As expected for a Costa coffee, 1.overly excited member of staff, toilets coffee and food. Not to busy.

Still slow service , priority was delivery apart from waiting customers , tables empty but not cleared or cleaned.

Not enough staff working at all. I know that's not the fault of the staff but the queue to get in alone was pretty bad, then the queue just to collect your order was awful. Hot food being left on the wet counter when drinks aren't ready and not calling orders out so no one knows. I ordered a coffee and a toastie and my toastie was left on the counter getting wet and soggy from spilt drinks and was only the little packets not on a plate for 5 minutes before being called and the drink was a 5 minute wait after that also. Delivery drivers cancelling orders for waiting 40 minutes in store just for pickups, needs to be abit more organised having 2 staff working a peak hour on the weekend is ridiculous

Use to be a nice place to have a coffee,until !!!!

I made a visit at 09.30hrs and no oats, no toast, just made sandwiches. Is this a joke or what......

Clean, tidy and lost of space. Staff there ready to take your order. All good.

Prefer Trading Estate Costa Coffee to Bishop Centre. Staff more friendly, inside has feeling of more space. Coffee is great too.

Nice Coffee. This Costa has a strict no dogs policy - (except guide dogs). This Costa does not except pitbulls as emotional support animals which upsets some people - especially pitbull advocates. But this Costa is one of the best i have ever been to. Do NOT visit this Costa if you are a pitbull lover as this Costa does NOT accept pitbulls as emotional support animals. Only visit this Costa if you love coffee and are happy with the strict no pitbull policy.

Clean shop, comfortable sitting and free parking. Service is outstanding.

Not fantastic... They keep the masks on and stay behind the polycarbonate sheets... Omitting to clean tables.... It kind of feels like us and them in a way... Nice staff but, well, you know.

Young girt that made my drink today didn’t have a name badge, she decided to talk about me to her work friends because i complained that she didn’t make my drink correctly! Rude staff, clearly wasn’t trained correctly! Service was poor

Coffee is okay. Sandwiches are lacking in selection, but that could have been down to the time I visited. Tables could have done with a better clean.

Costa in Buckingham Centre Slough has wonderful staff from which i have experienced excellent customer service namely Charlie Lienne and especially Szeanyl. These girls are second to none! They always deliver 1st class customer service with a smile. THANKYOU girls you deserve praise. Bella

Comfortable place, so many sits. Soft music. Clean toilet. All c19 measures on place. Feel safe from c19. Glad this place opened. There are all stuff friendly. Coffee is good. I had almond flat white. Good.

Waited outside for 10 minutes to be told that they are closed. Despite there being two customers inside they were clearly friends. No sign on the door to suggest that they were trading different hours. Won’t be going back there that’s for sure!

Friendly Customer Service, tasty food and excellent coffee

Disasterous experience. The young lady behind the counter had no idea of what she was selling. I asked for a fish cake that was on the menu displayed but the lady informed me that she was vegetarian and did not know what a fish cake was. I left and headed to the nearby Tesco Extra for my lunch.

The baristas are always so so sweet! And trust me i take ages to get my costa app up and they never mind 😅🤣

Good system in place for social distancing. One problem they have with the screens, is not being able to hear your order very well when there is background noise so had to repeat the order a couple of times but the coffee was spot on after all.

Ordered takeaway from this branch, was very disappointed. The so called "white hot chocolate" was just warm milk with sugar, they forgot my flake, cream and the chocolate dustings on top, and the black forest frostino was just ice after about a quarter of the way through the drink, no taste.

Great! Love my Ruby hot chocolate! Love the fact they do dairy alternative milk! But wish they would open from 5am for those of us who work shifts on the trading estate....hence the 4*

Just went in for takeout coffee & cake which was fine. I did maybe feel some of the staff needed to visit Specsavers for hearing aids; however we can I suppose blame it on face masks.

Brilliant environment, really good range of drinks and food to eat. Really good customer service and a great place to relax and chill. Highly recommended

Just had horrible experience with this place .9 month pregnant and have asthma but was treated disrespectfully !! Store manager asking me for the prove of being able to not wear a mask ?? What is that about when half of the store haven’t had one on !! Will never come back in that place and will not visit any other costa store as feel like I wouldn’t want to contribute to this business any more ! Will highly not recommend this coffee shop and company as they should be more professional and have respectful staff specially working in hospitality business !

Costa is usually ok..but this branch orders take ages....(got my order wrong when I did takeout..) :( ...wrong pastry given. Not ideal..will need to check order before I leave next time. Farnham Road branch is usually better.

Loved this place. Good ambiance. Loved their white coffee! They were following social distancing guidelines.

Was 37c and I needed to burn an hour. Air con, wifi with seating. Managed to work my laptop and get some tasks gone. Great service and clean place.

It's a horrible shape. Like being in a tunnel. It's not the staffs fault. It's just not great.

Bang bang bang Costa has to be the most unrelaxing coffee chain..! Seriously, all you can hear is the continued noise of the barista at work. It would be ok if the quality of the coffee justified it but - honestly - it’s pretty average.

Always a pleasure to visit here. Staff helpful and polite, environment relaxing and clean.

As one would expect, it’s your normal Costa beverage so tastes similar to other chains. Service is good but at lunch can get quite busy. The store is clean and spacious, there always seems to be seating available. There is also a seating area outside the store.

Almond milk is too expensive. 50 p more and I could have bought a whole carton of it!

Nice Costa café. We enjoyed our time and it was firendly environment. The staff were very helpful and hospitable. The coffee and tea we ordered were very nice. It was a bit far from the train station, but not as busy / nosiy as other places we visited before arriving there.

Shop and coffee good, but they are taking over the pavement outside. They are putting table and chairs on a public walkway outside the shop, making it difficult for the public to access other shops.

It was 8.10am when we walked in, so very busy time for the team. However they worked really well together and queue has moved very fast taking in consideration that many people were looking for food also. I got mango and passion fruit cooler for my daughter and she was delighted as usual!

I’m a regular customer I got to say this is the best Costa! Friendly staff very professional with manners. Staff are very alert keep the place clean and tidy! Weather I’m buying a drink or a food item it’s presented very nicely surprises me how much attention to detail the do. I just love relaxing here. Clam atmosphere makes my day with my toddler comfortable seating too and they clean highly maintained. Well done slough trading estate staff hope management takes into account you guys work well as a team. I look forward to attending again when I come with my new born very soon.
