Al Hadra Shisha Lounge in Slough

Shisha is okay but a bit pricey. The atmosphere can be very loud but the booths are nice. Service here is a bit of wait, sometimes a struggle to get the person's attention. The vibe is good if you want to meet a group of friends.

The shisha lounge offered a vibrant atmosphere with comfortable seating and a diverse range of flavored hookah options. The staff was attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The ambient lighting added to the overall relaxed vibe, making it a great spot for socializing with friends. However, the music volume could be a bit overwhelming at times. Overall, a recommended spot for those seeking a laid-back shisha experience.

The decor and vibe are nice but the shisha flavours and strength are awful.

Seems like management has changed , place use to be really good but my last visit experience place has gone downhill . Rude staff , no service , don’t give a damn attitude . Was a regular there but sadly I have to say this was my last visit .

Really disappointed with this place.. Been going for years but over the last couple of years, they’ve become unnecessarily ‘extra’. Prices have gone up, which is due to inflation, so fine.. understood. But I find the management extremely rude and inflexible.. the one pipe between two folks, again I get… but when the place is EMPTY and your sitting in one small booth, we had 2 smokers and none smoker, then a friend joined us, who wanted to have drinks (multiple), we were told we need to order a second pipe due to policy, to which we responded, well he’ll be spending money but on drinks, as he doesn’t smoke… was told.. ok you have maximum 10 mins and he will then have to leave, stupidly rude.. this was specifically pushed by the extremely rude owner I believe. What difference would it have made, if he stayed and bought a few drinks when the place is EMPTY, again i get it, if it was packed and he’s taking up space or their losing money as it’s not an extra sheesha, but the rudeness and lack of flexibility is pathetic.. so will never be going back again. Think the venue revamp got them thinking they in central London and not slough. And the cherry on top, after our smoke, woke up the next day with a severely sore throat, which I thought maybe I’m under the weather but spoke to friend later in evening, who asked ‘did you have a bad throat after the sheesha smoke?’, so clearly we both got bad throat and cough after our sheesha… so clearly the pipes are not ring cleaned properly. Again another reason why I will not be going ever again. This is my honest genuine feedback, hope it helps potential customers who may think about going. All the best !

I used to be a regular customer at Al Hadra however recently they have been taken over by new owner and to be honest the staff are very rude, aggressive, and use foul language when speaking to customers as they have no professionalism or on how to speak to paying customers I wouldn’t recommend spending your hard earned money at this establishment. Service is extremely slow and will always try to add extra stuff on your bill which you don’t realise until you make payment. I’m not one to leave reviews but after the last experience where they refused to provide water to people who don’t drink alcohol and was trying to force shisha upon people who don’t smoke. It was extremely unprofessional.

Staff was rude, unhygienic tap water you have to buy bottled.

We had high expectations for this lounge but unfortunately it was a shambles It took ages to be seated and staff were occupied on their mobiles most the time Shisha started off nice but died after the first coal change, they tried fixing it but it was still burnt When we asked for the bill we were told to walk to the till.. while others got table service for bill payments Food was horrible and mocktails were like sludge Wont be coming back

Al hadra is the place to be All the staff is polite and help full Specially klaudia my tea lady most of the time i go there just to have her tea because she makes a amazing tea All and all al hadra is a amazing place so do go there and try it

I came to this lounge with a couple of my friends and it was extremely friendly and the staff was amazing! There was one gentleman his name was hamza he was amazing! Needs a pay rise a proper gem!

Amazing shisha I went for frozen blueberry mixed with rubicon lychee. Flavours were amazing food was flavoursome I will come here again and again. Customer service was very professional, special mention to Ali who was really professional and was great to talk to !!

Absolute disgrace of a place. Will never be returning here, food is absolutely terrible and works are soo rude!

I went for Iftar yesterday night and I was disgusted with the level of service. The food came 45 minutes late. A whole hour late (had to fast an extra hour later) and no apology from the staff lol. Received rude answers from the male staff. We paid most of the bill but had to fight to have a few meals taken off due to orders being wrong. The food was worse than the service. Cold burgers and freezing cold fries, big shame. It's a shame as we've come before and everything was pretty good but I don't know what's happened. I won't be coming back which is unfortunate.

Ali was horrific, food was disgusting

As a female I would not recommend this place. Workers kept pressuring us to leave Google Reviews and wouldn’t leave until we did, until we told them this is harassment. Service was terrible male workers tried to sit next to us and flirt. It is Ramadan and we did not want males chatting us up while we try break our fast extremely disrespectful and wrong to do this.

Absolutely disgusted with our evening here yesterday. Service from the male staff member in charge on 05/04/22 was horrific. Food came 1 hour after ordering (was told 20-25 mins max). Food items do not come with toppings it says in menu all food is bland and tasteless. Extremely rude male staff member in charge when we complained he said “that’s nothing to do with me” was not apologetic at all. He then said “I am the owner you can complain to me” when we asked who’s the owner. (He wasn’t the owner lol) A large group of boys next to us was also having issues with there food too making numerous complaints to the same individual. (FOOD IS TERRIBLE) (SERVICE IS TERRIBLE)

Very disappointed. Came out with my brothers to open fast and the service was terrible as well as the ice cold food. Food took over an hour although estimated 15 mins. Wouldn’t recommend! Waste of money and time!

Recently discovered this place and have become a regular! The shisha is amazing. We always go for the berry bang mix flavour. Its so smooth and lasts a long time. Staff are so attentive especially Cloudy. She makes the best mojitos and milkshakes and is genuinely so lovely. She always walks around and asks us if everything is okay. Would definitely recommend this place 10/10 from me

Good space, but busy when special events (sports) it's busy but staff will make effort to place people has a nice table area, and service is always good. MJ is always look after the customers.

Love the shisha and mint tea here. Service is great too - MJ & Tyrese are so kind and nothing is too much. Also if you want a shisha place where music isn’t blaring loud - this is the spot.

I just visited Al-Hadra Lounge in wexham recently. I must say it was an absolute pleasure. Firstly they had plenty of parking space for us. At the entrance we were greeted by the host Ali who provided a wonderful experience throughout our night. The service provided was spectacular and i must say it’s the best lounge in the Slough area by far. Recommendations of dark leaf flavours were superb. The staff were very presentable and professional.

Great customer service all round especially from Ali. Food and mocktails were great and shisha was even better. Will definitely recommend this shisha lounge to everyone

Shisha was good - atmospheres a bit dull.. the lady behind the bar has great customer service skills however I cant say that about the male order taker… does not engage well with customers and delayed charcoal top up when prompted.. he should take tips from the polite lady behind the bar - Im visiting from dubai where standards are way higher for less cost of shisha too.. wont be returning unfortunately…No wifi..
