Best Indian food I've had in years. I ordered potato jalfrezi, veg palak/Naga I think

Still no sign of food 1 hour 15 later

Got wrong stuff in my order I order form here a lot but today really did let it down

Was late, but was still very tasty

Quite disappointing. Onion bhajis were practically dripping with oil, the bag was soaked in it and the bhajis themselves were falling apart due to being so soggy. Not enough meat in the curry and far too much oil. :(

The owner and staff are friendly. The food was very nice for a takeaway and reasonably priced. If you want something extra spicy, just ask—they'll gladly accommodate your request. Although the lamb curry was slightly oily, I'll definitely order again.

Initially this review was one ⭐️ - The phone number doesn’t work - had been trying to call to ask about the delivery of my food order via Just Eat BUT Then my order arrived - food was a good temperature - didn’t require reheating. Every dish was so tasty, the rice and naan were 10/10. If I was being overly critical I’d say the lamb curry was too oily and if you’re giving customers papadums then mango chutney and pickle would be nice (note I didn’t order papadums - they were included or added as complimentary) still the best papadums I’ve ever had, delivered - unbroken, not dry and not oily. The whole order was so good - I will defo order from here again 👏🏽

food was cold ..even they give me extra items but very cold..i spent hard earned money to enjoy weeken but u guys ruined it..driver was saying not his fault restaurant was saying not its fault.. seriously dis appointed with food and delivery at least they did not accept the order was ok but giving cold food after soo much vait vas very very dis heartening...

Bang on again, got a call to give me heads up on delivery. No one rung the door bell, as requested perfect delivery service. Food is, as has been for a while now, beautiful. Nicly spiced, still hot, lovely chicken tikka, generous portions. The meal for 2 is exceptional value for money. Brilliant

The food was really tasty but the portions are INCREDIBLEY small... I got maybe 4 bits of chicken in my Korma swimming in excessive sauce... The shashlik also only 4 bits of chicken.. Most of the space taken up by 2 huge tomatoes. Any other Indian takeaway £50 worth of food would last 2 or maybe 3 days between the 2 of us.. But we pretty much ate everything in one sitting... Very disappointing portions!! About half the amount of food that I paid for larger containers and more meat is needed!!

I've collected food from this place twice and would recommend it for anyone who likes Indian cuisine. I order the "Party 2" meal deal, which is great value for money and includes popadoms, 2 starters, 2 curries, rice and a naan. The food is delicious. Curries have generous portions of meat and vegetables, in rich and spicy sauces. Naan breads are tasty. Kebabs and tikkas are cooked to perfection. The staff are extremely helpful and take good care of customers. My only clarification is that this is largely a food delivery and takeaway outlet, so don't expect a restaurant-style settings. However, for those looking to have tasty Indian food delivered or to pick up a flavorful takaway, I can recommend Herbs & Spice.

Delivery said 18:20 latest food didn’t arrive until 18:55 so 35 minutes late! Which isn’t ideal when we have children here waiting for dinner. When the food eventually got here it was good food

The food was ok but definitely not as nice as the last time, hopefully if we order again it'll be lovely like before. it was also a little on the cold side as well and needed to be re-heated.

The food was nice. The delivery was made just after 5pm and i only received it at 6:45 or just a few minute before. The estimated time of delivery was 5:50pm to 6:10pm and i rang up after at 6:15pm and only for them to say it will be there soon and 30 minutes later is not soon.

The food as always was nice, however cold considering how late it was. The person I spoke to at the restaurant was not apologetic at all and tried to make excuses as to why it was late. It seemed to me that it hadn’t even been prepared. When the delivery man arrived I got a knock at the door and by the time I answered he had just dumped it and run. He then reappeared with a can of coke I guess in way of an apology but I would have rather the food turn up when promised or even a call to say it wa

Was absolutely fantastic. Really loved the Tikka Curry I haf and love the mango chutney very flavoursome. Great portion sizes and also loved the starters.

Ordered two chicken currys. Gravy was alright but chicken was so hard. It wasn’t fresh st all. Really old and probably expired chicken.

For anyone staying at the Holiday Inn Heathrow Terminal 5 -- EAT HERE. My husband and I got in at 10pm for an overnight stay before our flight back to the US the next day, ordered this via Uber Eats and were blown away. And let me just say that his review was 100x better than this one but I don't think it was approved by Google for a few solidarity reasons. (In any case, let's just say we agree with our driver's political sentiment.) Now, we're lucky enough to have access to excellent Indian food back home in Los Angeles, and were a tad disappointed by Dishoom to be honest, and are fairly tough critics when it comes to really raving about a meal. But this meal right here? *chef's kiss* Absolutely killer food, and so reasonably priced. I even had some leftovers for breakfast the next day from our mini fridge. The stuff of DREAMS, I'm telling you. We ordered the chicken madras, saag paneer, and chicken roshni. The madras and roshni are rare dishes for us back home, and oh my god were they good. Spicy, warm, packed with flavor. Portions generous. The chunks of meat and paneer were hefty -- I'm literally sad I'm not back in that mediocre hotel room hovered over the desk shoveling this food into my face. Thanks guys, you are killing it.

Curry was basic tasting, nothing special. Awfully small samosas!! Diabolical small salad sizes in bags ?? It's not worth the price! I would recommend it, but I wouldn't order from this business again.

Meat was not nice, prawns were very fishy, made the curry not very nice to eat. Not for us, disappointed with a £50 treat curry

Food was 90 minutes late, and cold. One item was not as expected (chicken shashlik - was microwaved or reheated chicken). Not told about delivery delay until I called 3 times. Was given a couple of cans of soft drink and a couple of cold onion bhajis as compensation. Sorry, but would not recommend.

Delivery driver was lovely and absolutely fantastic!! However retaurant did send the wrong ice cream and my chicken was quite pink.

I've recently found this amazing place after having tried nearly all Indian restaurants/takeaways in Slough. The food is always fresh, with great care taken by the team. When you order from Uber Eats, it's actually the owners of the business that deliver the food to you! So you know it will be the best it can be. I'm a future customer for the foreseeable future for sure. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Very fair delivery fee from Slough to Uxbridge (£4) Meals good quality, fairly priced - you can add chick peas/lamb/loads of stuff so the menu is very customisable, little bag of salad tasted fresh, mint sauce was good Mixed tandoori and vindaloo were amazing - Nan bread was good 9/10 will order again

I didn't know what to expect, as there wasn't any customers in there, but I was told that deliveries are much of their business. However, our food was exceptional, my lamb Naga was so tasty, and even my lassi tasted out of this world. Plus the owner was very nice and helpful, me and my dad will be visiting again very shortly.

Herbs & Spices is my favourite restaurant in Slough. The food is well cooked, the naans are beautiful, the meat is always very well cooked and the sauces are flavourful and clearly made with love. 10/10 would recommend!

We have really enjoyed the food from Herbs and Spice in the past but the last 3 orders have arrived after even the latest delivery time. I wouldn’t mind as a 1 off but when you’ve waited well over an hour when it’s Monday early evening and we could have ordered from countless other places and had food within half an hour because it’s so quiet it’s frustrating. I think it will unfortunately be the last time we order from here as the delivery times have become ridiculously slow.

Some really nice food - the tikka paneer was especially lovely. Overall a great meal. Will be back.

I have eaten from every single indian restaurant in the Slough/Windsor area. Every restaraunt has disappointed me in some way, you guys know what I am talking about....curries topped with oil, incorrect orders, microwaved pre prepared mixed grills...the list goes on... Herbs and spices are truly the best indian restaurant in the area. You need to try the chicken madras, out of this world! 10/10 tasty. No they didn't pay me to write this, go try it for yourself. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. We ordered on Uber eats Thank you to the chefs and the management. The delivery lady was super friendly.

Absolutely delightful hole in the wall Balti place. The flavors blended perfectly, and the service was excellent. Well worth your time.

I'm fairly new to the area, and like trying out different restaurants to find the best of each cuisine so I know where to go to get a take out. The food here was gorgeous, and is definitely my new favourite for Indian food in the area.

As usual the delivery service was superb. However, the quality of the food was quite poor compared to usual. Shame really as it’s usually good! Will probably try elsewhere next time we want an Indian.
