Great great great taste. Had a wonderful time!. Their waffles are a must try! Also cold coffee was great. Can't wait to try it's Oxford branch.

I had the monkey bread dessert. A soft cinnamon dough with a gorgeous sweet sauce and icecream on top. I could have eat another 4. Bit pricey but hey, what isn't these days. Look at KFC bit of chicken and 8 chips for £12. Would have the dessert any day. Went to one in Sheffield still nice but portion was smaller for same price. Try it's heaven on earth.

Food and service was really fast and good. The place is very clean and enjoyable to be in. Shortish was really prompt to take our order.

As soon as we were shown to our threadbare booth with holes in the seats I should have known better. Overpriced tasteless desserts. Worst tiramisu I’ve ever had. Never to return. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I was told I would not be charged for a burnt dessert, then I was! Not worth the hassle or the dessert! Ordered the caramel monkey bread to eat in which was delivered burnt. When I complained to Divya I was initially told it was not burnt although it clearly was, then I was told it would take 15mins to make a fresh one and it was about 15mins from closing time, she agreed she would take it off of the bill and I could eat what I could which I did. She then added it to the bill with a £0.51 discount. I disputed this and spoke to manager Israr who also had poor customer service. He practically said I was lying and refused to remove from bill

Passed here by chance but inspire of being half empty the assistant wouldn't give us a table bar squashing us in with the few people there. This shoe horning into one part of a venue doesn't impress me. No attempt at giving the customer what they want.

Ordered Tiramisu Torte, I'll Have What She's Having Crepes and two cups of coffee. The coffee was tasteless. Desserts looked nice but Tiramisu Torte did not have any flavor. Just heavy sweetness. Crepes were OK. Would not go back.

Amazing, yummy food, very popular, but nice atmosphere, the food was very quick to come out and delicious to! Definitely worth a visit if your going to Stratford at some point!

Have been to premises four times, service has always been rather slow, but last night, we were shown to a table for two, and waited and waited and waited. Eventually we walked out. Desserts are very tasty but expensive. Doubt I will go again.

First time I visited Heavenly Deserts in Westfields Shopping Centre Stratford. Can I just say everything was delicious and divine including deserts and drinks . Will definitely return to try the rest of the menu !

Went in for a quick bite for desserts. When we arrived we told them that we had read bad things about the service,they seemed surprised! We had the tapas option, where you could choose a few different desserts. However if you choose the mini doughnuts you have to buy the dip separately (which seemed silly). The desserts were okay, didn't really like the walnut part of cookie dough (but personal opinion), the tart was the nicest. I also had a passion fruit martini, it was nice, but pretty sweet! So, next time I would choose a more mellow drink, as the desserts were very sweet! We were served very well throughout our time there and were even given a couple of free warm cookies as we left, which was a nice surprise! I was expecting the interior and decor to be fancier though, like the Southampton branch.

I visited the establishment yesterday with 2 of my friends. We ordered our desserts and mentioned that we will order 2 hot chocolates later on, the server was Srivani/Shrivani. After finishing the desserts we caught her attention and said we would like the hot chocolates and a tap water. Shrivani served one hot chocolate and after waiting for over 10 minutes for the second hot chocolate and a glass of water, I caught the attention of a waiter. I stated that we were still waiting in a hot chocolate and a glass of water. He relayed that information on to Srivani and she brought us 2 tap waters and a hot chocolate. The service was terrible, it was not busy as there were only 2 tables of customers, including ourselves. It was raining heavily, the establishment is out of the way so there were not many customers, although considering the service, I am not suprised as to why it was empty... The experience made my friend feel bad as she had her hot chocolate served a lot later than ours. Upon asking for the bill we refused to pay the service charge, Shrivani asked if there was any problem with the service and I told her, to which she said I am the one who served you so I know, you only asked for one. This was not true, she was rude and obnoxious. What a way to spend New Years Eve!

hi i have been there last night with my friend. the staff is very accomodoating. it was my friend's birthday and they made very nice little special arrangements. staff was ver ypolite and nice. food was tasty.. highly recommended

I went to heavenly desserts twice in the last week. The first time was on Sunday 11th September just to enquire about going there the next day. I was with my sister and we spoke to Patel who answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner. We decided to stay for a drink. My hot chocolate was delicious and my sister enjoyed her drinks. Patels service was wonderful. We came back the next day for my birthday on Monday 12th September. We were a party of 5 and this time we were served by Raghu who was also very friendly and professional. He also gave a wonderful service. They wrote happy birthday on my dessert which was so special. We all had a wonderful time there and plan to go there again in the near future. Thank you to Patel and Raghu.

We ordered desserts and some drinks, desserts were nice and good value for money. We're just disappointed with the drinks, as espresso milk shake and saffron Spanish iced coffee does not taste good at all. Would just like to call out Patel as he is very attentive with our needs.
