordered from here after a long time and I was very pleased with the way they handled my order. We had a hefty complicated order and they made the pizzas' exactly how I asked. The man whom I spoke with over the phone was very calm, listened to me properly and was very kind. Hats off to Highfields Pizza❤

I placed a order over the telephone and still the order wasn't done this guy who took the order kept on saying 2mins but still wasn't done I think there service is far too slow.

First time order from Highfield pizza. The pizza was soft, perfect temperature and test was good. All we know car parking is big problem in Highfield area if you go for collection don't take your car you won't get any parking.

Always making fresh good pizzas most time buy one get one free offer good value for money services is little bit slow down side some time if they (in side staff ) know someone they bypass you and give them first this practice is no good for business owner have to take this into consideration and stop this thing to happen

Food was ok Not bad. Downside I phoned ordered and it was still not ready on time. Slight wait but not bad. Pizza was ok. Chips not so great little light on the portion size.. one was ok the other half empty .. would go again but not a frequent place
