Excelente comida y buen servicio. extensa e interesante menú. fresco, buena calidad de productos. El bistro es pequeño pero acogedor. No es demasiado larga para que los alimentos lleguen en la mesa. decoración podría ser actualizado y más interesante, pero la calidad de los alimentos producidos lo compensa.

Fui con mi hermana para el té de la tarde. Este fue un bono groupon. Me habían declarado en reserva que una persona era sin gluten intolerante. Cuando nos sentamos la camarera nos dijo que era una persona intolerante gluten pero cuando camarero nos trajo sándwiches gratis habían previsto dijo que estaban tanto para nosotros. Nos dijo que no era el caso. Mi hermana tenía que esperar años hasta que sus sándwiches y pasteles. Cuando vinieron lugar quedé perplejo como sándwiches, bollos y pasteles estaban en el plato. sólo había una abundante en sándwiches de atún. No tenían, incluso pedir t lo que ella quería relleno. sándwiches gratis sin gluten tenía 4 rellenos diferentes. La presentación era terrible. sandwiches exquisitos bocados, eran personas fallecidas a no acuartelados. No había 3 parada calificador de tarta. café era poner en tazas. Llegamos sin cucharaditas. azúcar traían 5 minutos más tarde. no volveré

Restaurant/Food was excellent, but needed a little patience waiting to be served drinks. Hotel room = well past its prime = basically awful :( ... windows either painted shut or shash cord broken & needing a bottle to jam open the window, tap that rotated when you turned the handle, no sink plug, bed was crap, could hear kitchen delivery at 5:30/6am (?), could also hear the lift/elevator music in the restaurant as breakfast was being setup ... and the list continues!!!!!!

Castle WyndMi esposa tuvo un excelente almuerzo de sándwich tostado más ensalada, mientras que la única opción sin gluten para mí fue la sopa con pan GF. La sopa era salada pero agradable, pero me sorprende que no ofrecieran poner algo en el pan GF dados todos los ingredientes que tenían a mano. Aparte de eso había algunos GF “tortas químicas” como mi esposa los llama debido al alto número de aditivos e.

Springkerse Business ParkAfter having an awful experience about 2 weeks ago myself and husband were contacted from the manager Rhona with sincere and heartfelt apologies and assured that the service would never be like that again , she even gave us a voucher to use next time so that would come back and be re assured that this isnt how it is. So for our family of 7 we decided we would try again tonight 17/5/25 and we were blown away. We arrived and straight away we noticed a diffence , we were welcomed with a friendly and polite gentlemen in a shirt ( one of the managers) we then got sat through the wacky warehouse where we met a lovely and polite girl with glasses , she took great care of us , she came back multiple times to check everything was okay , the speed of service and bringing our meals were fast and efficent ,the food was out of this world , well presented and pretty d*mn yummy!!! our kids and even the biggest child ( my husband ) were enjoying themselves in the wacky warehouse, what an absolute change we seen from the 1st time we visited, my husband has now been able to experience my love for this place, thankyou to all who took care of us on our visit 17/5/25 around 18.00 got to say we left with our bellys bursting and smiles on our faces , we will 1000% be back, thankyou to Rhona and her team!!
