Herbies Pizza in Hounslow

I bought paneer pizza which was of very bad quality today... Looks like I'm eating just bread.... I used to buy since 5 years but won't take it again....

Ordered as very local to me. ( less than 3 minute drive ). I waited a little over an hour and when my order finally came, the pizza was stone cold and burnt. What has happened to this place. Used to be very good. But what a waste of £28 for stone cold pizza and garlic bread. With chicken goujons. I had my drink as a fanta but recieved coke instead.

Working away from home and staying in a hotel. Herbies is the place to go. Good quality ingredients, speedy service, gave me extra dips and sent a receipt so I can claim it back to work. A+++ will be back soon!

Ordered from here, after 20 mins had passed they cancelled my order on just eat as I was staying at the travelodge on the m4. Why is it an option to order from there if they don't deliver to the address?

We always order our pizza from here. Their pizza quality is soo much better. Taste is great 10/10 Service is excellent The lady who at the counter provides excellent customer service. If you register with them when you order they send you offers too. I would recommend for anyone.

Try to order the Hounslow offer that is advertised on the Herbies Staines website as £17.99. As there was a glitch when ordering online, I made contact directly with the shop.They were not prepared to honour the offer said its the headoffice mistake, never heard such rubbish excuses. Manager is a joke, put the phone down on me refused to give me his name and headoffcie number as I wanted to make a formal complaint.

Was 5 stars before but now 3 stars noticed today that the price has gone up.. It was already expensive to begin with so definitely disappointed that the price has gone up.. Not sure if I'll be ordering again anytime soon gone down to one star - thought I'd give u guys another chance but was left disappointed. Last time i ordered from them the pizza was both cold and super late. called up the place and they didn't offer anything else to compensate and were dismissive- extremely disappointed with this.

GREAT PIZZA, BUT THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM!! The pizza itself is without a question the BEST pizza around, with a great dough, generously loaded with toppings, and a fantastic taste. The HUGE problem is that when you order online, it charges you DOUBLE for the toppings when you choose a BOGOF deal. And the price adds up quickly. I normally order the same 2 XL pizzas, and add 5 additional toppings to each of them (don't judge me... lol!). Of course, it charges me for those extra toppings on that first pizza, bringing the price up to nearly £30. Expensive, but it's worth it, right?? After all, I did say it's a great pizza. Yes, it would be... BUT on the second pizza, they still charge you for the additional toppings AGAIN, A SECOND TIME!! So Instead of getting two pizzas for roughly £30 (which is what the BOGOF should come to), it comes to 38.49, because it charges me that £8.74 for the extra 5 toppings on the second pizza a SECOND time, on TOP of the cost of the first £30 pizza!! EVERY SINGLE TIME! THIS IS LUDICROUS! I have emailed their Corporate Head Office, and never got a reply back. I have even spoken with their Operations Manager in person, when I met him in the shop; actually, I've spoken with him twice, and mentioned this issue. This was Summer 2020 or so, and he said they'd get it fixed. THEY NEVER DID. I've ordered pizza probably 40 times from here, because it really is that good. And yet, despite that, I've stopped ordering pizza from them... because this ridiculous double-charging me ANOTHER £9 quid on extra toppings a SECOND time is OUTRIGHT THEFT. And they clearly don't care.

Ordered 2 14.5” tandoori chicken pizza. And the chicken on the pizza was quite dark so it was clearly not fresh. Ver disappointing. The driver was also given two orders with no information on them. Please make sure you give the correct order to your driver.

First time when i have tried this locations. The positive point was the delivery, which was faster than the estimated time. The pizza had an odd taste, too oily. More than that i found a long hair which was disgusting and i had to throw it away. I will definetlly not order again

Best pizza in town! What i love at Herbies is that they will never let you down! Either you order by phone or expect delivery, either you order and pick it up, the service is awsome! I LOVE "Herbies's Special"... My pizza guys since almost 2 years ago... Never let me down! Don't ask for the Complain Book, it's empty! We should fill it with photo's from great parties and nice evenings at home!

We got 2 large pizzas, the herbies garlic bread, bottle of drink and spicy chicken strips. The strips tasted fresh and had a great flavour, the garlic bread is one of the best garlic breads we've had in a long time. But the pizzas weren't as good as we would of hoped, I got through half of my meat pizza and felt sick after. It had a lot of grease on it. If the pizzas weren't so greasy I would of given 4 and maybe even 5 stars.

Worst Pizza ever .Ordered a meat feast for collection, matters well of ordered vegetarian pizza. Disgusting pizza , never ever again. Even the dog was apprehensive about eating it. In the bin , £9.99 down the drain.

Toppings are alright, dough not too soft inside and crunchy outside but tastes good, lacks some moisture to my liking, but otherwise overall nice pizza!

Average quality, sometimes it tasty really nice other times you'd rather chuck it away or take it back. To be fair most are like this and it's one of the best locally. Still prefer Pizza Hut.

Better pizza than Dominos & Pizza Hut

Staff just don't know how to make proper pizza.I ordered two large pizzas last night.One super thin crust and other deep pan.I couldn't believe when pizzas arrive it was same thickness. No difference at all.I am shocked how they put it on menu but don't know how to make it...You can't cover your mistakes by putting extra cheese on it..only one good thing was fast delivery, it took under 20 mins. Never eat here again!

PIZZA IS GOOD BUT SERVICE IS VERY POOR TOOK 1 AND HALF HOUR I RING AFTER 45MIN TO MAKE IT COMING THEY SAID YES I RING 10MINS AFTER THEY IN TRAFFIC WHICH IS FAIR SO I CHECK GOOGLE WITH THE POSTCODE DRIVING IN THE TRAFFIC IS 20MINS I RING AFTER 30MINS THEN THEY TELL ME THERE IS OTHER DROPS BEFORE WHICH IS EVEN MORE WORSE COZ THAT MEAN THAT AINT IN TRAFFIC SO WHY THE 40MIN DROP TIME HMMMM AND THE PIZZA WAS STILL HOT WHEN IT GOT TO ME THINK I MIGHT OF BEEN TOLD TALES

This pizza tastes great. It is fresh and they are not stingy with the cheese. Other pizza's takeaways, I have to pay for more cheese because they never put enough in the first place. Thank you Herbies!

Talking about the taste pizza, taste is nice. But talking about service its soo bad. Every time im ordering they cant take order properly, you have to explane everythink 5 times because some RETARDS are working there. And they are rude aswell!! Tip for owners: your buissnes gonna go down if you gonna keep staff like this.

SINCE MILANOS PIZZA THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE! Completely ruined it! The crust/Base is complete rubbish, I think it's past it's sellby date, it's definitely not fresh as it should be. It seems like uneducated people are running it. There are silly people on this who have rated it 4/5 stars, your either related to the owners or work there, I won't be fooled by that, other people can gladly be fooled by them. The fact that I even have rate this 1 star is annoying. I rate this 0! The staff talk rubbish they're not even aware of their own deals imbeciles. I live in Hounslow and I'm telling you this. If you can't tell the difference between this rubbish and Milanos pizza then you've lost the plot to! I hope their sales has dropped! They've lost a loyal customer in me. Go to your other nearest ones as this has gone downhill, I strongly do not recommend this place.

I ordered for two pizza and they brought to me two pizza full of oil cooked in a pan with electric furnace It's better they change name in something else but not 'Milano pizza'...

Everytime I order a delivery from Herbies (ex Milano) they always forget something from my order. I let it go the first few times, but the 3rd was taking the mick! I rang them and they said they would be able to bring the missing bits of my delivery in 30 mins which is not good enough, and the excuse was that the driver was out on another delivery. I had guests around and it was embarrassing to say the least! So disappointed with the service and poor customer skills by the 'so called manager'. Avoid!! I very much doubt the outstanding delivery will be delivered in time!

My most preferred place to buy pizza in Hounslow!! Great staff who are local to the area and keen to grow the business. The food is always hot and fresh and offers a much cheaper alternative to the likes of Domino's, Milano's, Pizza Hut etc...

Popped in here for lunch on Friday, in the middle of a shopping trip. I had a paneer pizza with additional toppings of baby spinach and red onions. It was excellent, plenty of freshly cooked spinach, paneer, onion and chillies. Many pizza places sprinkle just a few measly toppings here and there, so it was a real treat to eat a pizza with such a good layer of toppings. The base was thin and crisp, and the tomato sauce and mozzarella were both good quality.

Great deals, and on time, really quite refreshing having a good pizza delivery company who delivers on time with nice hot food....and their Herbies garlic bread is to die for!!! 😋

First time I tried it since it changed from Milanos to Herbies - Milanos made great pizzas, Now Herbies pizzas are just average.

I just had the worst pizza experience ever, nearly made me throw up, I ordered the chicken supreme and it was so disgusting, the chicken was red and it had a funny flavour I believe it had something that they use in indian or arab foods and also the smell was just horrible. Anyway it ended up in the bin!! I mean the place itself is called Milano Pizza and it makes you think they know how to make pizza but you get some indian pizza instead. What a rip-off!

They have a very bad delivery service even though they live down the street to my house. It took them 1 hour 15 minutes to delivery a pizza and weren't even apologetic. When i stated this, they said ok, we are going to take the pizza back. How rude.

herez a word of advice DONOT ORDER FROM THEM; last three orders delivered wellover an hour; this time i sent the driver back saying 'TELL THEM I DONT WANT THEIR FOOD' guess what 2 mins later he calls me and says he wants to give me the food for free; told him where to go with the food.....IDIOTS

Worst experience ever. The pizza may taste good, but the service is so appalling we had to cancel our order. They give you less if you are a Just Eat customer. Once our order was submitted online we received a phone call from the Milanos staff to tell us they had no deep pan pizza, and that our only option was to either get a thin base or cheesy crust, but that this would an extra charge! We were so shocked, we didn't want either of those and especially not at an extra charge, but apparently as we are Just Eat customers we must pay an extra charge, and if we had phoned in direct they wouldn't have to charge. The incompetent man on the phone would not listen to me at all, and talked over me the whole way through. We ended up going to pizza hut.

The quality of Pizza's are on par with the bigger Pizza franchises if not better and price not as expensive as the bigger franchises.
